The did a decent job making it look like a 50's dinner, even providing those 50's style glass wears. I was a little worried though because our server seemed very I'll "congested." All of the sweets that they add to the ice cream ie cookie's, and brownies are all hand made "that adds a star" but everything else is store bough. Cones and ice cream are not made in house, and ice cream isn't "premium." The selection of Ice cream also was a let down since they only had like 3 flavors. I'd say this is more of an experience than a "I gotta take you here some time" kinda place.

I think people really just don't know about Rita's and how good it is. So this is me getting the word out. Do yourself a favor and go get some Rita's. The employee that made it actually apologized when he handed it to me (stating that it was runny). I took it to the table thinking it wouldn't be that bad. Unfortunately, I was wrong...it was horrible. I returned to the counter and asked if it could be remade because it was too runny. The employee asked the employee that made the Mix and was told "no, that's how they are". This was not my first Braum's Mix, but it will be my last at this location. Honesty goes a long way. I can understand a mistake, malfunctioning equipment, and a host of other problems. Management....I truly hope you read this and take action to address your employees lack of concern for honesty, quality, and your business reputation. Guy come to take my money, and several times was trying to cover his mouth while eating before he was able to take my card for payment. Can't be more disgusting than that. Was at the drive thru window at 237pm on 12/15/2025. The guy was wearing a blue rubber apron. You really can't make this stuff up. Very unprofessional and obviously not managed by anyone professional or properly trained.
