I chose the premium wash and it was super fast but maybe too fast as the suv was very wet even after going through the super dry process so I spent a lot of time drying it off. Second, the tire shine was somewhat dull and missed the edges all the way around and the undercarriage wash didn't even clean the mud flaps. But the vacuum was good and there's plenty of stalls but this just didn't do it for me so I'll keep looking.

I went through far faster than any of my previous times... well, it didn't get my car clean; and I don't mean little places here and there, but large swaths weren't clean. I complained to the office. They sent a guy out. He had already credited me $25 for the wash. I showed him the dirty door panels, etc on my car. I asked if I was just imagining going through the wash faster? He said no. He told me the owners had them speed up the line during pollen season bc so many of the monthly subscribers were using it. He asked the owners if he could dial it back down over summer to the normal speed and he was told no, leave it as is and if anyone complains just credit them for their wash. Update: The owner contacted me. He said they had changed out some of their equipment. Invited me to come back for a complimentary car wash. I got the wash. It was better this time. It Was glad the owner did contact me to ask about my experience and offer me a freebie.

Not only were there extremely minimal spots of dirtiness left on my car after the wash, which is typical in these types of operations, but my wheels look great and the tire shine looks just as good. But when I decided to cancel, that's when the problems started. I canceled my membership online, but they kept charging my card every month. Then I called them, and they told me the membership had been canceled. However, the charges continued. I called again and canceled it online several more times, and they still kept taking $25 from my account every month. This went on for about a year. Last weekend, I finally stopped by their office and canceled the membership in person. I couldn't come to the office earlier because I was out of town. I asked the employee if there was any way they could refund at least some of the money they had charged me for a service I wasn't even using. I explained the whole situation and told him how many times I had tried to cancel. He genuinely tried to help, filled out the paperwork, and told me to come back this week so they could refund the money to my card. I came back this morning before work, but a different employee told me they don't issue refunds at all. Be very careful before signing up for a membership here. If you ever decide to cancel, you may continue being charged even after you've canceled multiple times. I will never get a membership here again, and I do not recommend that anyone else does either.
