I went here for my 25th birthday. I had so much fun. I also realized that maybe I'm not as young as I used to be because for a 2 hour visit here I was tired 10 mins in and of course sore the next day. They have lots of activities and things to try. The whole time we went through each section and tried everything. Honestly so much fun. The only downside is their VR experience. We paid extra. It wasn't that much, but the Vr experience with the headset was broken. The first headset that we were strapped to was not working. Then one headset worked halfway through then stopped working. We told the working operating it and he didn't seem to care. Truly I would recommend bringing your kids to tire them out and or for some adult exercise. Between the ropes cores, ninja courses, and so many trampolines. There is something for everyone and you will leave out of breath. I would go back!

Rock 'N Air Indoor Play Park We recently visited Rock 'N Air for a Saturday afternoon play session, and my kids are still talking about it! This place is a fantastic indoor destination for burning off energy -- think trampolines, climbing walls, obstacle courses, and a ninja-style challenge zone.

This is a fun place to celebrate your childs milestones. Kids from 1-16 years will have a great time. There is a Dodgeball trampoline, jump over the moving pole, ziplining, an activity course that is about 50 feet off the ground, and a run-up wall I think teens and adults would enjoy. There is also a laser tag room. There is a snack bar with plenty of seating. The young staff is professional and friendly. There are lockers you use to store your belongings and shoes while you climb and jump around. Be ready to pay a nice chunk of change to enjoy the day with a party of 4.

Giving a 5/5 for the amazing time kids had .. first timer, and we just loved this place. It has a mix-match of everything.. and all for 36$ .. a little expensive, but ok once in a while.. kids started with rock climbing with harness. there are 5-6 of easy to difficult rock climbing. it was really good. then they tried zipline and ropes courses. kids just loved this. they went 2-3 times on the zipline. ninja course was ok.. we then went to jump zone, and had fun with dodgeball, basketball, and some video games in the front.. overall it was so good. food was ok.. they have sandwiches, onion rings, french fries etc. it was good, and not that expensive. overall it was an amazing experience.. thumbs up.

It very good and fun but the kids their stink and they smell very bad and their was a kid that at the top of the rock climbing and they pee their self and it was dripping down and it fell on my son and he started crying and he trew up on the mat so please don't. Try it

Loving running and jumping on all of the trampolines!

Update 5/7/22 We hosted my daughter's 3rd and my son's 1st birthday party here and it was fantastic. The time flies way too fast everyone in the party - kids and adults - loved it and can't wait to come back. They assign you a party host who takes care of your party the entire time. They set up, assist throughout the entire party and clean up! So worth the cost not having to deal with anything and just enjoy the party.

I really like Rock N Air. Big place that is pretty well organized. The staff seems to be more engaged than competitor trampoline places in the area. They were very helpful. Had a good time and more importantly my son had a better time for his birthday party.

Kids had so much fun and can't wait to go back. It was so big we didn't even get to do everything but we will be back soon

I've seen some reviews complaining about the staff but I've never had that experience. Every time we've gone, the staff members are friendly and helpful. They even chat with the kids who are so excited that a teenager is paying attention to them. My only complaint is the seating for parents. Every time I leave here my back and rear end hurt. The only free seating they have are horribly uncomfortable playground benches or uncomfortable cafeteria visits where you can't see your kids jumping. The things that irritates me the most, which is what prompted me to leave this review, is the massage chairs. I thought they would be a good place to just sit but that's not possible. Unless you pay $5.50 every 15 minutes for a massage, you can't sit in them. The rollers come down so they are sticking directly into your back and it starts beeping until you stand up. The most comfortable place to sit is on the floor leaning against one of the padded pillars. It would not cost much at all to get slightly more comfortable benches or at least a few more comfortable chairs. We'll keep coming because my kids love it but I'm going to try to bring my own camping chair. I have a feeling they are you to say it's not allowed but I guess we'll find out.

We chose an Avengers theme, and I was really impressed with how everything came together. The themed setup was colorful, detailed, and looked great in photos. The Avengers cake was especially cute and much more elaborate than I expected, with different superhero details incorporated throughout. Our son was so excited when he saw everything. The entire planning process was incredibly easy. Communication leading up to the party was organized, with clear deadlines for confirming our headcount, theme, cake, catering, and other details. We made a few changes along the way, and as long as we communicated them within a reasonable amount of time before the party, the staff was very accommodating and made the adjustments without making the process stressful. One of the best parts for us as parents was how little we actually had to do. Xtreme Energy coordinated the decorations, cake, activities, food, and overall flow of the party, which allowed us to actually enjoy our son's birthday rather than spending the entire time setting up, serving food, organizing the kids, and cleaning up. A special shoutout to our party host, Pookie, who was AMAZING! She did such a great job keeping the party organized and moving smoothly. She guided the kids from activity to activity, had everyone wash their hands before eating, organized them for pictures, and managed all of the transitions throughout the party. Having someone handle those little details made such a difference and was one of the reasons the party felt so effortless for us. We also ordered catering for the adults. The catering is pricey, but the food was overall good quality and having everything provided onsite was very convenient. I also loved that coffee for the adults was included with our party package--a small detail, but one that was definitely appreciated by the parents! Something important to know when budgeting is that outside food is not permitted, so if you want additional food for the adults, you need to order catering through Xtreme Energy. You can bring your own additional cake or cupcakes, but they must be nut-free. A few other things that are helpful for parents to know before booking: grip socks are required for the kids, so I recommend bringing extras for anyone who forgets theirs. Otherwise, they are $3 per pair onsite. Parents are not permitted inside the actual play area, although parents are still responsible for supervising their own children. The zip line also has a height requirement, so depending on the ages and heights of your guests, not every child may be able to participate in every activity. The kids had SO much fun, and there was plenty to keep them entertained throughout the party. Seeing how excited our son and his friends were made the experience especially memorable for his 4th birthday. Another thoughtful touch was that they gave our son two passes to come back for future visits as a birthday gift, which we really appreciated. This is certainly a splurge for a children's birthday party, especially once you add additional guests and adult catering, but after experiencing it, I understand what you're paying for. Between the entertainment, customized themed setup, cake, food, organization, and excellent service, they take care of almost all of the party logistics for you. Would we spend this much on every birthday? Probably not, but I absolutely think it was worth doing to make his 4th birthday extra special. We left with a very happy birthday boy, happy guests, great pictures and memories, and very little work or stress on our part. Pookie and the rest of the Xtreme Energy team did a fantastic job. For us, it was absolutely worth the splurge!

They offer finger foods like pizza, wings, and mozzarella sticks. You can have a party in their party rooms. The party rooms are time limited (about two hours or less), and while the staff isn't rude, they do come in frequently to remind you how much time is left. It makes the transition feel a little rushed. Once your time is up, you're kindly moved out. There is seating outside the party rooms, but there aren't enough tables to comfortably accommodate everyone. They do have lockers for your belongings, a small arcade area, and separate trampoline sections based on age, which is a big plus for safety. The food was average at best. The pizza wasn't great, and the mozzarella sticks were just okay like pre- frozen. Another downside is the parking lot. The plaza also has a Chuck E. Cheese, a nail spa, and an Olive Garden, so parking can be pretty chaotic especially on weekends when birthday parties are happening everywhere. Overall, it's fine if you just want to bring kids to jump and burn energy. Personally, I wouldn't choose it as a party venue because the time feels limited and rushed. Would I attend another party there? Probably. But once the two hours are up, I'm heading out.

However, I think the staff need better training and more consistent supervision. The ball pit is about 3 feet deep, which can be difficult for younger toddlers to climb out of. I witnessed a mother ask a staff member for help because her toddler was stuck. Instead of assisting, the staff member simply stepped into the ball pit and asked the toddler if they could climb out. The child was clearly unable to, which was the reason the mother had asked for help in the first place. In the end, the mother had to climb into the ball pit herself to get her child. Then at the race car track, staff allowed toddlers who were below the recommended height to ride. I personally didn't think this was a major safety concern since the cars have seat belts. However, after one toddler had started riding, the staff asked the child's mother to remove them because they couldn't drive properly. I understand that other children were waiting (including mine), but if staff decide to allow younger children to participate, they should let them enjoy the full experience unless the parent chooses to end it early. The most disappointing experience happened at the Sky Rider attraction. Children under the height requirement were being allowed to ride, but when it was my son's turn, he was stopped and told he was too small. The child in front of him was visibly shorter and had already been allowed to ride several times. Naturally, my son was very upset. I spoke with the staff member to understand why the rules were applied differently. His response was that after he made the comments, he let my son ride once, but "he got sour and ran away." That comment was unnecessary and unprofessional. My son is on the spectrum, and assumptions like that can be especially hurtful. More importantly, all children should be treated fairly. Overall, the playground itself is excellent and offers plenty for kids to enjoy. My biggest concern is the lack of professionalism in some staff interactions.
