In a recent pilgrimage of hunting all kids friendly play areas and play zones, I feel this is the Mecca of all of it. A 4000 sq ft of sprawling space where critters of all possible ages and sizes congregate. The price is little up the sky but since there is no time limit, the longer you stay until your little one tires out, the better it will be on your pocket. But for the money you pay for the rides and the mandatory company branded socks you pay $3 for, there are so many interesting rides and digital entertainments. My little one is 2.5 years old and he thoroughly enjoyed Rock N Tots area and everything beyond that was safe to play around and met his size limit. I look forward to the day when he will get on the adventurous looking zip line ride. Nevertheless, we found ourselves a place we will keep coming back to until our son grows out of it. Parking? I went here for my 25th birthday. I had so much fun. I also realized that maybe I'm not as young as I used to be because for a 2 hour visit here I was tired 10 mins in and of course sore the next day. They have lots of activities and things to try. The whole time we went through each section and tried everything. Honestly so much fun. The only downside is their VR experience. We paid extra. It wasn't that much, but the Vr experience with the headset was broken. The first headset that we were strapped to was not working. Then one headset worked halfway through then stopped working. We told the working operating it and he didn't seem to care. Truly I would recommend bringing your kids to tire them out and or for some adult exercise. There is a Dodgeball trampoline, jump over the moving pole, ziplining, an activity course that is about 50 feet off the ground, and a run-up wall I think teens and adults would enjoy. Giving a 5/5 for the amazing time kids had .. first timer, and we just loved this place. It has a mix-match of everything.. and all for 36$ .. a little expensive, but ok once in a while.. kids started with rock climbing with harness. there are 5-6 of easy to difficult rock climbing. it was really good. then they tried zipline and ropes courses. kids just loved this. they went 2-3 times on the zipline. ninja course was ok.. we then went to jump zone, and had fun with dodgeball, basketball, and some video games in the front.. overall it was so good. food was ok.. they have sandwiches, onion rings, french fries etc. it was good, and not that expensive. overall it was an amazing experience.. thumbs up. read more

We love Rock n Air. We've been here for the kids to play in the past...there is something for kids of all ages to do. The place is huge, clean, and modern. My kids choose to go to Rock n Air over most other options. Last week, I hosted my son's 12th birthday party there. All the kids had a blast! I booked online, the process was easy. Someone called to confirm all the details the week of the party. When I arrived for the party, the staff were friendly and answered all my questions. The party went off without a hitch! Our party host was Riley and she was very patient, kind, and helpful. I really didn't have to lift a finger which I'm not used to doing when hosting, you just don't have to do think about much! There was an additional couple of costs like $10 decorating fee, individual prices for water bottles for the kids, but I didn't think it was too excessive. The glow lights on Friday nights were a nice touch for this age group. My son and his friends said it was a "W" (win) party! read more

Me and my friend, keep in mind we are 13, and this employee was working over at the obstacle courses near the party rooms, and my friend was doing the thing wrong or whatever and he fell, and this employee has the thought to just go on and say "This is gonna be sad to watch", and I went to the rings, and I am terrible at rings and fell, and she said "that was sad", no shite. Other employees were nice, returned my wallet with no issues, but this employee should be fired, or at least put in some kind of place with out kids involved. people come to this park to have fun, but this employee was just discouraging these 13 year old kids, its honestly sad to watch her making fun of kids to feel better about it, she should not be involved and brought a negative vibe to my experience, food is also a bit overpriced but I get it. I'm 25 and came here with my 28, 22, and 12 year old siblings. Wow we had a blast. This place is just huge and a ton of fun activities to do. From all the trampolines to the climbing walls, jungle gyms, zip lining, etc, even adults can have fun. The staff is great, place is super clean, and not very crowded on a Wednesday night. If you want to stick your children in an overcrowded place full of people who aren't watching their children and employees who don't care, this is the place for you. A child who did not follow the rules drop kicked my son in the head, and I watched an employee turn the other way. I had to ask seven people for ice, and when I complained to the manager he proceeded to yell at the employee rather than check on my child. Thankfully my son seemed okay after fifteen minutes. He is just under four so we tried confining him to the toddler area where all ages were welcome, apparently. This was the most terribly disorganized and DIRTY place I've ever taken my children. We hosted my sons birthday party here today. We attended a party here several months back and was impressed with everything about Rock n Air, so we decided that this is the place! Booking online was easy and informative. You have to understand how parties like these work, everything is taken care of by the place and no outside food is permitted. There is an exception for cakes but that's why we chose to have our party here. Show up, play, have a great time and go. Easy peasy. I forgot candles but they had them! Thank goodness. Our coordinator communicated with me several times, by phone and email, as it got closer to the party date. I was already aware of the menu and available upgrades from looking at the website and knew what to expect. Setting everything up was easy and clearly communicated. Day of the party went great. The kids loved it! They took off running and didn't stop until it was time for the food. The food was good, their ice cream cake was made with Hershey ice cream which is wonderful. (Although I wish she was clearer about the flavors) The place is very clean, especially for the volume of people they have coming through there. The staff was young but friendly and they knew what the kids liked and wanted. The party went smooth, once the kids ate, they ran back out before our party time was up. The parents were also impressed with the cleanliness, size and variety at this facility. The downside was that the kids were hard to wrangle for a group photo which never happened. Lol. I don't usually leave reviews unless it's exceptional or horrible. Rock N Air is beyond AMAZING!!! We celebrated my daughter's 7th birthday yesterday here. The booking was super easy online. The manager (Lauren) was very thorough with her communication via email and phone calls. The details really help me plan the party properly. At first I thought the rules were super strict, but it was all worth it and wasn't that big of a deal for the least stressful party EVER! The party experience was superb. Jordan was our party host and she was fantastic!!! Super friendly and thorough. She had great ideas and made me feel at ease at all times. She had a trainee (Erin) who was also great, both super nice and patient. Everything was prepared perfectly! The cabins are super cute and we all loved the benches outside of each cabin. The food we ordered was delicious. The Buffalo wings and penne vodka especially! I have to be honest, the ice cream cake looked a little sad but it was one of the best ice cream cakes I've ever had!!! I think they just need to get a thinner piping for the letterings. The venue is the cleanest and safest kids play gym I've ever been to. I actually couldn't believe it. All of our guests had an incredible time. The parents all felt at ease and the kids just didn't want to leave. The activities they offer are top notch! I wish I was able to try the zip line myself! We will definitely be back for more play dates and birthday parties. Thanks Rock N Air for making Jordyn's birthday, the best day ever!!! I almost didn't want to post a review so that I can hide this place all to myself. HA! If I had to give just one suggestion, it would to have portable hanging racks in each cabin/party room. I'll start by saying we chose this place for our daughters birthday because we did like it when we were there for open play, HOWEVER, having a party here is a totally different story - TERRIBLE!!! I WPULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AGAINST ANYONE EVER DOING THEIR PARTY AT THIS PLACE. Here is an email we sent the that details this mess we had to deal with and the manager Anthony, unbelievably terrible, no sense of custom service or people skills. After explaining the shortfalls to the manager, Anthony, and he basically said too bad. Proceeded to tell me- by the way if you dispute any charges on your credit card you will be sued. I've never been threatened by a manager or a business before. He is the epitome of everything I would NEVER want representing my business. He stood at the desk laughing like it was a joke. When I asked if he can compensate me on anything he said no. I asked him if it bothered him that there are 24 families here that may never come back or have a party here bc of this...he said- it doesn't matter to me! If he would have been respectful and understanding my guests would have had a completely different impression of the place and situation. They would have chalked it up to "an off day". I never heard of a manager who is looking to turn away future business or just doesn't care about paying customers. The following is a summary/ list of the experience that we had: We arrived and the room was only set up for 24 kids. No where for adults to sit. The room divider was up so I was only given 1/2 of the room. When I asked if they can bring more chairs or tables I was told no. I booked the party and food for 24 kids and 15 adults. Where were the 15 adults supposed to sit and eat? I was then told that it was against fire code to seat anymore than 24 people in that room. Why on earth would I be told I can have a party for 24 kids and 15 adults in this room if it's against fire code? I was never told that my party would only be half of the room. I don't see that anywhere on any contract. Anthony told me that I was made aware of this. There is absolutely nowhere that states this. Nor was this told to me verbally. I paid for balloons. I was told these would be on the tables. I arrived to the balloons floating to the ceiling and was told I had to tell them what to do with them. I then proceeded to make my own balloon bunches with the balloons bc "they don't know how they should go". I asked for balloon weights so they can be places on table and I was told there are none. I asked where I'm supposed to put the balloons then. I was told. I don't know. Maybe you can tie them to the chairs. If I would have known this I would have saved money on these balloons. Anthony told me- big deal...It's just balloons. Yes, it is just balloons but it's a product and service that I paid for. We were refused water...tap water! I was told my guests can drink from your water fountain. I had to ask about five times til they agreed to fill a pitcher with water. Anthony told me- water is never included. We can buy bottles of water. Excuse me? Last time I checked tap water is free The penne vodka was ice cold with frozen pieces in the middle. When I spoke to Anthony I was told- oh well. You paid for it. The party is over now. Nothing I can do for you. No one could eat it. The entire tray went to waste. The cake was about to be served but the tables were not yet cleared from pizza. I asked the party host if they will be cleared up and I was told- you can clean them off! So, myself and two other guests cleaned the tables. I am by no means above cleaning tables however I paid for a bday party that included service. The ice cream cake was left to thaw out on a dirty folding table with no table cloth and no plate under the cake. It began to melt away on this table until I asked if someone can bring a table cloth so the children wouldn't eat cake that has touched a filthy table. You would have thought I asked for their first born. Finally, I paid for candles to be provided. Those were not. I had to ask several times. read more

We had a scheduled party for our son at 7:30 pm, we arrived at 7:15 pm, all waivers for the kids were filled out ahead of time. The staff could not find the waivers in the system, I had to fill them again. It was never stated that the waivers had to be filled out by kids parents. I had to contact parents and do it, it all took 30 minutes. Very unorganized and rude. I read the confirmation email again, it is NOT mentioned the waivers had to be filled out by kids parents. Also, it was never mentioned in the conversation with a party organizer. read more

While we were at a birthday party my kids water bottles were stolen from one of the benches. I called and no one had seen it. I came in the next day and spoke to the manager Jason who was extremely unhelpful and not the brightest bulb. I repeated several times that it was not a cheap plastic Rock n air bottle but more expensive bottles. I'm not sure who would throw out or even steal a kids water bottle because that is gross. Jason promised he would call me back but didn't . Meanwhile the "kids" that work there are basically useless. I've known so many kids hurt in their facility. I've heard bad stories about this place but I'd rather not judge before I experience it myself. The kids the work there for the most part, are friendly but not helpful. The management is absolutely horrific. They had promised me complementary items but it obviously meant nothing to the manager as far as keeping his word. Each time I tried asking the "manager "for his boss's name, or any superior, he refused to tell me ANY names. At the end, they were completely rude and horrible to three of my daughter's friends, who are 10 years old. I will never ever do business with them again. There is no leadership, and no one can be held accountable. Even after everything is said and done. I could possibly forgive them for hiring a moron "manager" but there are zero excuses for being rude to little girls. I was there and witnessed it myself. Just left a party at rockin air within 30 minutes I was rushing my 6 year to the hospital employees don't pay attention and management doesn't care my daughter got hurt jumping off the diving board wouldn't have been that bad if the employee stop the other kids from jumping and landing right on her as she screaming in pain I am screaming for help and not one employee came I complained to management and he just sat us down gave an ice pack and walk away sent another employee over with a free session. This place is a fresh and semi new still, i as a parent even enjoyed the experience and to top it off the food was fantastic even though it was your traditional menu like burgers , fries etc. prices were reasonable as well. PLEASE BE AWARE. I hosted my daughter's bday here thinking it was the right chose. Boy, was I wrong, you will be charged for everything, there's so many rules & policies. So...On the day of the party, their rule is you can't go into your room until 15-20 mins before your scheduled time. Fine..so I arrive 20 mins prior to check in-I was standing at the party check in bc the host has to come & take You to your room...20 mins pasted, still waiting...my guests arrived & basically I was still standing at check out waiting for the host. I emailed the even coordinator Ericka & they don't work on the weekends. They won't allow me to go to the room & decorate with my own decorations that they charge me for bc I wanted to bring my own decorations. I asked to speak with a manager, there's no manager or any designated person in charge on the weekends. You have parties on the weekends, how do you run a business without any adults in charge & only have teenagers working that has no clue what's going on. So didn't get to speak with a manager. Finally, we started the party, the host was no where to be found when needed. Told us she's going to bring the drinks, fountain drinks. & that took over 35 mins. Prior to the food arriving, the host confirmed my food order which was incorrect & she corrected & then When the food arrived, it was incorrect & she was again nowhere to be found, so, my Husband & I had to serve our guests. I PAID additional for laser tag & was told the laser tag is backed up right now, you will have to wait till the end of the party to go laser tag. Absolutely horrible, horrible experience ! I definitely WOULD NOT recommend this place, PLEASE BE AWARE : $499 is basically just for the room. Our total bill came out to $982.
