She is very knowledgeable, and applies great pressure when asked or takes it back if it is too much pressure. Her table is heated so it feels really nice. She plays relaxing music and uses essential oils. She will ask if you are allergic to any oils. I felt such relief in my shoulders and back after1 the session with Colleen. I highly recommend seeing Colleen as she has been doing massage therapy for over 8 years!

As soon as I entered I felt relaxed and calm. Everything about Lauren's business has a cool vibe. I loved my only prior massage experience I had while on vacation a few months ago, but the experience with Lauren topped it by a large margin. It was so relaxing and de-stressing that I nodded off a couple times. As soon as it was over I made another appointment. I can't wait to go back. There is a large parking lot in the back. You first walk in where there is a desk and a sitting area; and the room off to the side is where the massage takes place. The style and décor is a little eclectic to my taste and I don't think its a vibe everyone would love. Though, it is nice in its own way. Of note: she has foot wipes in the room for "flip-flop feet" and I couldn't believe my luck! My feet were so hot and sweaty and I was trying to figure out a way to wash them before the massage because I was so embarrassed. I had come from work and couldn't stop at home. These legit made my day haha! I asked for a deep tissue massage, as I am still currently healing from a shoulder injury. Admittedly, it was one of the most deep tissue massages I ever had, and pretty intense. Probably too intense for me, but I wasn't sure what to expect so I thought that's just how it was. However, I went for my physical therapy appointment after that and my therapist had never seen me so relaxed! In addition, it's been about a month and my physical therapist says my body has never reverted back to its previous state since that massage. In my case it was actually too much of a good thing because my muscles and joints weren't strong enough to be so relaxed, but I didn't know this at the time. Truthfully, I would have to come back for a less intense massage to be able to give a fair assessment because it was fairly painful and because I didn't know that I shouldn't have had that deep of a massage, had pain afterwards, but this wasn't her fault. She actually handled the situation super professionally. Theresa is truly a LOVELY person. You can tell she loves what she does, and took some time after the appointment to talk with me about my injury and some other strategies I could try at home. I really appreciated the extra time she spent with me. Overall, I will be sticking with my regular massage therapist but would keep Theresa in mind for the future.

I've been to Cheryl 3 times for therapeutic massage and have recommended her to everyone I know. I was in a bad car accident years ago and went to a chiropractor once a week for a year and a half. If I missed one appointment, I was back to square one. Cheryl really performed a miracle with the pain in my neck and back from a messed up disk, scar tissue and muscle strains. I also went to her after my pregnancy just to take some of the strain off of my lower back and shoulders - again I felt great. She really gives enough pressure to work your muscles but not so much that it causes pain. I feel an immediate increase in ease of movement the minute I leave her office. Her prices are reasonable and her office hours flexible. Highly recommended to anyone looking to relax or in need of a real therapeutic/sports massage. I'll never get a massage in a spa again.

Today we called Fah Thai to make a reservation for 2 people. First we were told they don't have…read moreavailibility for 2 for 2:30pm, so I said, OK , hung up, no problem. Then they called back from there again to say they have availibility for 2 for the time we asked for (whatever changed in 5 minutes)! So, we accepted and went there, and guess what? One of us has to wait for 10 minutes (which will eventually become 25 mins) because they are busy?!? - and its already our appointment time. Than that 10 minutes became 25 minutes and the lady that came said give me another 5 minutes (because she just entered the SPA and was not ready of course), My friend had already finished half of his massage by that time and I was still waiting. I talked to them - they unwillingly cancelled and paid my money back after some negotiation and still trying to convince me after their screwed up approach. They wasted our time, my friend finished his massage in 30 minutes (instead of 60) and he had to pay 60 USD for a 30 min massage that he no longer enjoyed/wanted because of the stress they caused and he had to rush out because I was waiting for nothing. They do lie to you about their availibility - so please be cautious! I think a business' reputation shuld be more valuable then just 60 bucks! Shame on you guys!
