We needed a new sign for our new office and out of 6 different companies that we requested a quote from, Erick was the most competitive. I was a bit worried at first based on their current rating, but decided to give them a chance after looking at some of the previous projects he had worked on. I'm glad I did! Erick and his wife came out on and installed both our outdoor and indoor sign on a Saturday. They were very accommodating and responsive to our requests as they installed the sign. Though there are areas for them to improve on (I had to ask the sign be centered vertically and also I had to remind them to help remove window stickers from our old office as agreed upon), they do put a lot of heart and soul into their work. Please do not use this company. They did a simple sign twice and it was horrible. They did not do anything to help out the situation, they keep giving excuses . I asked form my deposit back, and of course he gave more excuses. It took Erick about a month for a simple sign. I gave him a specific sample of the standard that we must meet and he failed. Erick has poor customer service. He did a sign twice, he used inferior materials, and the craftsmanship was damn ugly. We are now in litigation. Beware of this company. There are better and reputable sign companies you can use, do not use this company! read more
