"I don't understand, a Meatball Sub is supposed to have Mozzarella ain't it? It is Italian Cheese... But you're charging me extra for it?" He explained to me that other cheese they have doesn't cost extra and he rattled off a list of other cheeses. I calmly explained that "None of those belong on a meatball sub." The kid then goes into a spill about how he can't change the prices in the register, blah, blah and politely yet somewhat forcibly insists that I just pay the up charge. " I don't want it."
