    The package didn't even get picked up from the store. Where is it?

    This facility "lost" my package and in turn I lost my customer and my sale. They have so many cameras in there but somehow they "lost" it. I hope someone reviews the footage and is able to find out what really happened to my package. Rather than look for said package they redirected me to a phone number that is giving me the run around. The package never left their facility after 11 days. My product was very hard to acquire and it's a shame that this place showed me such terrible service. I have done lots of business with them in the past but I do not plan on returning to this location again. It's a shame that they didn't do their job. My wife and I are small business owners and things are hard enough on us as it is. Tracking number 1ZV2X1189090277053 Drop off time Saturday 7 October 2023 9:06A.M. I came in with a full face red, white and blue helmet on my head and a black motorcycle. The package was in a white weatherproof bag and inside was a black tee shirt. Please review the camera footage. Return my item to me. I already lost the sale and the customer. Just give me back my tee shirt.

    They are always busy but very efficient. They are helpful and it's ok if I have to wait for a few minutes. They are in a good location

    *update* my packages were sent out wrong! Ugh…read more I had the worst experience at this location and I will never return. I went here 2 days ago with my fiance to drop off my Vinted go order and the lady working was beyond rude. (Unfortunately didn't get a name but she was a Hispanic mid aged lady) First, she had a problem scanning my item; told me maybe they didn't pay, I should reprint labels because I probably didn't print them right etc. (weird cause I never had any issues before when I came here and got helped by someone else but I went with it cause what do I know) she re printed my labels rudely, was lazy and handed me to put them on the packages "properly" since she said I did it wrong. She then Scanned, said it wasn't working again and she had no idea to help me. So then I googled what to do while she walked in the back room to attend to her kids who were playing and doing homework while she worked upfront. I was so confused and frustrated that Online said to try another location so, I left. Went to another location 10min away- they were closed. Checked my email and all my packages said they were scanned into the system and ready to ship YET I had my packages with me. I immediately called the lady back to tell her she scanned them in and she said "oh yeah someone else had a problem after u so just come bring them back they should be fine",, "it's a system problem and I shut down the systems to reset it." I came back less than 10 min after I called at 5:43pm and they close at 6pm. The door was locked!!! All lights off!! I called 5 times and she forwarded my call each time. I stood outside banging on the door for over 6mins . We could hear and see her kids running around in the back in the dark. She finally arrived at the door after banging on the glass door and calling over and over and said "oh sorry the door automatically closes after a certain time" took my packages, smiled, and walked away back inside; yet the open sign was off, all lights off, door locked etc more than 15min early til closing time after she knew I was coming back to drop off packages. She doesn't seem like she likes what she does. Working in customer service is not for her. She made my experience horrible. horrible customer service and wasted my time. I will not return to this location. I will instead go down the street to San Marino. I could of got in trouble with Vinted and could of been out of money if my packages didn't get delivered properly, this wasn't cool and she had no idea to help. Training staff to help customers efficiently is very important and also to be welcoming and kind!!

    I came into the Postal Annex in Azusa last week for a Live Scan and it was my first time ever…read moreneeding one. I needed it for my daughter's end of the year field trip and honestly wasn't quite sure what the process was or what paperwork was required. Jinesh was extremely informative and took the time to break everything down for me. He explained that I needed the proper Live Scan request form from the school district before the fingerprinting could be completed. Instead of rushing me through or giving unclear instructions, he made sure I understood exactly what was needed and told me to come back once I had the correct paperwork. I returned this morning with everything in order and was assisted by Arsh. She was very sweet and upfront about being new and still in training. I let her know I was patient and in no rush at all. She took her time, made sure everything was done properly, and even had someone assisting her over the phone until Jinesh arrived and stepped in to help finish up. The entire process was smooth and only took about 10 to 15 minutes since I arrived early and it wasn't busy. I really appreciated how welcoming and helpful everyone was. They didn't make me feel rushed or confused at any point. For something that could feel intimidating the first time, they made it easy and stress free. They also offer a wide range of services including mailing, printing, faxing, PO boxes and more, which makes it a convenient one stop shop for a lot of needs. Overall I felt genuinely helped and taken care of. I would absolutely recommend this Postal Annex location and will continue coming here for future services.

    My experience at this PostalAnnex was terrible. Jinesh was rude from the start and did not want to…read morehelp me lift or move my package onto the scale. I had a prepaid return package, but he still tried to charge me $10 just to send it out. That makes no sense for a prepaid return. He came across as unwilling to do the work and looking for extra ways to charge customers. I ended up going to another PostalAnnex in Glendora, where the person working there was kind, helpful, and surprised that the location at 1171 E Alosta Ave, Azusa, CA 91702 tried to charge me extra for a prepaid return. This kind of service makes PostalAnnex and FedEx look bad. I would not recommend this location. If I could give negative stars, I would.
