I loved how crispy and flaky the roti was and the curry dipping sauce that it was paired with was super aromatic, nutty, and rich. The pork belly in the baos was incredibly tender, well-marinated, and had a nice balance between lean and fatty parts. If you enjoy sour dishes, you will love the rare beef salad: there is enough lime in the dish to make you pucker. Every bite is a concentrated punch of flavors, and there is a nice variety of texture between the chopped peanuts, thinly sliced onions, rare beef, and crispy rice cracker.
