The service was really nice. There are a lot of older books and not as many newer books. I did think that the sections were well organized and alphabetized so it made it easier to search through. Their staff is hospitable and knowledgeable. Located on Main Street across from the Chamber of Commerce and down the street from the theatre it is a social hub for all ages downtown. There is a separately operated coffee counter and sandwich shop within what used to be an old time department store. The owners have retained the charm of that interior. Now that the downtown paving is nearly complete it's easy to find parking on the streets of Wilmington.

Drove up from Cincy to come to a few bookstores in the Dayton area and this was our first stop. The…read morestore looks small outside but inside it is HUGE and stuffed with so many books. Organized chaos is the term that comes to mind - there were books in every nook and cranny of the space, but grouped by author and type of book. We stayed for over an hour. The staff members were super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we knew how the store "worked", brought us baskets and offered book recommendations. The store had new and used books galore! Prices were VERY reasonable for everything. We will definitely be back!!!
