Its owner and now the sole coach is completely unprofessional and neglects the kids. During a recent two-hour session, my daughter and several others got zero coaching while he hid in the bathroom, chatted on his phone, or played doubles with friends instead of supervising his students, who were left standing around with nothing to do. With only two courts for a dozen kids, most of them just wait endlessly while he plays with adults who aren't even enrolled. When I confronted him, he blamed the children for "standing outside the courts" and told them to "find things to do" because "he's not their babysitter." After requesting a refund for the unused lessons, he promised to process it in two days, then refused--citing bogus excuses about lesson expiration--and blocked my calls, arrogantly declaring he doesn't care about negative reviews and will "fix" them himself. Avoid this shameless, money-grubbing coach at all costs.

They abruptly kicked us out without any proper explanation, leaving us no choice but to leave our workout unfinished. Due to forcing us sharing the court we reserved with other customers while we explained many times that we agree to let other people play, and we understand the situation, but we just need 10 more minutes to finish our game The owner showed a complete lack of professionalism and customer service, and it was extremely disappointing. It's unacceptable for a business to treat their customers in such a disrespectful manner shouting at us without any proper reason. I would not recommend this place to anyone and would advise people to look for alternative options. I personally believe that we were discriminated against by the owner. The environment was not welcoming and the owner's behavior was unacceptable. It's a shame that such negativity ruined what could have been an enjoyable activity.

To each their own, but this organization warrants serious scrutiny. They confiscate kids' cell…read morephones during travel under the claim that it "helps the girls bond," yet the practice feels more like a gimmick than a meaningful developmental strategy because they are certainly not fostering any sort of bonding at this place. They are very selective in which players get specific treatment. It is not a level playing ground and not related to talent but who they deem as "worthy". The environment fosters a toxic culture -- one that is quietly encouraged rather than addressed--and parents are often pushed to the sidelines in ways that are unnecessary and very concerning. Instead of acknowledging their role in the issues that arise, leadership appears to convince themselves that the parents are the problem and they have a "tried and true" process and methodology that "works". Some families may have positive experiences here, but many others see the organization for what it truly is. Those who relate to this review or have had similar experiences are not exaggerating. This environment is unhealthy and shows little genuine concern for the well‑being of its players or families. They rely on a weak, dismissive narrative: if a player or parent struggles with how they operate, it's because that person "isn't strong enough." That mindset is characteristic of abusive dynamics, not healthy leadership. This place continues to function on the fading remnants of a legacy they claim to uphold. The issue is that this legacy--if they were honest with themselves--no longer exists in any meaningful way and is not reflected in their current reality.

They still are closed and my daughter is done with softball for the year. She doesn't need lessons anymore and I have contacted the previous owners and they will not help me at all. They will not reimburse me and they tell me to wait for the new Elite Sports to open with different owners, but it's been over three months and my daughter does not need lessons anymore. The previous owners are absolutely awful human beings for stealing my $500 and not reimbursing me when they closed.

We used 2 different cages they were sporadic at best and twice threw multiple balls almost hitting my daughter with 1 of the 4 balls it threw. A third batting cage did have the OUT OF ORDER sign on it, I believe ours should have. There appeared to be one good working batting cage. Had to get help at least three times because they were not working at all. The staff (who were very kind) did put more $ on our card but it did not cover what we paid for and did not get. The place is in desperate need of maintenance, upkeep, update etc. because it is a bit of a shamble. Very disappointed!!
