He also did not respond whatsoever about me getting other bids to even see what the expenses were to cover the work. The offer never came though when he said, and there is no communication from him as to why he is again not doing what he says he'll do. A simple "ok, send me the bids and I'll send the offer then " would have done. Or even better how about "we're sorry for all the inconveniences we've put you through. Sure, send the bids and we'll take care of it" would have been the right thing to do, but we get zero response about that and instead he made it sound like he was making an offer without any interest in what it would actually take to get the job covered. Either way, there is no follow up, no offer, and poor/ no communication as per the last two maddening months. We can't deal with him any longer as his behavior and having constant re-do's are causing severe unnecessary stress. Had to contact BBB and Good Contractor. Appears altogether and professional up front and then acts like a completely different person when he has your money and things don't go right. Lots of very frustrating no shows as well.

They sent two guys that were respectful and wanted to work, but needed direction and supervision. They used a lot of my tools as they were not prepared to take on this job. I was in contact nearly every day with Kelly and her partner as I tried to work with them. I could go on and on about their excuses. Subs were asking if I was paying Kelly, because they were not getting paid. After about three weeks (into a ten day job) I had to ask them to leave with the job half done. (less than half once the new contractor had to redo some of their work) At that point Kelly demanded full payment. I believe Kelly and her partner know very little about renovations. They bid the job, order materials and hope their subcontractors can make it work. I will add that I had worked in construction when I was younger, so i am familiar with what was needed I had a bad feeling about Kelly the first time we met, she really didn't seems to understand the work process or construction in general. Thinking she was just the front person I move forward with them. I should have listened to my gut.

After receiving the quote, upon Greg's advise, we went to The Tile Shop in Southlake, where Diane helped us to design our entire master bath - she was fantastic. She coordinated directly with Greg for the amount of supplies and all we had to do was provide payment. We have remolded nearly our entire house and this was by far the simplest design phase we have ever been through. Even better, we received 20% off for labor day weekend! We picked out our granite from another of Greg's connections and we were in and out of the store in 20 minutes. Wonderful! After picking out all our materials, Greg began the renovation on a Monday (and aside from a small hiccup with tile not being ready for pick up) was able to finish majority of the work by the weekend. I was so impressed with how quick Greg's team worked in addition to how they basically wrapped up everything in our master bedroom so that nothing would get dusty. They also cleaned up their workspace ever single day. The glass guy took a few weeks to install the glass (couldn't measure until tile was complete), but other than that it was a very painless project.
