Always happy to support local mom and pop restaurants so we gave this location of Juicy tacos a try since it is closer to home. Let me just emphasize I will never go to this location again. Ordered a couple of tacos, two sides of rice, Order of beef nachos and some salsa to go. So as everyone pretty much knows nachos are basically chips and cheese with some type of toppings. I will Give them props for separating the chips from the rest of the toppings so they don't go soggy on the to go orders. HOW in the world do you all forget the nacho cheese sauce?! If you think mayonnaise is too spicy then this is the spot for you. Absolutely no flavor; they couldn't even be bothered to add salt to the chips. The Crunchy Tacos are pretty good and several steps ahead of other fast food tacos. The taco salad is also good, but it needs to be served in a bowl instead of on a piece of waxed paper. I'd recommend skipping the queso. It has an oily texture and has zero flavor. Next time, I'll skip the salsa, too. It's more onions than peppers. It also has a slightly sweet taste. Wow. I know we paid about 1/2 as much as at a sit down restaurant for the same quality of food, and bigger portions. The beef was real beef, not paste or mushy. It was juicy and tender, but had real steak texture. Place was clean, service was good, food came out hot and fast. Wow this was easily the best taco I've ever had. I went to get gas next door headed back to Dallas and something told me I needed to check it out. I AM SO HAPPY I DID The soft flour tortilla was perfectly thick and not too chewy. The hard taco inside was the perfect size inside the soft taco which made the taco not too messy to eat. The beans were lovely!!! Not too salty but had a great flavor. The ground beef!!! Wow. I wasn't expecting too much from a ground beef taco but THIS WAS IT!!!! All the cheese stacked on taco was the cherry on top!!!! Do yourself this favor and get some tacos! read more

JG score of 6.5/10 for this visit from us (+2 for food here, +1 for atmosphere, +1 for price, 0 for no Diet Dr Pepper, +0.5 for service, +1 for we will return) The food here is much better than the one by Olive Garden or west 80. The Tejano taco with its Jalapeno cheese is tasty. The other items we got all had fresh ingredients and tasted good. These fast food items were really good. The atmosphere was nice and new and very clean with several TV's. The price is great and easily under $15. No Diet Dr Pepper only Diet Coke. They also have good tea. The service is friendly and fast and in many cases they bring your food out to you. This place we will go back to. read more

Driving through on 20 and stopped here and was not disappointed! The Jucys hard tacos are yummy the shell taste like what you would typically get on the outside of a taco salad, yum! The supreme nachos with both quesos was worth stopping for so good and big but you have to eat it fast so it doesn't go soggy (we were on a car trip) but it was still delicious eating with a fork. The only thing we weren't wowed by was the quesadilla but will stop here again when driving through! There medium drink is BIG. read more

The quesadilla had to be the worst quesadilla I've ever had. The chipotle sauce on them is terrible and runs out all over the place, when you take a bite. My son had the same reaction. We could not finish eating them. The red sauce, that I had to pay extra for, tasted like Taco Bell red sauce that they put on everything. The red sauce was on my lukewarm beans and cheese too. I had to put the bowl in the microwave , because the beans weren't hot. I doubt we'll be back. We'll stick to Taco Bueno or Taco Cabana. read more

The best food I've had in a long time! The meat was seasoned to perfection and the homemade guacamole was outstanding!! To tip it off the service was the best. Holy guacamole!!! My fiance and I stopped at this Jucy's Taco location on our way to Fort Worth, TX. We decided to order guacamole and chips. We were blown away by the quality of the guac from a fast food chain!! It was fresh, delicious, and tastes like it was homemade! The chips were perfectly crisp and warm, and not oily. Ended up going back inside to throw away some trash, and the one of the workers told me to take 2 iced teas on the house!!! The tea was fantastic! The customer service totally exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this location, and hope this franchise will find it's way to Florida and Louisiana! read more
