Baldwin park UPS store and it says I dropped it off on March 1, 2026 and they created the label back on February 1, 2026‍ this store is soo ridiculous and full of thieves!! Biggest mistake trusting this location with my package they scanned my package in and it never left their store according to UPS! Of course the store blames UPS even though they never got it! I can't even replace the item for my client cuz it was specially made for them the store didn't even offer an apology! One of my favorite UPS location. The workers are always really helpful and friendly. It gets pretty packed whenever I come but the workers work really fast to try to help everyone in a timely manner. This location is next to Walmart and has a big parking lot so I never have a hard time finding parking. read more

Only great when the older veteran is in. Both employees, young Asian woman and young Asian man completely wasted my time for 30 minutes and ignored everything I said. I had printed a paper already and it was behind them. I paid for it. I asked for them to hand it to me and they kept rolling their eyes pointing to the sign saying email to print. I'd try to explain and they just waved the next customer in. Even when waiting in the line, the woman refused to call for me, asked for the ppl behind me, the male then proceeded to ignore me the second I said print and looked away pointing to the sign. I had to say please, just wait, please check the printer right behind you. I've been asking for that 1 paper from the brother printer. He then got it for me and said "that's ok I won't charge you for it" after I told them I paid for it and paid the $5 to use the computer. I just had a 12 hour nursing shift. This small windows of time is the only time I ever get to print or ship things. The disregard for critical thinking just upset me so much. They did not want to hear me talk and I just needed them to hand me my one paper. read more

When I arrived here at 6 pm on a Friday it was PACKED with a line outside the door, first time I've seen a UPS that packed. They have a self drop off for returns though so if you come prepared you can easily do everything yourself. Service was pretty fast when it was our turn too and overall seems like they take care of the needed job or returning items back to amazon. read more

Will lose your package and not bother to look for it. Came in store with a drop off receipt. It had been 11 days since I dropped off my package. All status updates indicated that my package never left this UPS store. But the two very unmotivated workers there straight up lied to my face and had the nerve to tell me the package got lost when it left the facility. How are you going to tell me that the package left your facility at 9:05am when I got my printed delivery receipt at 9:07am? The worker also wrote down a number for me to call, that was basically completely useless. Tried filing a claim online and that was also more cumbersome than it needed to be. This place is too crowded and disorganized. The workers could care less. It's always crowded in here with people who are trying to return their amazon products without being prepared. If you're shipping something you care about, or are trying to run a business, do not come here. Go to a USPS instead. Or there's a UPS center in Baldwin part. This place will either steal or lose your package. And then be extremely unhelpful and useless. read more

This facility "lost" my package and in turn I lost my customer and my sale. They have so many cameras in there but somehow they "lost" it. I hope someone reviews the footage and is able to find out what really happened to my package. Rather than look for said package they redirected me to a phone number that is giving me the run around. The package never left their facility after 11 days. My product was very hard to acquire and it's a shame that this place showed me such terrible service. I have done lots of business with them in the past but I do not plan on returning to this location again. It's a shame that they didn't do their job. I stop by here to drop off packages pretty regularly since it's near work and employees are always friendly. The store is small and a truck is usually parked out front but they are efficient. It feels a little cluttered but the job is done! I'm usually pretty satisfied with the speed and environment. Sometimes it can get busy but it's quick. read more

I dropped off a return package and they were able to scan my package right away. It wasn't as busy when I came so I can't tell whether this location gets busy or not. My only reason for coming here was to buy a plain box, to ship out a package. Apparently I couldn't use a free return shipping label on USPS priority shipping box, so I was in need of a new box. Instead of going to Office depot or a Staples, that was located much further, I decided to try this place first, just to see what they had. Boy was I surprised, the Guy behind the counter repacked my contents into a plain box, secured it, sealed it, attached the shipping label, made the package trackable and mailed it for me, all for under $4.00. I almost paid $15.00 shipping it by the US Postal Service. What a great find. The associate was pleasant and extremely helpful. Will be back here for all my shipping needs. read more

Nothing is perfect! However, this location has improved a lot. Last night, because of the severe weather back east, my package was delayed. I contacted the Baldwin Park facility where the package was, after I tracked it, and the UPS website said it was "out for delivery" but the UPS driver when he was delivering a different package to my neighbor said my package was not on his truck. He gave me a phone number and right away the lady representative put me in contact with the Baldwin Park UPS business manager, Rochelle. She was amazing, explaining everything down to the different times of day they actually scan the packages before they go on the trucks. What happened was because of the extreme weather back east where my package came from, the package reached Baldwin Park but it was too late to do the second scan and load onto the truck. Rochelle contacted the scanning department and put a "red flag" alert for my tracking number. Lo and behold, she got the package AND she personally delivered it to me later that night! This was very impressive, that someone who was not even a designated driver went out of her way to deliver my package, albeit a few hours late. Try this facility again, if you have had bad experiences before. Like I mentioned, they have definitely improved. read more

The sender won't be able to send me another pair because it was limited edition, nor a refund because it was an add on for an NFT I purchased. The manager of the facility, Patricia, called me, stated that they were unable to locate the package in the facility. With no apology, just told me to contact the sender. Yelp 100 Challenge 2017 - #100/100 A package that was supposed to have been delivered has gone missing. I called UPS main office and they started an investigation. In the meantime I didn't want the same thing to happen so I decided to change my delivery settings. I opted to have my package delivered to a UPS branch/store for pick-up instead. I'd rather drive out than have my packages stolen again. This is the closest UPS store and the employees are really nice and helpful. I was informed they will hold packages for a week before sending it back to UPS main when they are not claimed. They go the extra mile by calling the customer to remind them or ask if they needed extra time to pick up their package before returning them to UPS main. To me they are like Santa's helpers. read more

To make a long story short I had returned a few items from Amazon for my sister. Some of these items consisted of multiple picture frames, which I accidentally ended mixing up and the wrong QR code was scanned. Once we realized that had happened I gave them a call to let them know, I was dreading them being rude about it, but the gentleman I spoke to wasn't. He told me just to come in so the correct QR code can be scanned. Once I got to the store it turned out that they had accidentally packed up the picture frame in the truck but the gentleman was nice enough to look for it and not to mention patient! He finally found it and the picture was re-scanned with the correct QR code. I was so appreciative, they for sure went above and beyond! All the gentleman at this store are awesome for their hard work and not to mention the older gentleman that also works there is such a sweetheart! Staff members here are friendly, kind and very helpful. I come here often, and they recognize me which is always nice. The store can get very busy, it seems like a lot of surrounding businesses use this store to ship (this says a lot about this store). And it can get busy at times, where they might take time to process your item...but they are fairly organize and I never have any problem with my packages. I honestly do not understand why there are so many negative reviews here about UPS delivery service, when it's not even associated with UPS stores.
