We visited this location on a Friday night, and it was a great place for a casual dinner with friends. They offer quite a few unique burger options. We started with the fried mushrooms, and they were perfectly cooked and served with a good ranch dressing. I tried the Sir Bac a Lot, and it was very good. I especially enjoyed the bacon jam that came on it. Hubs had the black n bleu burger, which he loved as well. I was glad to see they served onion rings because I love rings with my burger. Our server was friendly without being intrusive, and let us hang out and visit long after our meal was finished.

Came in Wednesday night and got seated immediately. Ordered a marg which was pretty strong. I got a bbq burger and my bf got a mac and cheese bacon burger. Everything was delicious! Loved the parm fries we got as well. The interior is super cute loved the decor.

Ive only been to S&B's a few times but this was my first time at this location. Never knew it was here very hidden but our waitress Tati was fantastic especially with our big party on a Tuesday night. She got us everything we needed and had a great personality! The burger toppings were good I got The Poker w no pickles and subbed red onions for grilled. The only thing the burger was missing was seasoning . Everyone else enjoyed too. I will be returning.

Love this location! Close to downtown/automobile alley, but you don't have to fight for parking! Vibes are fun and casual with 80s music videos playing. They have weekday deals, happy hour, and 2 for $25 all of the time - appetizer, two burgers, 2 sides. We went with the latter - chips and salsa (good kick to the fresh salsa, and we'll-seasoned chips), avocado turkey burger (the fried onions make it next level) with crispy tots, and old fashioned burger with fries. I snoozed on S&B for too long. Don't be like me.

I really liked the burger I got here. I got the Jalapeño Bacon Burger ($11.29) with the small fries ($2.99). The fries are good but they are not included in the price of the burger. I wasn't a fan of the old music videos playing on tv screens but it was alright. They have stuff out front as well for people to play like corn hole so that's nice. Something fun for the kids to do.

This place is so cool! Great service from everyone! Loved the artwork! And seemed like only cool people go eat here!! No bad attitude people!!! The loaded fries were so good- the wings were amazing!! The brunch burger was great , that hit the spot perfect- only thing I was really disappointed was on the chicken sandwich( the Cluck Norris) was missing flavor- the chicken was sooo BLAH!!! I will not be getting that again! But everything else was on point- good thing we ordered more than just the chicken if not this review would look so different

One of the best burger joint I've ever been to. This place gets me on a mid-90s existential childhood level! The art and space are cool late seventies and early eighties punk icons. The menu is amazing too. I had the Columbian burger. In a world of over the top crazy burger ideas this is unique and savory. A profoundly well done thing. Described as sea salt and coffee seasoned, Gouda, avocado and cilantro lime salsa. In will definitely come back to try some of the other burgers while in town. Also I had queso and chips instead of fries. Really amazing. Loaded with fried hamburger crumbles (like bacon but crispy fried hamburger). My time in OKC I notice it's a quest town. Everywhere you go there is a queso appetizer or nachos don't bags melted cheese but queso. So I've been going out of my way to try the different takes on that at bars. Best in OKC was here. Highly recommend.

It was so hard choosing what to order! Everything sounded so good. Food was great and the service was great as well. We were waited on promptly and checked on just enough after seating ourselves. Super fun vibe/ ambiance with the music theme throughout the decor not just in the menu. If we are ever back through Oklahoma City, we would definitely come back.

Our visit to this eclectic burger joint was a fun and memorable experience! This place has a unique and quirky vibe that immediately sets it apart from your typical burger spots. The menu is a creative playground for burger enthusiasts. I tried the avocado ranch turkey burger, bowl of trees and the slayer fries. It was a delicious fusion of flavors. The combination of ingredients gave the burger a distinct taste. The variety of options on the menu ensures there's something for every palate. The ambiance was vibrant, with eye-catching decor and an overall hip atmosphere. It's the kind of place that's perfect for a casual get-together with friends or for trying something out of the ordinary. They have outside dining as well as a place to play cornhole. Every time that I was there I got take out. The first time I ordered the person got my order all wrong but the manager quickly rectified the situation which I truly appreciate. While our experience was fantastic, I'm withholding the fifth star because the prices are a bit on the higher side. However, the quality and creativity of the burgers make it worth the occasional splurge. If you're in the mood for a unique, flavorful burger experience in a trendy setting, this burger joint is well worth a visit. It's a great place to satisfy your burger cravings while enjoying a lively and artsy atmosphere.

My sister from another mister was growing weary of me yawning whenever she would stop at a record booth to peruse the vinyl. When she upgraded her system, she gifted me her old 3 in 1. Those do the job, sometimes, however, it isn't a prime listening experience. I knew it was time for me to level up, but I am overwhelmed with technology. I knew I wanted a turntable but wasn't even sure what other components I would need. After visiting a local record store, I was only slightly less confused. I knew that Jay at The Soundbar would be a good resource. I had a nice visit there. I told Jay what I was trying to do. He asked a few questions concerning budget, room size and music style. He recommended a Fluance turntable, Wiim amplifier and some nice Kanto bookshelf speakers. I ordered them and he even advised me over the phone on how to hook them up. What a game changer! I hardly want to leave the house. Thank you Jay! You have changed my life for the better. See you soon at The Soundbar!

Approaching the parking lot, I noticed cars parked in an area full of shops and art expos closed…read moreduring non-business hours. I got out of my Uber, and I saw a couple walking into the main building. One would assume that everyone is there for art and passes by thinking nothing of it, but I knew there was a secret entrance waiting to be found. I tipped my Uber and walked in. The couple was gone, and all that was left were closed shops in a long wooden hallway. In the Hallway was a man in normal clothes. He said, "The lounge?" Yes, I replied, and he asked for my ID. I showed it to him, then he pointed to a black box on the wall with a moon sticker on it. I pushed it, and the wall opened like an Indiana Jones movie. First impressions are important, and I was impressed. The hidden entrance established the secrecy and exclusivity that I expected from a speakeasy. The Lunar Lounge featured a 1990s retro space theme. This included decorations and art. They had their business logo on the wall, a mural of a naked women sitting on a crescent moon with long red hair covering her private parts. There was a robot-shaped snack machine with a mini tube television for a head, static on the screen with angry black electrical tape making his eyes and mouth. The music was energetic without overpowering people's conversations. Calling ahead of time, I met with a bartender who explained to me that they had no intention of becoming a speakeasy; they wanted to create a safe place for their friends who were part of the LGBT community to express themselves out of sight of public view without fear of judgment or discrimination. Basically, meeting every requirement of a Modern Speakeasy. The owner did a good job creating a convivial atmosphere. People were friendly and socially warm in this relaxed environment. According to the Annuals of Tourism, "Convivial atmospheres are powerful in that they carry with them a transformative potential in terms of individuals' openness to and anticipation of future encounters, and their attendant feelings"(Rokka). The Hosts, therefore, created an Atmosphere catered to their intended Patrons. Even though the secret entrance and the atmosphere made this speakeasy impressive, the focus is on the drinks. Now, a bartender does not need to be a master at mixology, but for the sake of the evaluation, there are a few things people tend to look for in a drink. I personally evaluate a cocktail based on the balance of sweetness, acidity, bitterness, and aftertaste. According to the International Entrepreneurship and Management Journal, "mixologists, with their aesthetic approach, contribute to transforming mixology into a form of cultural and creative expression" (Creta). I ordered a sophisticated drink from their menu, wondering what they might do differently. I ordered their Cosmopolitan, a signature cocktail. Instead of putting one shot or two shots, the bartender put a shot and a half. This made the alcohol blend in with the sweetness, not too sweet, so that someone would not drink it too fast. With the cranberry juice, he added a space candy garnish shaped like the moon, and as it dissolved, it started to dye the drink blue. After I finished the drink, I ordered it again from a different bartender, and she made it the same way. I saw consistency; all their signature cocktails looked cold, full of artistic expression, and used high-quality ingredients. Now, an argument I would consider valid concerning Speakeasies is: "A real Speakeasy is a traditional hidden room within a restaurant or cave with formal attire and with jazz music." And to a point, I would agree, but at that time, cave networks were maintained, and Restaurants were a family business where you could make a secret room without corporate overreach or whistleblowing. Those places were modern at the time. Today, Speakeasy simply means to go somewhere to drink away from the general public to speak easily. This could be two construction workers getting off work to go to an exclusive place where most union workers go to relax after work, to a private room where two politicians talk shop out of earshot of the public, or to a restaurant turning into a bar after business hours and bringing in a DJ, karaoke or actual theatre. All of these activities meet the constantly changing environment that would and could be seen in a speakeasy. Ultimately, the Lunar Lounge succeeds because it captures the cultural purpose of a speakeasy, with secret doors leading to a convivial atmosphere and well-made cocktails. Based on my data and experience at the Lunar Lounge, I would consider it a modern speakeasy. The 18th Amendment wasn't just about stopping the sales of alcohol. It was about stopping people from expressing themselves in America and spreading cultural influence. The Lunar Lounge met my basic evaluation of a speakeasy, not just the physical building, but also the Freedom of Expression that its customers enjoyed.

However, if you want to watch footy in OKC, this is unequivocally the place. It's a really wonderful little soccer Pub on the east side of Oklahoma City. Close to downtown - this is what you are thinking about when you are looking for a European soccer Pub. It's amazing that there is one in Oklahoma City and it's such a great place too. It was really great that they turned up the volume real loud when we got here. And the place was supposed to be closed and they opened it up just for the Champions League games. Can't really get much better than that. People that got here on time found a closed bar and missed the start of the game, but for latecomers such as myself it was timed perfectly, and I was just delighted that they opened up for 10 people wanting to watch a random Liverpool game. I bought some alcohol even though I don't really drink, just to support the bar. I had a political conversation which almost got violent and definitely got weird. So really it was a bit of everything here in OKC on this particular day. I had a great experience in Oklahoma City and this place is one of the reasons why.
