This whataburger's service has decreased in the last couple of years. There are managers working, but they're not making sure things are completed on a regular basis like cleaning the dinning room. Today, once again, the place was dirty, and orders were incorrect, and the dinning room had several tables not cleaned, fries on the floor and tables, kids high chairs out and not cleaned. As per usual Whataburger, the food here is fantastic! Always have been a huge fan of the chain. The people are also very kind and friendly at the counter. The men's bathroom though has led me to post this. It's a war zone in there. This men's room (as of today) makes gas station bathroom look luxurious. I would avoid this as a bathroom stop if you can. It'll ruin your day. That said, the food again is still delicious. read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The service is HORRENDOUS. Many Whataburgers are slow, but DAMN, I could have read the whole Harry Potter series by the time my order was ready. Three people behind me in line got their orders before me, I only ordered a Whataburger Jr and Whataburger. Turns out, one of those customers actually received my order, she brought the burgers back in and I'm pretty certain they just put them in a new bag and gave them to me because it did not take long after that for me to get my order. We waited there for 45 minutes, this encompasses the other people I was with that ordered ahead of me and got their orders. While we were waiting one of my friends asked for ranch and the cashier just stared at him like he asked for a million bucks. Before we left, he asked for ranch again and the lady said she would need to charge him. Excuse me, we waited for 45 minutes and you can't spare a couple ranches??? The manager acted like we were trying to rob the place. Who trains these people? Is customer service part of Whataburger management training? They weren't even short-staffed, there had to have been like 15 people working. I eat at Whataburger often all over Texas. This location is certainly not up to usual standards. While it is pretty clean, the employees act as if they are in slow motion. We stood at the head of a line of people waiting for a cashier to return from the restroom. We stood there for about 5 minutes while another employee was filling up the condiment tray. The manager sidled by and hollered for the missing employee before being told that she was in the restroom and then disappeared into her office, never to return. When the cashier finally returned and placed her phone under the register she was less than pleasant. The fault for this performance rests solely on the shoulders of the store manager. The workers there are very polite ,even if they mess up on the order they try there best to correct what went wrong with such a positive attitude . The place however has only half the place clean . Half of the resturant has fries on the ground , straws on the floor ,dirty seats ,and tables. The other half is clean wiped tables and everything organized .
