This was as bad as the worst review. Came from Texas so just stopped in without knowing how awful EVERYTHING was. Dining tables all needed to be wiped off, floors were filthy. Bathrooms were beyond filthy. Doesn't Mississippi have a Health Department? Order was wrong. Hamburger meat tasted foul. Counter gal didn't ask if we wanted ketchup or anything. Drink machine area had been neglected. Came out of nasty restroom and found a cone in the middle of a huge spill of many colors. Too dangerous to step around. Not up to What a burger standards. Rude customer service like a lot of fast food chains. I couldn't hear the she was saying the shake machine was down (go figure) so she screams it at me. Before I could get a word out of my mouth she says, " so what flavor drink?" This was my first time ever trying Whataburger and the entire experience was disgusting. Did the drive thru and waited 20 mins. The girl working the window was rude, impatient, and appeared to be getting into a verbal argument with her coworkers. She overcharged us, got the order wrong, didn't give napkins, and informed us they were out of milk and juice so the only option for a kids meal was soda. The food was eh. The experience sucked and I won't do it again. The nastiest part was the bathrooms were disgusting. There was piss EVERYWHERE imaginable (like seriously, I'm amazed a woman could reach some of these places) and they were out of toilet paper. This place was gross. the end. read more

Whataburger should yank this franchise. We're from Texas and this Whataburger is an embarrassment to the Lone Star State. My wife stopped here on her way back to Houston from Alabama. She was in a hurry to get home to see our precious grandbabies. She burned 30 minutes on a to go order! She ordered a chicken finger basket and started waiting. And waiting. Then several people who ordered after her received their dine-in orders. She spoke up but the girl behind the counter ran to the back to answer the phone. Fortunately an off-the-clock employee stopped in to pick up her order, discovered my wife's situation and went behind the counter to take care of it. She came back with the order, thankfully. But when my wife opened it up after getting on the road she found that the chicken fingers were luke-warm, the cream gravy was cold and the fries were mushy and somewhat stale. Pretty disgusting all in all. While she was waiting for her long overdue order she saw multiple people walk in to place orders only leave hungry and disgusted after no one came to the counter to take their orders! This is certainly not a good representation of the Whataburger chain we know and love. Clean house!! read more

It was an okay burger nothing too special it was your average burger the fries weren't very crispy but the onion rings were really good. The service gets a five because it was so great. If you want to try something new it is a good place to do so. The parking decent. The gas station next door helps a lot. We were able to get gas and turn with the camper and get out. My family of 6 were traveling from Texas to South Carolina and pulled off at this exit to drive thru and grab lunch. That was a horrible mistake. We went through the drive thru and got our drinks and then asked to pull up and wait for our food. After taking our 2 youngest, 1 at a time, the food still was not brought out. When I got back to the car with the last kid it had been 33 minutes since we ordered. So my husband went in to find out what was happening and they said they thought we had left. Instead of actually walking outside to see our car pulled up a little farther so other cars could wait & exit from the drive thru, they just apparently threw it away. So they then had to remake our whole order. They offered us a free bacon cheese burger on our next visit but since we were traveling my husband told them no. Instead he said he wanted vanilla shakes for our kids. So we finally got our food about 45 minutes after we ordered. Thankfully we will not have to return to this store ever again. read more

I would recommend either trying another restaurant or going to the grocery store. The service is so slow you could buy all the ingredients and make something faster yourself. We were traveling through and as a native Texan I wanted a familiar burger. They "forgot" to turn the oven on so you couldn't buy any breakfast foods even though it was past 11 pm. We then waited in line over 20 minutes to get a single burger. The burger was OK but we get down the road and no napkin, trivial yes but a good Whataburger needs one. I am from Texas and almost never have issues with Whataburger, but at this location it felt that they just wanted to get me out of there as fast as possible. It was a simple order for two people. The lady on the speaker read back one sandwich incorrectly, so I corrected her. After receiving my food, the lady at the window was so ready for me to leave she did not offer napkins or ketchup, which matters to me as I always get spicy ketchup. I checked my sandwiches and of course, the one that I thought I corrected was not corrected after all. I understand the idea of fast food is to be quick, but not at the expense of customer service. read more

This was not an enjoyable experience . I was visiting my family on December 27. They mentioned that this place has great burgers but they always get our order incorrect. I take a chance because my Aunt say that the burger taste so good. Well for starters the cashier was not very friendly. She explains that they are out of their signatures buns and if I still want a burger I could have it on Texas toast or some other toast. I thought this was odd but I let it go. The order took about 15 -20 minutes which is unacceptable for a fast food restaurant . When the food arrived it was cold and incorrect. I told them about the mistake and the cashier started to disagree with me in front of the manager. The manager then hands me the items and offers no apology. Here is issue . My Aunt ordered onion rings instead of the French fries. I was there when my Aunt ordered therefore I knew someone dropped the ball. I can't believe that despite the constant issues my family still goes there. Hopefully the manager will see this review and make some needed improvements . read more

For a fast food place, they are really slow. The soda machine had several slots not working leaving a choice of only Coke, Diet Coke or Diet Dr Pepper. Finally our food got here. Just left this Whataburger off the I20 in Vicksburg. Food was oK, but the facilities were a mess. Both men's and women's restroom needed a serious cleaning. The women's was out of tp, and soap and paper towels. I went in before I ate, then after I ate and at least they had placed TP in the stall on top of the container. Thank God I had hand sanitizer as I needed it afterwards. This manager needs to get this place up to whataburger standards. We will not be back. read more

I go by almost every Saturday after buying groceries to get my wife and I a shake/malt or a soft drink. The lines are usually long with no one taking orders or even interested. Sometimes they don't know the difference between a shake and a malt. Recently the registers ring up a different amount than those listed in the store. Management claims the can do nothing about it. Today was the worst yet, Only 6 people seated in eating area, no one in the drive thru, counter line backed up about 10 or 12 customers and no one taking orders. I turned around and left with out ordering. If management reads the reviews like they should, they will find that this is nothing new. This location has been mismanaged for a long time by incompetent managers/employees. Lots of negative reviews and only an occasionally a positive review. read more

Please don't waste your time here. My husband and I were traveling and stopped here for a quick dinner. It took 19 minutes for 2 burgers and fries. Our burgers were beyond overdone. Mine was actually crunchy on the edges... I couldn't even finish it. The fries were cold. I could point out several other problems with this visit but there's no need. 20+ minutes for piss-poor "fast" food is enough to make sure I will never be back and neither should you. This has to be not only the worse service at a whataburger I've been to. But the worse service of any fast food restaurant I've been to in my 41 years. Went in at 215am on 10/15/2017. I left at 250am without food because I asked for a refund and got it. By the time I was getting my money. The food came and I said forget it because I was so pissed. The black dude at the register (I'm black) couldn't give a damn less about the whole situation. I told him for this 30 plus min wait in a fast food restaurant you should be giving this to me for free. He didn't even acknowledge it. What a jerk. And the workers in the back weren't trying to do anything either. They we're moving around lazily. It was quite pathetic.. I'll NEVER EVER go to this one again. I'm reviewing the location, not the food. I'm from Texas so I've had my fair share of Whataburger and it's just okay. When my family arrived at this location it was pretty busy with a lot of people waiting for food but we figured it would go by pretty quick. As orders were coming out I heard people complain about their orders being wrong. While waiting for about 5 minutes I did not see the workers address anyone they weren't directly serving. The couple at the very front of the line said they were waiting for over 20 minutes and were not addressed once. The workers were obviously too busy with their drive-thru orders. At that point we (and later the other people in line) decided to leave and head to the Chick-fil-A across the street where we received 5 star service. read more

This place is by far one of the worst in customer service. The food is good but not worth the hassle. I've been twice and both times it took 20-25 minutes to get my food. I tried the drive-through as well as ordering inside. Staff didn't acknowledge me waiting to order with either. I had to get their attention to put my order in.
