Several birthday parties, almost all tables in use, but this wasn't a detriment. I brought my 2 year old and met his friend there, and they had a ton of fun in the toddler section. A couple of times rambunctious older kids tried to take over the ball pit in the toddlers only area, and staff actually came to redirect those children to the appropriate play structure. This was FANTASTIC! I wasn't sure that they would do that, and was in the process of moving my toddler to a different section for his safety the first time a staff came over. Another time a manager came over to redirect older kids right after they zoomed into the area, and another time a staff member redirected older kids before they entered. It was the busiest I've ever seen it there, but they were definitely well staffed and doing a great job. This did mean I didn't feel comfortable letting my toddler on the larger play structure, but that was not a problem for me. We have gone on it when there were fewer kids and it was fun, but I was especially glad he was happy in the toddler section almost the whole time. I definitely recommend this place as an activity for your family. I'm not sure of when kids age out of it being fun, but it does provide great value. When you pay for admission, you get 2 free adults per kid, free siblings under 1, and can reenter later in the day. They open at 10 am on the weekend and the second time we went, for my son's 2nd birthday, we got there just after opening and had the whole place to ourselves for a bit. The booking process is quite simple with the waiver sign off and they quickly check you in at the front desk too. The facility is well maintained and top of all safe and "Kid friendly". My son loves this place and never wants to leave when it's time to leave. They also have a bit of space for hosting birthday party events and the rides here are fun and well constructed.

A trampoline, a ton of little play huts, so many toys, a few slides and climbing structures, a merry go round, toddler roller coaster, legos, ride on toys and more. Everything looks really clean too which is a huge plus because most play spaces are so grimy. If this place wasn't so far from me I'd be back often! My only gripe is the price. It's expensive, and adults have to pay too, which is annoying, but again the place is really nice so I get it.

I could give so many examples, but then this would too long to read!! It is spacious, spotless and so versatile. There is something to do for everyone, and lots of redirection opportunities if/when needed. They have a teen room to cater towards older kids too! I love their calming room and the reading tree is such a lovely touch! It's really hard to pick any one thing as a favourite.. my kids have a great time and this place gives me a sense of peace I can't really put into words. Also, it's one of the very few places my mostly nonverbal child actually requests for.. so you can imagine how amazing it must be!
