He has groomed our long-haired rescue Dachshund 3 times now. I was very worried about handing her over to him, as she suffers from a great deal of social anxiety and separation anxiety and has been known to growl and snap at strangers. The first two times Roman groomed her, she came out looking beautiful and surprisingly relaxed. I was thrilled. The next time did not go as well, unfortunately, but Roman handled it like the amazing pro he is. He had groomed my dog entirely, but when he went to cut her nails, she had a diarrhea attack in his van. He explained this to me, patiently. I was mortified, but Roman's concern was not for himself or his van, but only for my dog-- he wanted to figure out what triggered her response to make sure it didn't happen again.
