I hadn't been to Pinkberry in over 15 years and honestly I forgot it still existed!!! I was actually next door when I noticed this location and decided to give it a try for some nostalgia.. The yogurt is still really good, and the place was clean with very friendly staff... One thing that's definitely different from most frozen yogurt spots now is that it's not self-serve.. They make the yogurt for you and portion everything themselves instead of charging by ounces, which took me a minute to get used to since I'm definitely more of a Yogurtland girl... I do appreciate that they still offer samples though, so you can try flavors before deciding... One downside is that they don't have as much variety as other placed, but the flavors they do have are still tasty and refreshing.. Overall, it was a nice throwback experience, and I'd probably come back again even though it's different from what I'm used to.. Also, kind of cool that this is one of the few Pinkberry locations still around. If you're in Eastvale near the movie theater and craving frozen yogurt, it's worth stopping by!! read more

Pinkberry is always the best and I'm so sad to see that it's only 1 location still open in this area but I'm so happy that it is. This one is a bit smaller inside but has plenty of outdoor seating to accommodate. The staff is friendly and the yogurt is always good! I hope this one stays forever! read more

As soon as we came in, the worker greeted us (gentleman working Saturday afternoon) and immediately took our orders. There were six of us and he was patient and quick. Lots of people came after us and he was also quick and attentive. We've been coming to Pinkberry for years and I love the pomegranate! The hazelnut is also very good if you're craving chocolate. read more

Checked in recently and tried their new White Mocha Flavor and it was delicious! I jazzed it up with fresh strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, almonds, and peanuts and it totally hit the spot. The Employees who work here are super kind, professional, and enthusiastically courteous which helps set the recovery mood properly! I love eating outside by the swishy relaxing fountain too and sharing my Yogurt with the Homegirl Barbies! read more

Customers can't actually serve themselves. You have to wait for an employee to come out from the back, so you're standing there for a minute or two until someone comes out. I also tried calling the store and couldn't get a hold of anyone. The yogurt is very good though. read more

food safety concern with the man working the front at 6pm today. made a report online with the local health department after i saw him scooping toppings (strawberry and kiwi) with his hands from the table back into the containers. dragging all the fruit on the table back into the containers, disgusting. immediately charged back on my credit card and got my money back after. won't be back to this location. read more

I used to love Pinkberry so much but recently they've gotten rid of their dairy free flavor. It's been gone for a couple months now and that's the only yogurt that I rely on. The coconut dairy free was the best thing created and now all I can say is Pinkberry is not very vegan friendly. Hoping this gets the attention it needs. read more

I love pink berry and drive out from Vegas just to get it and this is by far the best location. We have come to this location a few times and the service is always top notch!! We know that the yogurt is always going to be delicious, our favorite is the mango with fresh fruit and mochi, but the strawberry shortcake was great too but the service here is really why we come back. This is different than other yogurt places I went. This one is the set price depends on the size of the yogurt cup you choose. In addition, this is not self-serve. You have to let them know what flavors you want and which toppings you would like. Service was decent, no complaints at all. The lady who served us was nice, smile the whole time, and give us enough time to think what we want. The place looks clean, plus a few tables. If the weather is nice, there are tables outside in the common area. The reason I gave 4 stars because I would enjoy more the self serve more, as I can build the yogurt cup the way I want, the amount I want. But that's just me. read more

I was dissapointed of how filthy dirty the restroom of this location is. Not the first time, it is always this way. It makes me think, and question the place itself. This was very disappointing for a Pinkberry. The lobby looks like it has not been cleaned for a long time. The windows are dirty, their furniture is filthy, sticky and obviously dirty. Pinkberry should be clean and fresh . like the Nordstrom of frozen yogurt. This location is very run down. They are even selling liquor store style snacks on the counter. If you are looking for a Pinkberry experience definitely avoid this location read more

1st visit: the young lady helping me put her elbow in my yogurt (smiled and looked at me to see if I noticed) I DID. But she still served me my yogurt knowing what she did was wrong. Today's visit: I walk in to the same young lady NOT wearing a mask. She was talking to another customer/friend she allowed to NOT wear a mask either inside the store. While ordering, I noticed a fly in the strawberries. She proceeded to NOT toss the strawberries (which there weren't many left) and proceeded to still serve them like that into my order. My visits to this location continuously disappoint. I have given them multiple chances because unfortunately this is now the closest location to me. I have been a loyal Pinkberry customer since it opened but if the standard of cleanliness and service keeps declining I will no longer be able to continue supporting this business. read more

I have been to this location for many years. The mango flavor is really good. The customer service has been lacking lately. The topping counter was messy and the glass was streaky. There was toppings all over the counter and there were toppings that fell into a different container and I'm just thinking what if someone's allergic. The worker barely brushed/cleaned off the counter. Overall, the flavor and frozen yogurt has been solid but they really need to improve the hygiene of place especially during the pandemic. read more

Walked into this place hearing of the owner being kind and welcoming and was highly disappointed going in. Right when I walked in I asked if I may use the restroom first real fast and that I work next door and was interested in checking them out (just introducing my self), and the owner on the phone looked at me angrily and physically showing irritation and shook his head "No" At me very rudely like if I was his kid nagging at him. So I was very confused on how you treat your customers like that no matter how angry the phone call or whatever he was on at the moment is, it don't matter, that has nothing to do with how you treat your customers professionally, very horrible customer service for that, that shows a lot about a business. read more

Drove here after checking store hours on Yelp which confirmed 11pm. Only to pull-up, walk-in at 10:21pm and be told "we're closed sorry". I told the employee their Yelp hours show open until 11pm . She agreed with me and knew the hours were incorrect on Yelp and has known it for sometime, but clearly no one cares enough to change it. Uh....ok?! Why wouldn't you update your store hours if you KNEW they were wrong, and had been for quite some time? Very disappointing. Anyway...There are MANY yogurt businesses to patronize. We were craving for some pinkberry and decided to get our usuals... which is the pinkberry take home. They raised their price from $10 to $12. What was upsetting was the container they put it into. Considering for the price that we paid for, they should have better looking containers. It feels as if we were like at a Chinese to go place. So dissapointing! They told my husband that they are using these containers from now on. Really Pinkberry? Food is all about taste and looks. And plus these containers (styrofoams) are not good for the environment. I came to the store and was helped immediately. I ordered a tropical mango smoothie which was comprised of the original frozen yogurt with non fat milk, mango, pineapple and agave nectar. The smoothie was made relatively quickly and payment was a breeze. I really enjoyed the smoothie as I felt the taste was good for the money. The regular size cup is a great size for this smoothie. Worst customer service ever! Literally just walked in, empty, then comes out the door worker. Doesn't greet at all, rolls her eyes every time we ordered. There were 3 of us, nothing complicated especially when its empty! Then i paid and she gives me the wrong change. Dont come here because the girls attitude alone ruins the experience. I Showed up to Pinkberry on November 9 2019 at 9:02 PM and the business was closed even though the posted fall hours stated it closed at 10:00 PM and the open sign was on as well. I waited for about 10 minutes in hopes that someone would open the doors but they did not. I went to my car and drove around Pinkberry and noticed more customers started to show up. The other customers ended up banging on the door until two employees finally opened the business back up. I was really craving some ice cream so I decided to go back in. Went to this location last night after the movies and was disappointed. It was very hot in the store & when my husband inquired aboutntyenair, the girl assisting us laughed & said they were forbidden to touch the thermostat. We looked over at the thermostat & sure enough a sign was posted on the thermostat that read "do not touch!" How dare you inconvenience customers patronizing your business, and who runs a yogurt store that doesn't has cool air & besides that, flies were in the toppings because it was so hot inside. We won't be going to this location anymore. Also, you must be the same owners of the theater next door who closed down the box office and now guests must purchase their tickets at the concession stand--wtf!!! The PinkBerry ice cream in Limonite, the are serving not the PinkBerry ice cream ...they are not put all the right amount of the ingredients to cut costs And they charge you for the real thing which is not .... You can go to Los Lagos in Corona to taste the difference, in Limonite they are serving sorbet A watery ice cream when the real thing is creamy. The bad parte is he charge you for the real thing. This is my son's and my favorite frozen yogurt chain. The frozen yogurt is nice and tart, and they have seasonal flavors along with flavors that they carry throughout the year. I for the pomegranate or plain frozen yogurt. The number of toppings that you can get depends on the size that you order. read more

I love Pinkberry. I consider it to be the best tasting frozen yogurt of any chain. But this location has really lost its touch. The interior is warm and smells weird. The employee (who was actually nice, don't get me wrong) was left to fend for herself with no other person on shift during a rush and she wasn't wearing gloves the entire time. She seems new. They got rid of the "nicer" toppings like blanched slivered almonds and replaced it with things like popping boba. The front of the store is bombarded with extra things to sell like soda, chips, and candies. My original tart tasted great. The experience was subpar. read more

If I could give it a zero star I would I'm so sad to see this place go down hill. Use to be one of my favorite spots. Not sure if they got new owners but you are not greeted when you walk in. Place is not clean like before. All the regular old management and employees no longer work here. When I walked in to order all the toppings were put away in boxes I didn't even know what topping I can pick from. I asked the employee how do I know what to choose she said they were closing mind you it's only 8:50 and they are closing at 9pm this place use to close at 11pm!!!!! The girl working seemed rushed and frustrated we walked in and ordered I will never come here again. Probably will be closed in a year! Definitely need to make a call to corporate to inform them of this location read more

We got half a dozen donuts along with breakfast items & coffee to try. We got the ube mochi, hello kitty character, unicorn, Banana Pudding, Oreo and Nutella donuts to try. The design are very eye catching for sure. Donuts are nice and fluffy and packed with flavors. Kids really enjoyed them. They're a bit pricey and not something you can regularly buy in this type of economy on a daily basis. To me, they're fun to buy for special occasions and that's probably what we'll do for birthdays or events. For the food, we got a PD breakfast burrito. They offered to cut it in half. The burrito itself is already $16. They asked if we wanted to add cheese or avocado. I was curious and did it. We added cheese and avocado at an extra cost to it. Cheese was $1 and Avocado was $2.50. Extra salsa was 51 cents. It's the size of my hand and a hefty looking burrito. At that point, it's really a questionable choice of why am I spending almost $20 on a burrito.. Haha but it was a decent burrito but in the end, everything was an extra cost after the initial order of the item. Would I buy it again? No. Was it worth it? Not really. But definitely good to try if you are craving a breakfast burrito and don't mind the price. Drinks: We ordered the Ube Vietnamese coffee and Sea Salt Cold Brew. We added an extra shot to the cold brew. The cold brew was good. The Ube Vietnamese coffee was good too. It's a premade coffee drink and not customizable. It's more on the sweeter end than a traditional Vietnamese coffee. I usually like it not as sweet but it was the combo that I was curious about and went with it. Good flavors. Wished the coffee was a bit more bolder for the Vietnamese coffee part but it's not bad. Service was nice and friendly. Everyone was very approachable and I appreciated the explanations and recommendations while deciding.

Another thing to note is that it didn't melt that fast either so we were able to enjoy it without rushing. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and I'm excited to try the other flavors! I'm a big fan of untraditional ice cream flavors and I think Bomb AF nails it. Also, they were playing so amazing bangers so that's a plus in my book.

It is definitely a great stop if you are craving tasty, classic ice cream. I often get BR ice cream because their flavors are rich, fresh, and consistently good. I still gravitate to their original flavors like Jamoca Almond Fudge and Butter Pecan. Both are tasy and high in calories but brings such joy to your taste buds and tummy. Upon entering the store, you can tell it is quite clean and the staff is friendly. It was quite busy but I didn't mind the wait. Even in Winter, there's still a line for ice cold treats. The only downside is the pricing, which feels a bit high for the portion sizes, especially compared to other dessert spots nearby. But hey, if you are nostalgic and want a quick treat this is the place to visit!
