I'm not sure about the person's name, but it was a male and he was extremely rude. My mom explained kindly despite this person's rude behavior, but he constantly just spat at her and failed to inform her of what she needed. How is she supposed to know which forms and documents she needs? Isn't that why people use lawyers??
