When it comes to shop-in-shop setup for any fast food stores, I have this prejudice that they will always suck compared to a standalone store or even a suite at the mall. I honestly had no expectation and only came because my kids were crying to get some pretzels. This Wetzel's location inside a gas station mart seriously had the best plain pretzel bites I've had at any other Wetzel's, Auntie Anne's locations. Their counter was clean with full stock of menu items in their glass warmer. Cashier girl was very friendly. The dough was so buttery and warm it just melted in my mouth. I've been craving some pretzel dogs so decide to try wetzel pretzels near my house. Wrong decisions I made!! Location is inside the 76 gas stations and there were no customers. We order a strawberry lemonade which was very sour and a pretzel mini dogs. They gave us soo little pretzel dog and it was super oily. I felt like I was eating oil and meat. There was absolutely no breaded on it. One bite of it did it for me I I had to toss it away. I was very disappointed. I rather make the drive next time to the mall to get better pretzel. Horrible service. Rene is NOT STABLE! She immediately got herself all riled up when I said I have a pick up. Asked my order and when I gave it to her.."well you're going to have to wait 10 minutes!" Very rudely. I replied, "oh app said 11:58" before I could say no worries she jumped and said "well I have other customers, I just put it in!" She's racist... but I won't get into it here, I'll report her to the owner as she suggested with pulling her name tag and telling me to go report it. I have never had any prior issues with other employees. She also assumed I was uber eats or some sort of pickup person. Explained it's my order! But she doesn't give a customer the chance to talk she attacks! When you start the sentence with "Well" it says it all! Learn some etiquette and class specially in customer service! She didn't give me the dip...first it was no drink until I asked and she checked receipt. Noticed now no dip! She's on her game for sure! She just messed up another guys order and he also said she gave him attitude but when I approached after letting manager know she apologized to him..saving face. Woke up from a nap craving for pretzels (I'm pregnant) and off to Yelp I went to search. This location was super close by and meant i didnt have to go into a mall so off we went. 10 mins later, I'm walking into a delicious smelling building with a super perky smiling girl at the counter. I didn't catch her name but she was super sweet and said I had a cute nose lol. I got the pretzel bites with cheese dip. LUCKY ME a new batch had just come out. I've never had a fresh batch before so I was so happy. I can definitely see myself coming here a lot the next few months lol. read more

I come here quite often but my last two back-to-back experiences haven't been the greatest. Two visits ago they forgot the jalapeño cheddar dip I paid for. I was understanding because it got quite busy and I didn't feel like driving back over a $2 cheese. Then the next time I went, the man making the pretzels had his mask tucked under his chin and was talking the the cashier which is completely unsanitary. I received two pretzels and one of them had an entire long blonde hair baked into it. Work on your food handling, this is disgusting and avoidable. read more

Not bad for a gas station wetzel pretzel. They do a good job of accommodating and getting your food fast. Gave a 3/5 because the location is pretty dirty around there and they also didn't give me any napkins which ruined my newly washed car as I was on the go when headed. will try it again but make sure to ask for napkins! read more

Love the location! Close to work and I can put gas and grab a pretzel and a drink. Just a heads up, they don't take AMEX. I'm not sure if it's just temporary, or if it's a permanent thing. Another thing that gets annoying sometimes is that you have to wait 10-15 for your pretzel because they are baking them. It's a good sign because they're busy (and it means you'll get a fresh pretzel) but sometimes you're in a hurry and that can be bad. Either way, I'm definitely a fan and am happy to have a location close by. No need to go into a mall to enjoy a good pretzel, lol. read more

Kudos to this new Wetzel's location, came in at 6:30pm, was surprised they are open 9am to 9pm and they had a good variety of pretzels . The staff were very welcoming and its a clean location in the new 76 gas station. My loyalty app worked just fine and they redeemed my free pretzel with no glitches. Pretzels were not as hot like u get in the mall so next time I'll just ask to make sure they are hot, easy fix. Support your local business especially during this challenging time!!! read more

Why in the heck would you wait until you are completely sold out to start making more.. at 2:30 in the afternoon..... EVERYTHING WAS SOLD OUT. And they just started making more.. like common sense would be wow we are running super low start making more before you have to turn away a lot of business. Smh. This place was great, located inside a fuel station, very clean. All staff we're wearing masks the gentleman making pretzels was wearing mask and gloves. Kelly helped me at the register she was great she repeated the order back to me someone else put the order together asked if I wanted napkins I received a complete order it was a good experience. Good easy location access to get to. Friendly people there easy to talk to. Had to Google closest location to me and this one popped up.

My pretzel was hard and the two girls in the front I think yaemie or something I asked her for napkins and she rolled her eyes at me and while she took my order was super rude. maybe tell your employees to treat people nicer read more

The girl who helped me today was incredibly sweet and kind, I think her name was Taylor? I wish I would've known this was open sooner! She said they have been open for 6months. I had no clue and I drive by it everyday as I work down the street. That's the only reason for the 4 stars. Maybe a 'NOW OPEN' or some sort of signage could be put up? I was so excited to try the new wetzel pretzel in the area. I ordered a substantial amount of pretzel bites. Got home and opened the bag to find the bites were dry. Gone are the days where they would dip them in butter and lightly salt. Instead they were flavorless pieces of dough, do better please. Also I paid with my card but found the tip prices were only 10%-18% and there wasn't an option to do a custom amount. I wanted to tip but felt like I was being pressured to tip a crazy amount and after receiving my food I was glad I didn't.
