The only time available was 8:30pm which was surprising how fast the slots booked up. I got a call about a week before the reservation from Maxine explaining to me that the youth soccer league schedule came out and they would have the field from 8:30pm til 9:30 pm at the latest. She apologized profusely and gave me some options. She asked if I wanted to start at 9:30pm, or come in at 8:30 and play dodgeball/kick ball/field hockey until the other field opened, or reschedule. We opted on coming in at 8:30 and playing dodgeball until our field opened up. To make up for the last minute change, Maxine said she'd buy us a round of drinks. On the day of, we had Christian as our host. Maxine had informed him of everything we discussed so there were no problems. We ended up getting beer for everyone in our party as an apology which was awesome. We even got a party room to put all our stuff down in since I booked this for my birthday. There were plates, cups and napkins set out for us. Bubble soccer was so much fun! It's super exhausting and hot inside the bubbles. Christian was there to be our referee but we told him we weren't really playing that seriously. Everything went so smoothly and was handled very professionally! I would recommend booking a birthday party or any other event here!

Secretly I was fuming that I didn't get to play too. Anyways, each sport goes for about a half hour and the kids, they all have a flippin blast. Especially dodgeball. I wanted to inquire about an adult session. The last half hour of their day was in a private room eating cake and pizza. By the time your kid is done they're sweaty, tired and jacked up on sugar. Cheers.

They still are closed and my daughter is done with softball for the year. She doesn't need lessons anymore and I have contacted the previous owners and they will not help me at all. They will not reimburse me and they tell me to wait for the new Elite Sports to open with different owners, but it's been over three months and my daughter does not need lessons anymore. The previous owners are absolutely awful human beings for stealing my $500 and not reimbursing me when they closed.

We used 2 different cages they were sporadic at best and twice threw multiple balls almost hitting my daughter with 1 of the 4 balls it threw. A third batting cage did have the OUT OF ORDER sign on it, I believe ours should have. There appeared to be one good working batting cage. Had to get help at least three times because they were not working at all. The staff (who were very kind) did put more $ on our card but it did not cover what we paid for and did not get. The place is in desperate need of maintenance, upkeep, update etc. because it is a bit of a shamble. Very disappointed!!

If you're looking for an indoor tennis membership, Wheaton Sport Center (WSC) is an excellent…read morechoice. They have friendly staff, efficient service, and adequate facilities and equipment. For our family, WSC serves multiple purposes. My husband is an active tennis player who tries to play at least twice a week. Considering how brutally cold Chicago winters are, it wouldn't be feasible to play outdoors during the winter months. So with WSC, he has been able to find a community of players to play throughout the winter. On the weekends, my husband would give our young girls and cousins private tennis lessons. There are four, all year-round, indoor courts, and eight dome courts for the winter. We have been consistently going every weekend for the last four months and have yet to encounter any availability issues. In addition to tennis, our girls have also joined the swimming lessons. For level 3, there are usually 2-4 instructors. Thus far, we have had a good experience with Ms. Abby, Mr. Christopher, and Ms. Christina. The class size is generally around 8-12 kids depending on attendance. Knowing how young children are, it takes a ton of effort and patience to get them to listen to instructions. Huge kudos to these instructors for having that high-level patience! As for myself, I would utilize the gym equipment such as treadmills, ab machines, and weights. All of the equipment are well maintained and clean. WSC could get busy on the weekends but I have not had trouble with machine availability. All in all, WSC is a solid place for anybody looking for a place to play indoor tennis, have young children who are interested in swimming, and/or just trying to maintain healthy life choices.

Gym desperately needs cleaning- cleaning is done by internal staff. Mats are dirty and never see anyone wiping down weights or mats / although they have spray and towels for guests to use. This location is 20+ years old and lots of newer clubs going in and send this one is being neglected. Speakers in the main group fitness room only work on one side and cut out in the middle of routines. Classes were great but they keep changing formats and if there are less than 12-15 in a class they cut the class. For the price being paid they should hold class even if 5 people sign up. So many trainers around for a fee but classes seem to be getting limited compared to the newer gyms. Still going due to location but it needs some love!
