This location was pretty quick with getting the food out to us. The restaurant was being cleaned while we were . The only problem with this location was that 3 workers (shown sitting in picture) who were on break were extraordinarily loud, cackling, laughing, and just extremely loud and obnoxious. All other employees were great and friendly. Omar was the kindest and most respectful. read more

I really don't know why people rave about this burger joint. The service and cleanliness of the restaurant were great but the burgers are absolutely terrible. 1. Wrong dipping sauce even though the right one was on the receipt. 2. Ordered onions rings instead of fries. Got both, charged for both. Should have noticed. 3. Smallest chicken tenders ever. Three of these were $5.59. JUST the tenders. I can get an entire three tender meal at Popeyes for $1.50 more. And one tender at Popeyes is the same size as three here. And they came in the most giant box. Eveything tasted ok, it was just bad to pay so much for so little. read more

I noticed the Westside fast food spots taste better than any other side of the city. This whataburger is always clean, food is always hot and tastes super fresh. Never mess up my order. Fries always crispy and right amount of salt, burger seasoned right and juicy. Just embodies what you want from Whataburger. read more

Whatanimpressive Whataburger! Whenever I'm in town I've gottta get my fix. This Whataburger is incredibly clean and sparkling and probably the nicest one I've ever been to. The staff is extremely polite and kind, demonstrating the utmost skill in customer service. Blanca, the cashier was nice and Javier Avila (the manager) was very friendly and helpful. I felt stupid today going through the drive thru asking for just ice water but it's 102 degrees outside. I tried to pay, but Bere refused to take my money and refused to take a tip she absolutely deserved because she came outside in the heat to deliver the water. I love Whataburger, but a I love them a lot more today. Thank you. read more

I placed an order online, got a message that my order was canceled. I called to ask why, the manager told me they never received an order yet my card was charged. I never received a confirmation number so when I called customer service, all they could do was send a message to somebody higher up. Worst ever. I wasn't even told why my order was canceled to begin with. read more

After a long weekend we ended the day before driving back to Yuma, AZ with some nice fresh burgers. I had heard a lot of things about this place positive ones too. Now I know why people always talk about Whataburger. I bet it was more yummier before it became a big chain restaurant. Yes its greasy, but every restaurant is. Its good I like it and atleast 90% of the players liked it. The burgers were a decent size and did fill up with the fries and drink. We will come back again. read more

I don't recommend this place, came home to a cold hamburger and loaded of onions after repeatly asking for no onions. Hamburger was dry like eating sand paper. Shm on you Whataburger it's not the place I used to enjoy. You drop your quality and need better people taking orders. Get it right!!!! read more

An honest opinion: There is no other burger place in El Paso than Whataburger! Whenever I'm in town, I always enjoy one. What makes them great is that you can have it however you want. One or two patties, green chile or not, the choice is yours. I usually get a standard Whataburger with jalapeños. If you want more of a kick, pour some spicy ketchup! As for customer service, it is always great. Mario, the cashier, was friendly and professional. read more

Truly some of the best service ever from a burger place. You can tell this place is well-managed and the positive attitude of the staff is refreshing. The dining area is clean and serviced anytime I have been here. Note that your food is often cooked to order so its hot and fresh. If you can't wait a few minutes for a fresh burger, go to McDs and get what you deserve. Don't give one star for a GREAT Whataburger location. read more

Decided to pick up dinner here last night because I was too tired to cook. As always the food from Whataburger is always delicious and my favorite is their Green Chili Double and fries with some spicy ketchup. I have to give mad props to Gabriel, I was so tired that after paying for my food and signing the receipt I accidently gave him my card back. He politely ensured I received it back, and I felt pretty embarrassed but I appreciate his honesty for giving back my debit card. read more

Great food!! But why do they take forever in the drive thru?? Even after taking forever in the drive thru they still forget napkins, condiments, etc.... every time I have gone thru drive thru they will forget to put something. Love the food here but I don't think I can handle sitting in the drive thru over 20 minutes anymore, defeats the purpose of a drive thru. This has happened to me at various times too, 6am, no cars, and still I had to wait 25 minutes for a biscuit and gravy and a taquito and still they forgot to put utensils in the bag!!! So if you're in a hurry, DO NOT STOP AT THIS WHATERBURGER!!! read more

Today was my first time here I come from California I came with my grandmother Yvonne was very rude I had to remind her what customer service means today. I hope her employers speak to her about this. She told me I wasn't supposed to take the tray of condiments away from her. Wow. I was only trying to help her ( she looked sweaty and a mess anyway she shouldn't have a condiment tray underneath her sweaty boob) and have a look see at what they have to offer. I had called in my order 10 minutes before arrival and when I got to whataburger the workers were barely putting the order in. Above all they took 7 minutes to get me my order after not having it ready also tried to claim that I was early for my pick up. read more

Every single time the burrito was delicious, and 1 burrito is enormous so that you fill yourself up and likely have half a burrito left for later. They are probably about a foot and a half long and stuffed to the gills with meat. I would guess they weigh at least a pound each. I have had the Carne Asada (my favorite), Carnitas, Mole, Chicken De., and Picadillo, and can testify that every single one of them is delicious. My friends that have had the others all claim they are equally as good. However, the best part of the burrito is the tortilla. These are made from scratch daily right in front of your eyes and they are easily the best tortillas I have ever tasted. When I moved away from El Paso every trip home I would have to stop at Alice the day I arrived and the day I left. Now that I am back living in El Paso, I make it over there at least once a month, and whenever my friends come back to town its one of the first places we visit. Alice the Burrito Lady makes a delicious, enormous, and fresh Burrito for under $5. If you are ever at the outlet mall nearby save yourself the money from the expensive frozen foodcourt food, and head on over to Alice. You won't regret it.
