Because 90% of customer service is awful, most Americans spend 3 hours per week on average just to get through and hope to get taken care of by customer service in their lifetime! The chance of getting people who are great is few and far between but still worth the risk because it's a thousand percent better than speaking to a bot. Don't do it! Refuse bots, keep pounding that you want to speak to an agent. Live agent! Tekniton because of Sage and Israel, wasn't just great, wasn't just fast, but faith-restoring.
