It was very fun to wander about this shop. Discovering quirky, odd, confusing, stunning, antique, and all the great randomness of reading and learning. The prices of the books ranged almost randomly but I imagine serious research regarding the value of each item was conducted. I limited myself to no more than $10 for an individual book. But still....I made a dent in my wallet. Very friendly staffer who chatted some about what was within the bookshop, where some of the books and other materials came from, and commented upon the collection of wondrous surprises which this lovely reader's dream has acquired. I could have stayed for hours but my funds are limited. Very eager to return!

I was in Dayton for a day-trip and decided to help out a local business. I admittedly originally…read morewent to Game Swap, but was even referenced to this shop by the employees. I was amazed at the amount of merchandise for Magic and Pokémon. After looking around for half an hour, I asked one of the employees if any of the cards behind the display cases were for sale, he had to price them out, but was willing to pull any out that interested me. I had him pull out my grail - an EX/NM 1st Edition Dark Charizard from Base Rocket and he gave me $50. I decided it was too good to pass up and he rang it up for me. The experience with the great prices and relaxed atmosphere will have me checking out the Mason location very soon.
