Pretty good, but man i wish they didn't remove the option to get chili cheese fries. Those were the bomb. Whataburger does however have the best ketchup in the game! I will die on that hill haha! Service is usually quick though I always go in, so can't speak for drive thru speed. read more

Every time I decide against my better judgement to give this place another try since it is so close to my house, I end up in the drive thru line for what seems like forever. Tonight 4 cars in one lane of the drive thru got there food and left while I just sat there and waited for over 15 minutes like an idiot, at a fast food restaurant, I mean my goodness does anyone in the building have a sense of urgency? What's not to like at this place it's a great burger place that has great food. Stopped here a while back and I ordered the patty melt and fries and girlfriend got the chicken tenders. The food was cooked to perfection and the inside was nice and clean. read more

Wow just ordered a salad with hot chicken on it for the fact it was hit asked them to put the chicken on the side in a separate container so it didn't welt my lettuce on the drive home. Not sure why you can't order in the app and go thru the drive thru unless it's past 10pm. DO NOT waste your time in curbside. Just ordered one single burger, no fries no drink, and I've been waiting curbside for 30 mins. There's nobody else parked for curbside either, not many cars in the drive thru. Been to this location multiple times and it's always the same long wait and never friendly service. I have to say the one in Rogers is worse though with wait times. read more

I've been here 3 times since they've opened and each time something has been wrong. The last visit I waited over 20 minutes behind one car at the window ahead of me. Not even a "sorry about your wait" Pulled ahead to check the order and received no fries for any meal. Had to park and go back in. Still no even an " I apologize for the inconvenience or sorry for your trouble". Almost a half an hour trip to a fast food burger joint drive thru by the time it was all said and done. When I got home my daughter asked me why I got her coffee to drink.... That's right the sweet tea I ordered for my daughter somehow must have magically turned into a black coffee on our way home.... They are trying. But trying doesn't get the job done. I ordered a Cobb salad with grilled chicken. Almost every salad in the US consists of lettuce, tomato, cheese and bacon and ETC. Of course the Cobb salad has egg and carrot and in this case the grilled chicken, but the kitchen failed to put the two most delicious salad ingredients. Cheese and bacon. But hey! No worries it was my fault for adding chicken to a "complicated" menu item. And also my fault for assuming the staff could handle one salad in a drive thru with only me and a car in front of me. So now I have paid for an inferior product that wasn't as advertised and I want it done right. I give them a call and they want me to come back same day. I reluctantly agree and ask if my fiancé can pick it up. At this point in time I give the tasteless salad to a coworker. Later this evening my fiancé gets home with the ALL NEW AND IMPROVED salad... but they forgot the dressing... Yes, again, I agree it is our fault for assuming that a business that prides themselves on customer service would have taken initiative to make sure they got the remake correct. No fries in my bag from drive-thru! Incredibly frustrating when you're down the road and open your bag. Went back to store to get my medium fry Attention Store Manager!!! You should really coach/teach your staff that apology and genuine conveyance of regret for all the trouble of customer driving back to store. And then they ask "what size"? Well I'm not going to lie, so I asked for and got a medium, but probably just handing the customer a large fry for their troubles, and to establish good wool, and to avoid a horrible review seems prudent.
