To be honest, I was feeling uneasy about dropping off a package at this FedEx location after reading all the negative reviews here. I was preparing myself for a less than favorable interaction, but I was extremely lucky to have walked in at the "right" time on 11/7/24. The second I walked in I was approached by Sheila who was very helpful. I was in and out of there lightning fast (about 2 minutes total). This review is solely based on my experience with the printer center. There are plenty of other services that Fedex can do like laminate or do special print jobs. I recently had a few urgent documents to print out, but didn't want to spend the more money on ink. I was recommended to try Fedex. Not the shipping company, but what what it use to be: "Fedex Kinkos". They have different ways for you to print, whether sending in an email to their Print & Go cloud storage for a retrieval code or via your own USB stick. I opted for the Print & Go cloud storage option since I can just use my phone to save attachments and email all at once. When I went inside the store I pulled up the retrieval code, paid for the copies that I needed and I was on my way. For documents like a PDF, the cost came to about $0.62 a sheet and a black and white image was $0.13 a sheet. For a small print job in a hurry, the cost wasn't too bad. Definitely recommend stopping by if you need to print something or make copies conveniently. read more

So we ordered a table and waited two weeks for it to arrive. Home Depot had it shipped to this facility. This is a $400 wooden outdoor table. When we arrived, the place was staffed by two young women with long fingernails. I mention their fingernails because when they went to get our box, they couldn't handle the box correctly or grip it very tightly because of their stupid fingernails. So then instead of lifting the box, tweedle dee and tweedle dumb start ROLLING THE BOX. And every time the box whacked one of its sides, I could here all of the wood clattering around inside of the box more than 15 feet away. We take the box. Drive home. Open the box. Sure enough. The 400 dollar table is broken now. Avoid this store at all costs. It's staffed by morons. read more

Another sweet lady came in to ask about borrowing a trolley and instead of just saying no, they shit talked her afterwards. I packaged up my things and went to the front to pay, and the female employee at the front stared at me and gave me so much attitude when all I wanted to do was pay. When I google FedEx drop off locations, there are always a big of places that accept it but I don't really know how that works so I go to the Official FedEd Office Print & Ship Centers. The official store gives me confidence that my packages will arrive to their destination. The staff was busy but still friendly and helpful. I was in and out in minutes. I usually come in for a few things so I have actually stood in store for about 30-45 mins & I have seen how many people get in and out in a timely manner. Big Thank you to Isaac M, he has always helped me out with my transparency prints that I get regularly for my TSHIRT printing. But while I wait I notice he does almost everything and anything for all the customers and makes sure they are all getting taken care of, or he's letting them know that he will be right with them. This FedEx is really convenient as it is located off Baldwin Park Blvd near the 10 freeway. I needed to ship an important package and decided it would be best to use FedEx vs the Post office. As you walk in, they have shipping supplies available for purchase as needed. Everything was very organized and presentable. They have printers available for use along with printing services. There wasn't a line for service, we were first in line. The cashier was pleasant and efficient. I provided all the information of the recipient of the package and she gave a few options on the pricing. All safety precautions were adheard to: masks, social distancing and partitions. I am really glad that I found this Fed-Ex near my work since I started selling some items off of Mercari that has shipping through Fed-Ex as a cheaper option for packages weighing 1 to 3 lbs. It is located across a Target that I frequent occasionally during my lunch breaks from work. Parking was a bit of a hassle since it is in a shared plaza with other stores. Once I entered the store, the worker who helped me out greeted me and made small chat as he scanned my package and gave me my receipt for my transaction. I came in today for a service. While I was sitting down using the computer to print a label, I observed that staff was not friendly or helpful to customers. There was a Spanish speaking elderly female who was vocal that she needed help printing because it was her 1st time, & was asking for help because she was not tech savvy and the support was so poor, the male employee seemed frustrated to have to help her. Then another female employee at the register was also dismissive as another male customer was seeking help. The female employee was walking away as he was trying to talk to her as you saw her just moving some boxes. The staff needs to be more friendly and helpful. I would not send my parents here or recommend this place to others due to the poor customer experience I observed. Girl at the counter was nice and friendly, told her I needed my item packaged for shipping and then I had a label already - She took my item and asked if everything was secure inside and I told her yes, but she opened it to take a look anyways. I guess better safe than sorry. Pricing was on par for the box & packing materials. It cost me $5 for it. Which might be even cheaper than the UPS store - but the UPS store uses popcorn filler and not just butcher paper. All and all - nice place, clean store, friendly staff. read more

Had the worst experience today at this FedEx location. I walked in to use the self-printer as I usually do and Robert immediately came up to me with a bad attitude and asked me if the paper I use is laser safe. I kindly replied that I was unsure and he rudely told me that if the printer were to mess up, I'd have to pay for it instead of being helpful and suggesting what I could do about printing out my documents. Then, I asked him if he could remind me how to change the paper settings and he rudely brushed me off by just telling me it was on the bottom left of the screen instead of offering to come help me figure it out. After the printer failed to print one of my documents correctly, we asked Robert if he could fix the issue but yet again, he was unhelpful. At this point, we were upset with the awful attitude and terrible customer service we received since walking in the door and we were vocal about it. To top it off, Robert along with his female coworker in the glasses and long hair started giggling as we walked out of the store clearly frustrated with their lack of professionalism and horrific work ethic. I would NOT recommend coming here as the employees are extremely unhelpful and disrespectful. I've been coming here for years, but this place really went downhill after Taylor left. read more

This is regarding the print center. I don't understand why I put myself through this hell. Because of Kinko's, I'm investing in a printer. It's great that they have new methods to print and this allows me to work around any problems that may occur.. but they should have a solution the first time around. The self print stations don't print excel files... I learned that the hard way and had to convert the files on my phone to a pdf and then send the pdf to print through the cloud printing. The self print stations can't print secured documents (or at least I think that was the problem. I had to use an app on my phone to cut the document into a new document and print that way. Also it's dumb that I have to print each file one at a time, rather than selecting everything I want to print at once with a common setting. Waste of my time! During one of my problems, I went up to the desk for help. I asked her to print my file because the self-print stations aren't letting me print. She tells me to use a computer in the back because she is swamped with work... A few seconds ago, I heard you chatting with your co-worker! The computers are a rip off. My sister had to print a document last minute and we couldn't send it through the cloud because it was on a website. We jumped on the computer (it's paid by the minute)... and it took us 5 mins in total... and we couldn't even load the webpage. You could, however, use the computers for free... but it's only to access the online print FedEx website. The FedEx website is frustrating. It's not simple at all. I just want to print a file. On mobile, it's even worse. Some links just loop. Two stars because pages are 12 cents + 1 cent tax and it has helped me successfully in the past. But I'm probably never coming back to print. My prior experience was the final straw. read more

Just in case this review i left on the FedEx/WeListen website was not noticed, I decided to put it here to emphasize the GREAT experience I had when I visited this location. The person who assisted was Emily & she is a supreme multi-tasker! She was handling over 10 individuals on her own in the last 20 minutes of operating hours. The wait across the street at Office Max was torture, so we came here. Granted we still had to wait, but it was only momentarily. Emily's customer service skills and efficiency were phenomenal. I observed her accommodating others in between break periods from other customers. It was true chaos- children screaming, people who were not fluent in ENGLISH getting frustrated, last minute walk-ins expecting to get things done quickly so VERY close to closing... and she remained calm all throughout. It is a true measure of character to see someone stay so kind in the midst of disaster (other customers were just so ruthless and rude). There is so much professionalism in good social skills, thank you Emily for being on top of your game. We appreciate you, and the quick printing job you were able to accomplish despite these troubles. I hope your superiors know your worth. read more
