Both the server and the cook checked on us and inquired about the food which did not disappoint. I come to find out that this is a scratch dinner preparation, meaning Nothing is made until you order, and sometimes with multiple people at your table plates may not come out at the same time because they may be batched with similar orders that came in at the same time from separate tables. Take for example the Beef Cheek pasta. One person at our table was served the beef cheek pasta as well as somebody at a separate table. But the other three diners at our table were still waiting for our meal for quite some time. But it comes out hot and It comes out freshly prepared, because it is not sitting there under a heat lamp, waiting for the other meals to be prepared. When my roast did chicken did arrive, along with my wife's shrimp and another diners scallops, everything was hot, fresh, outstanding and well worth the wait.
