The gravy containers are only half filled. My order came with gravy and I ordered an extra gravy....both of them were only half filled; so, I asked for more gravy and it was provided. The service was terrible. I didn't get the name, but the African/American older woman at the window around midnight was very rude. Started off with an attitude, Sighed because I asked what dressings they had for the salads then proceeded to have an attitude after. All that just to not get any dressing for my salad. Worst fast-food experience in my life. One poor dude was filling orders for a long line of cars in the drive-thru and a growing line inside while the manager swept the same segment of kitchen floor, over and over again. I was in the dining room, and left without getting my order because I had to be at work (it was the breakfast shift). Manager gave me a refund, didn't say a word, just looked at me like a crazy man. As I was leaving, people in the drive-thru asked me what was going on in there, saying they'd been waiting for at least a hour. Never again. read more

The service was bad. I ordered a hamburger and fries. They had ketchup but I had to ask for it twice and she said they were low. I ask cab I have one. I finally got ONE. when I got to the window there were 3 other cars double parked. She gave me my food bot I could go no where until the three got there food. I could no eat where I sat because no napkins either. I sat there going on 15 mins before I could leave. By the time I got home they could have saved the ketchup because the fries were cold like little sticks of cardboard. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Slowest drive thru on the planet. The burgers are good but could be sooooo much better if they would heat and toast their buns.

Today I had the best experience with curbside since this crazy shutdown started. An employee working the curbside today was awesome!! Hands down the nicest guy working hard, making customer happy with his good up beat attitude, good communication and amazing service. He has great energy and a great smile under his frown mask lol. Consistently and notoriously slow. Sooooo slooowwwwwww. I'm talking pulling up to order - being the only car in the drive through lane - never at a high traffic time of the day or night - ordering two kids meals - and waiting half an hour or more to receive them. Absolutely terrible service. Sat at the window for ten minutes while they struggled to give us our very simple order. Forgot one of our drinks, one of our fries, and completely messed up one of our entrees. Save your money and go somewhere else. One star is gracious. I went at 12 am to get food and when I left, I had half of my order. When I went back, the manager made me pay for more food because HE messed up. The other workers were just doing what was asked of them but the manager was inconsiderate and unkind to me. Never waited on us. Terrible terrible service. Waited in the drive through forever then finally drove up to the window. Employees just looked at us and wouldn't come to the window. Finally left. This was 3:30 in the afternoon. Plenty of employees and hardly any customers. We were the only ones in the drive through. Lazy kids who don't care work there. read more
