This is the slowest, most unreliable Whataburger we have ever been to, and we've been to several. It's too bad this is our closest Whataburger. We've waited 45 minutes for our food here before. Several times our orders were wrong and they actually argue with you about it. So glad Whitehouse has a great one. read more

Being night owls in a small town, there are very few, if any, decent restaurants with the 24-hour business model. Since the Jacksonville, Texas Denny's was granted a liquor license and started selling alcohol, we have begun going to the Jacksonville Whataburger. After several bad experiences at the Jacksonville store, we decided to give the new Whataburger in Bullard, 12 miles away, a shot. This review is ONLY for the Bullard location. I will write one for the Jacksonville store later. As expected, the restaurant was practically empty, except for two employees at 2 in the morning. This Whataburger is attached to a travel store area which sells gas, tobacco, candy, souvenirs, etc. The restaurant has its own separate entrance as well as one directly from the convenience store area. The convenience store entrance to the restaurant is near the restrooms. There are two wax figures, one on each side of the restaurant main entrance. From the inside, the wax figure on the left is John Belushi in his Blues Brothers suit, holding a microphone, with one leg raised in a kick. The figure on the right is Dan Ackroyd in his Blues Brothers suit. The booths are vinyl red with other circa 1950s decor. The restaurant itself was very clean. The two employees on duty were both very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. My order was accurate and hot. I was pleased to see two employees on duty during the overnight hours on a weeknight in a town with a population of about 2,500. This may not completely stop overnight criminal activity, but it might cut down the odds some. read more

Staff used to be good, but has slowly gotten worse. Lines take forever in the mornings. Staff are rude, but aside all of that the food at this Whataburger is better than any Whataburger I've been too. read more

This is a decent Whataburger location, if a bit utilitarian. The food was good, and I like the option of spicy ketchup for my french fries. My friend who was with me particularly enjoyed their mushroom and swiss burger. When I got my milk shake it turned out that I ended up with a vanilla shake instead of a chocolate, but I really didn't mind since I like vanilla too, so I didn't mention it. But I guess the machine had run out of the chocolate syrup that gets mixed in when they are made. The next person in line behind me actually noted it to the employee behind the counter when the same thing happened with their shake. The person behind the counter was very apologetic to both of us and quickly refilled the chocolate and was sure to bring me over a chocolate shake even though I hadn't even asked for it. They definitely value their customers at this location and I would certainly stop by again. read more

Giving NO stars because every time (even from the grand opening) all orders have been wrong or something has been missing. Management is terrible and always has an excuse and an attitude when dealing with customer satisfaction...well, the lack thereof. Get it together!!! Pitiful. read more

I have been waiting an hour to order? Have not gotten a confirmation of "I will be with you in a moment" just plan ignoring us at the drive-thru. I've been waiting for my order yet did not even get as far as ordering. I live in Bullard and I often order from this location. I really do love this place! but i am appalled at what just happened. i was going through the drive thru & we got our food then we asked for ketchup. which i guess we should have asked but i didn't think it was too big of an ask but apparently it was! she did not get us ketchup. wow. read more

Well online ordering doesn't help the wait time that's for sure. Ordered a simple breakfast taquito through the online app and was told it would be ready at 9:20. Got there right at that time and still did not receive my order until 9:35 even though I was at the front of B lane read more

The store is clean and the staff helpful. Five of us had lunch today and they got all our orders right. Alice came by several times to help with extra napkins, ketchup and drink refills. Best Whataburger I've visited! I recommend it highly and suggest other Whataburger locations study what they're doing here and replicate it. read more

Not ONCE have they actually gotten my order correct! I mean how hard is a #1 no mustard?? And dont bother gettin the buffalo ranch chicken strip sandwich.. they might as well have left the sauce completely off... theres so little on there you cant even taste it! Dont bother askin for a side of anything... they will forget it... their list of people they owe "free food" to because they screwed their order up must be a thousand pages long!! I walked in ten till 11pm and kindly asked if they were starting breadkfast yet. The store was completely empty. My rude server name "Whitney" told me she could not start breakfast yet. And walked away from the cash register as if she was finished with me. So I stayed at the register ,trying to find something else to eat and the Whitney lady thought I was out of hearing distance so she decided to laugh and make a joke about me wanting to get breakfast 10 minutes before time. As I said there was absolutely no customers at this location so I don't understand why she would even walk away from a paying customer. Then I asked for grilled chicken and without taking a breath said they were out. I have always loved whataburgers but sadly I will not be back to this place. And for the manager of this location you should know how your current employee walks around making jokes about customers and acting VERY unprofessional. I've been in the fine dining restaurant industry for years. With that being said I didn't expect a yes ma'am no ma'am from her. But to at least acknowledge customers as people. Just because it's slow time and you have no orders to make you shouldn't walk around with an attitude and act like you rule the breakfast hour. read more

I have tried there's restaurant three times, and they have yet to get an order right. When you go back to the counter to have them correct it, they stare you like they have no idea what's going on. The only reason they are getting one star is because they I can give zero. Either the worst service or the most clueless I have ever seen. read more
