If it were possible to leave no stars, that's what I'd do. This was the most horrific moving experience I've ever had. I had to ask one of the movers not to curse around my daughter. The movers also put a hole in my wall trying to move a treadmill. They scraped my wood foot by dragging the treadmill apart when they could have completely disassembled it. On top of that, the emergency fob for the treadmill is missing and now I can't use it. To make matters worse, they piled my boxes on dollies, dumped them in my garage. The boxes were so high in the garage, that I am now reaching for boxes and straining to manage those that are heavy. I also felt uncomfortable with one of the movers. I'm not sure how the company could allow him to be around customers. On top of this, the bill was $500 over the estimate. I could not be more unhappy with an experience. There were so many things bad about this. 1) recorded wrong email in system so did not get their terms until the day before the move. Funny when they need something they send via text. 2) the 2 movers (which I would give 5 stars) were given wrong address and would have gone to wrong place if they had not called first 3) the movers started using the $50 bubblewrap even when I told them all of the furniture is thrift and does not need to be wrapped. They said they are "not allowed" to move somethings unless they are wrapped. So the company forces you to add $100+ to the cost and you really have no choice because 1/2 your stuff is already on a truck. 4) They wanted payment after driving to the destination place but not unloading. The quote was higher than expected AND was still not nearly enough time because *shocker* the movers were not told it was a 3rd story apartment. I was able to make the time only because I carried just as much as they did. 5) We made it with 15 minutes to spare. I was assured I could get a refund of that time. I called that day and was told to expect it in 3-5 business days. 2 weeks later after calling the customer service number multiple times and never getting to anyone, I called the scheduling people and did in fact request and get the refund. The movers were great. However, the one guy who I probably outweighed by 20 pounds. He almost passed out due to the heat of the day. I made him sit in the shade. 1. The charges are ridiculous. 18% fuel and maintenance charge on stop of $179/hr, $179 travel time. Anyway, I stupidly gave a deposit and I needed a morning move. They confirm someone will be there 8-9am. He quoted me at 3b house and I said no, I have less than 1b, only a room of 13 boxes and a desk.. 700-$800?? 2. I called back and ask for the est to be sent. The lady on the phone was so RUDE! She said she couldn't help because she is corporate, but mind you it is the same number that sent me the est over the phone. They sent it over. 3. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM DON'T USE THEM!! I went with All My Sons because they offered a free kitchen pack. This is what they sent "I would like to offer you a free kitchen pack. This means that we will pack everything in your kitchen (minus the fridge) and provide all the materials free of charge." Not only did they charge us for the kitchen pack, the movers arrived with no material for packing the kitchen and had no idea that I had been offered the free kitchen pack. We had to go out and buy the material for them while they sat around trying to contact someone to figure out what was going on. By the end, they tried to charge me over $2,000 for moving my apartment. Absolutely ridiculous. I blame the admins for this mistake - the movers were pretty amateur compared to other movers I've used. They didn't have the proper tools, resorted to cutting tape with their mouths, and weren't good at wrapping our furniture. I would highly recommend finding someone else. read more

They gave a written quote that they didn't honor. Neglected to wrap any of the furniture before putting them on the truck. Tried to jack up the cost after our stuff was loaded onto the truck. If it wasn't paid they threatened to hold our stuff at their warehouse as well as charge daily storage fees until extra fees were paid. Broke furniture and damaged appliances. One guy had to take a dump before he started moving !!! stop @ McDonald's or something. total disrespect. also that same guy was on his phone during the move on a private call causing them to work slower . I think a two year old could work faster than my three movers . They destroyed a door of mine !!! Worst moving experience. Everything seemed great until day of the move. I was told that since I booked early and no one was on the schedule yet, I could pick when I wanted them to come. I asked for a morning slot. Day prior they told me I would be the second move of the day, probably around 12pm. Day of the move I didn't hear anything from them and had to contact them multiple times. The crew finally arrived at 4 pm. Both of them smelled like marijuana and used and charged for so much supplies that was not properly used. They half- wrapped furniture, ripped my mattress and threw everything in the truck so unorganized and without any care. They scratched a $500 coffee table because they didn't want to wrap it and scraped my $2500 leather couch on the concrete. Even though they left multiple items at the pickup location, 4.5 hours later they got to the new location (20 minutes away) and unloaded everything into the front living room and left. Didn't put anything where it belonged in the assigned rooms on the boxes, didn't assemble any furniture, didn't even take their moving blankets. They told their boss they'd be done by 9:30 pm and when 9:30 hit they left- had to scoot their mess out of the way of the door but completely abandoned the disaster they created. To top it off, they left a lamp that wasn't ours (was in the truck from a previous move) in the neighbors yard. When I called the company about it they asked if we filed a police report and transferred me to corporate which put me on an automated loop. read more

Hired them for a small move, 1 room and 1 bedroom, about 10 minutes across town. Quoted around $500, wound up charged nearly $1000. The two movers were nice, but one smoked in the truck while handling my stuff. Started using bubble wrap and other items without asking (none of this was needed) and forced a bag onto my mattress (it's old, I told them it didn't need bagging) resulting in massive charges. The move took less than 2 hours from arrival to departure at the new place, reached out to the company the week following the move with my concerns and got nothing in return. This might be the worst experience I've ever had with movers. Trying to move my father into a nursing home which is stressful enough..... But while in the nursing home they refused to wear masks they didn't have masks with them I asked them to put them on after I told them where they were at the front door and they still didn't wear them properly these are seniors who are at high risk and they showed no concern for their well-being. I was so so disappointed in this company. I am usually the type of person to just blow off bad service, but this was truly horrendous. My husband was going to be out of town due to military obligations while we moved to our new home. After calling "All My Sons," I was impressed and excited to have their help. When they got to our house, we did a walk through so I could show them what we needed them to move. I had previously been told leave the drawers full and they would wrap our dressers. When we got to my bedroom, and I said they'd move the dresser, one of the movers proceeded to remove my underwear drawers in front of everyone and state he would carry it without drawers in it. The other (more experienced) mover did correct him and say no it will be wrapped. However, still startling and embarrassing to have someone remove my underwear drawer, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and remain quiet. I started going over the contract with one of the movers while the other two started loading boxes into the truck. When she came to the insurance options, she told me that the standard option for damaged items was 60 cents per pound per article (ie if something weighs 10lbs and it gets broken, they pay you $6). She said there was a full value coverage option, but in order to do that we would have to cancel the move that day, have someone come out and value all of our belongings, and then reschedule. I felt blind-sided as no one told me about this when I scheduled. But again remained polite and, against my better judgement, continued with the move. Fast forward about an hour and I was loading up my car with smaller items and I hear a giant crash downstairs. The same mover who decided to open up my underwear drawer had decided to try to lift my very heavy dining room table on his own. They had removed the legs for easier moving, but he chose to not wait for help from a coworker to move the main piece of the table (which I had already told all of them was extremely heavy) which caused the leg supports and table to crash to the floor. Luckily it is sturdy and did not break. Over the next hour, as I am loading other things in and out of my car, I notice one of the more experienced movers attempting to speak with the inexperienced mover -- they appeared to be arguing and the two experienced movers were on and off their phones sitting in the truck. I asked them if there was a problem. I was told yes, that the inexperienced mover was using unsafe practices and that they would be sending him home and replacing him. After he was told to wait for the ride to come pick him up, he continued to ask me for my personal cell phone to make a call. I felt so extremely uncomfortable. In all, we were down to two movers for about an hour and a half before the third one was able to come help. However, most of the time we were at 2 movers, one had to keep touching base with the supervisor that was at the office that day to explain the whole situation. While I appreciate her help to speak with management and recognize these calls were necessary, we ultimately were at one mover for that hour and a half (this piece is important for later). Now total slowed down for about 2.5hrs. So the 3rd mover gets there and things get moving, we get to the new house and the female mover starts going over the invoice. I had been quoted $199/hr with a 16% fuel charge (16% of the final total), plus the cost of mattress bags, shrink wrap, and tape. Given the troubles of the bad mover, I was told they would cut the fuel charge in half. I was very frustrated with this as I felt if they had given me three competent workers, my number of hours of service would've been much shorter than it was. The female mover helped me speak with the supervisor who offered to ultimately gave me $200 off the total price of the move and that "was the best he could do". Despite the fact that we were slowed down for 2.5hrs (at $199/hr, that is $497.50). After my conversation with the supervisor, the female mover came in and told me she had more bad news. When the inexperienced mover (the one who was asked to leave) was moving my sectional out of the house, he was attempting to shove it through the door forcefully (rather than tilting and carefully moving it) and the fabric caught on the door frame and ripped the fabric on the cushion. Unfortunately, my sectional has sewn on back cushions so simply flipping it is not an option. Because standard insurance option, I was given $210 for the damage to the sectional. After the movers had left I found a decent sized gash in the dry wall as well as multiple cigarette butts in my garage and on my property. Overall, I am so disappointed by the processes of the company and their attempts to rectify the situation. Definitely will not be using them again. read more

This was a such a rip off. The salesperson on the phone made it sound like it would be under 500.00 to move a partial amount of items for a 600 square foot apartment. If they break anything of yours they only pay .60 per pound. So if they break a $500.00 dollar tv you get $6.00 dollars. Insurance to get full value is $175.00. I chose to move my own TVs due to this. They show up and spend 15 minutes of the 169.00 per hour rate going over terms. We had two conversations with them prior. They save this for face to face to bill you for it. They said they could not give an estimate when I questioned additional fee that were not disclosed at sales call. They said they would have to leave and reschedule to give an estimate. That is how they get you. Then when we got to my new address they gave me a ridiculous amount. You have to agree to it or they refuse to unlock the truck with your belonging. They said I could call the boss. I did call their boss while being charged 169.00 per hour. He did not care what I had to say. They charged 169.00 per hour travel time. $94.64 in gas for a round trip of 25 miles from their location to pick up, drop off and getting them back to which made that part 338.00 per hour. They were also charging me that fee while checking in and out times with boss 4 times. I moved much of the stuff myself to speed it along. The charged 70. For shrink wrap on 1 item and some tape. These people are con artists. 854.00 to move 3/4 of the belongings in a 600 sq foot apartment with me helping. The move from my old location to the new was 7 miles. I moved at least a quarter of it m helping them. They actual labor at each place was 45 minutes and I was billed for 2.5 hours. Scam artist. You got me. We were having them move things from a storage unit to my office. Then, I ended up dropping a $600 item and breaking it in the storage unit. They were nice and, apologized, and told me to file a complaint. I did within my 90-day window, and they even took the item they broke for us. The company's owner called about the complaint since we didn't hear anything back, and she got Joe, the claims "specialist," who was rude from the start. He told her we have a contract stating that if they break something in a 3rd party area, they are not responsible. She kindly asked him to send me the contract he was referring to. She also asked him if she signed it, and he said no. She was astonished. He then said well, it's not a contract, but in the terms and services. She asked him that if the company breaks my things in a 3rd party location, they aren't responsible. He said that is correct. She asked him his last name for record-keeping, and he refused to give it. He said he would send it back to the claims specialist who denied us in the first place. She asked his name, and he gave me the initials A.B. I forwarded her to a line without a voicemail set up for A.B. He just gave me the extension he called. We have the call recorded as well. If you hear how rude he was the whole time, you would never work with this company. If their movers don't break things I am sure they are great but if they do then sucks to be you I guess. read more

What I have to say is really no different from everyone else on here. I will say, the guys who actually did move my things were wonderful humans (the only reason this review can have 1 star). But the company itself is terrible. I didn't get cancelled on but my original time estimate was late morning-early afternoon and they didn't show up until the evening. I had confirmed earlier that week that was my time estimate, so I made dinner plans at 7pm that evening thinking I'd have plenty of time. Nope, they didn't come until 5:30. When I called explaining my situation, I was told I could not be rescheduled the next day because the "schedule was full." I explained I had been scheduled for earlier that day, shouldn't that take priority. Again, nope. Even though I had confirmed the late morning/early afternoon window. I will also point out, they never called me with updates. I had to call them every time to get any information. I won't even go into how overpriced they are. I had a move on January 16, 2024 and all four of the guys that came. Reeks of marijuana broke multiple items, including an antique frame, a Tiffany lamp, two tables and my washing machine. I purchased the extra insurance, but I contacted all my sons to file claim they were less than friendly about it. The insurance requires you to have receipts for the items that you're claiming were broken. Well I couldn't come up with it so I had to get a new washer and dryer, pay to get my Tiffany lamp fixed And I had to throw out two expensive tables because they broke the leg off of each one of them with no way to repair them. Granite we got moved fairly quickly, but they charged me nearly $3000 for the move and they were only with me for four hours, I did get help with packing because I am handicapped and my husband couldn't do it alone. I think when I go to move again, I'll be finding someone else and I'll be using Yelp to help me find a good mover at a reasonable price. I do not recommend all my sons at all. I was nice and agreed. When I booked the move, I asked about taking furniture that I did not want. And was told they would take it for $25-50 per item. And that was fine. They put a couch, table and chairs on the ground next to my dumpster. I told the movers that the furniture was to be hauled away to their dumpster Instead they tossed it in my dumpster. The following day the trash company pulled the furniture out since they do not take it. So I called All my Sons to have them pick up the furniture and was told it would be $300. On Tuesday, June 23rd, 2020, I moved 2.5hrs from Columbus to Cleveland, OH with a 1-br apartment worth of stuff including a large amount of clothing, heavy long couch, desk, PITA bed which required dis and re-assembly, and some miscellaneous smaller furniture. The day before my move, I was called to confirm by a polite gentleman who again reviewed the plan for the day, how the move would work logistically, and the pricing format (which I had already received by email when I originally booked). Allen and Kayleigh called me ~1hr before they arrived and then proceeded to demonstrate a level of professionalism I did not know existed within the industry! I had previously dealt with and fled from the business of several other local and national moving companies for various reasons- no callbacks, unbelievable $2k+ estimates, general shady practices, etc. Allen and Kayleigh showed up and Allen immediately got to work plastic wrapping appropriate items while Kayleigh patiently reviewed and signed with me the terms and conditions of service by iPad. She was not rushed and was very personable- even saying hello to my miserably kenneled cats! While I tried to help by moving a box here and there to my car, the speed at which they worked was undeniably expert. Never at all during the load or unload did they seem rushed or unsafe yet somehow they snuck a couch and a bed by me without even realizing they'd basically loaded up my entire place in a span of less than 2 hours! When we were nearly done, all that remained was a massive amount of clothing in the closet. Through rather unfortunate ingenuity they managed to bag up all of these close and used teamwork to get what must have been hundreds of pounds transported safely and cleanly to the truck. Although I would have been whining nearly the entire time if someone asked me to do this, not a peep came from Allen or Kayleigh except fun conversation. We showed up at my new place which has a woefully long and narrow driveway. They were so patient and creative in finding exactly where to finagle the truck before opening it up and again unloading the whole thing- including reassembling my bed and a set of clothing bars) in approximately 2 hours. I can't emphasize enough how speedy they were despite 24-something metal stairs and lack of air conditioning at the time in 85F+ weather. I'm sure I'm missing something big here, but I just want to say that I am so thoroughly impressed with the work and attitude of Allen and Kayleigh and how they made my move seamless, safe, and swift. Very dishonest. I had an extremely small move about 2 miles away from their home base. Moved about 3 miles away. From start to finish, the move was 1 hour and 45 minutes. They quoted me about $353 on the phone. When we arrived at the destination they asked me to pay in full before they would unload the few items we moved. They charged me $687!!! Twice what they told me it would be!! They also drug snow and mud through the condo with no regard for the carpet and flooring. I would NEVER recommend. People move for multiple reasons, the single mom needing to escape a trouble life or the newlyweds excited to start of a new life together or maybe the growth of a family that requires a new house in a safe neighborhood. We all have our reasons and each move, even though they can be a very stressful time, should be a day of happiness and excitement! A day you'll never want to forget because it brought so much joy to your life and peace in your heart. So why won't your movers take that into consideration instead of treating each move as another day hauling other people's stuff and a quick paycheck? We called All My Sons, Hilliard, OH moving company to move our 725 sq ft single bedroom apartment with a 2/3 full single car garage with storage containers and garage tooling, maybe an additional 300 sq ft. We were scheduled for 0800 on Saturday December 7. At 0730 on Saturday morning, we got a call saying a driver had called out and they were looking for a replacement. A crew showed up at 1220 (although they set their clock to 1215...another way to make more money doing nothing). They loaded 95% of the garage then told me they couldn't fit the rest of the apartment on the truck, so they'd have to drop this load off and return to get the apartment items so, reluctantly we went to the new house with load #1. This was a truck that is supposed to be able to hold 2500 - 3000 sq ft of items yet at 300 sq ft they couldn't fit anything else. This clearly is a money grab for them convincing us to make more unnecessary trips. Once arrived at the new house, they sat in the truck for upwards of 15 minutes talking to management then tried to convince us to drop load #1 so they could go to another move job. I declined. Then they wanted payment before they unload. Understandable if they had completed the job however, they weren't even halfway done and wanting payment, which they attempted to charge an additional $275 for 'consumables' that they assumed they would use on TV's, mirrors and such. We don't pay for product we don't use so again we decline. We were on the phone with their management for over an hour trying to sort out the timeline and cost that was creeping up. At the end of the move the cost was over double what was quoted, items stacked wrong, fragile boxes crushed and at one point one of the workers walked in the house twirling a box clearly marked 'fragile' and asked, "where do you want this fragile box to go". Blatant disregard for our personal belongings. To make matters worse, they took pictures of our antiques and googled them to tell us the estimated value...why do they need to know that?? By the end of the move, they had destroyed a 75" TV, broken an end table, put a 1/2" gouge in an antique radio, broken, art work laid on the concrete garage floor, Dining room table has large gouge in tabletop, and a few things that somehow didn't make it off the truck but 'customers aren't allowed on the truck' per their rules. We expressed out concerns with Heather, an alleged manager at the Hilliard branch and at first, she was empathetic to our concerns and even offered to help offset by not charging the milage. She didn't honor that. She was also empathetic until she talked to the driver Kevin then she took his side and his side only and that we were in the wrong for the things that happened. Kevin clearly doesn't know how to pack a truck and was quite proud of 'blocking traffic' with the 26' truck. He should learn how to properly stack a truck instead of gloat about blocking traffic. Kevin also forged our signature declining insurance on the shipment. No class operation. All that being said, we submitted a claim to their insurance and we received rather quickly, a contract to sign stating we could no longer come back to them for additional claims. Fair enough...until you see that all they are offering was $162 in refund for the damaged goods. It's a sad joke. Needless to say, we will never use All My Sons moving for anything again. Be smart. DO NOT USE ALL MY SONS MOVING! Scam after scam after scam after scam after scam. Destroyed my furniture. Lied about price by a lot. Tried to force me to pay even more. Spent the first hour parking truck and trying to make me sign contract to get insurance for when they destroy my furniture. Loaded all my stuff onto their truck before hitting me with an additional $350 higher amount than their quote before they would unload it. I had to pay it. I complained so they just loaded everything I had on top of each other into my living room unless I pay them $149 more for another hour. I didn't have a lot of stuff and the move distance was short. I took pictures of them doing it so and agreed to pay it if they would move my things to the right places, like upstairs, for example. There was a lot of damage done to my things. The TLDR version. Our Movers were great for the most part. Very respectful and actually took one of our couches up the stairs. The problem is, they also damaged 2 of our tvs(1 of which cannot power on). We paid the $175 AMS insurance plan for up to $5,000. And they denied our claim within 24 hrs. They did a great job. We had three movers and a lot of stuff, much of it heavy. I thought the movers were professional, and took the job seriously, which is the way it should be. They worked hard all day and it was a long day, many hours. They even took out some heavy rugs we had to get rid of and an old organ which was heavy and had to go up from the basement. I was happy with their work. They were ready and willing to do the job and without any complaints or attitude. When it was time to pay, I thought the rate was fair, even good for such a long and hard day's work. I was happy with All My Sons. I would recommend this company. Moreover, have you noticed how cool their trucks look on the outside? Nice logo. By the way, next day after buying a new washer and dryer, they were delivered to us by the Lowe's Delivery. They were so bad! They screamed and shouted and goofed off as if in high school. And they seriously damaged our door frame and scratched the basement steps. Save yourself a lot of time, money & headache. The movers were unorganized, wasted time, took furniture units apart and did not put them back together. Placed items opposite of what they were told; completely blocked any access to bedroom closets; I can not get to the cable connection to connect internet. They set my couch down on dirt before bringing it inside. I could not walk barefoot without the bottoms of my feet turning black so had to clean that mess. One bathroom upstairs was blocked in addition to the closet. Hired 2 guys from Task Rabbit to help get the upstairs in order so I can unpack and work. Local move - I wish I had read more reviews before booking. They suck people in with a low estimate. 2 bedroom apartment move to another 2 bedroom apartment. WORST EXPERIENCES EVER!! DON'T USE THESE GUYS. I would give 0 stars but can't do that to leave a review. I've used these guys twice in the last couple months. #1. I requested a lift for my 400 lb stove and two very young, inexperienced guys came to move my stove. They didn't bring a lift, didn't strap my stove to a dolly. Fortunately my son was here and told them to strap it on the dolly and helped pick up the stove to move it into the house. #2 Requested someone with move experience and a truck large enough to move everything from our 2 bedroom apartment and a 10x10 storage unit to our new house. I emphasized what we have to move are several large items that could fill the truck quickly. A 26' truck came and could only get half of our apartment stuff in it. When they got to our new house it was raining and the movers wouldn't get out of the truck. Their coordinator asked if they could take our stuff--while they were sitting in front of the house--to a storage facility because it was too muddy for the guys to get out. We had paper on the floor, the ramp went directly from the truck to the porch and the builders/family had to put cardboard and plywood on the ground so the boys wouldn't get their new shoes muddy. Seriously, this was the worst, most unprofessionally handled experience I've every had with anyone regardless of profession. I say again--DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. read more

They don't even deserve 1 star. Avoid at all costs!! Terrible service, very unprofessional. They had the wrong dates for a scheduled pack and move. We rearranged our schedule to accommodate them. The moving team showed up to pack our house and started complaining immediately about having to pack books, pack up the closet, the items in the curio cabinet, etc. They basically didn't want to work so after the walk through left for "lunch" at 10.30 AM and never came back. The management was not helpful at all so they just left us without movers even after confirming the move multiple times and doing a virtual walkthrough. The worst service I could imagine. Do not use them. 2 men and a truck saved the day so please send your business there. read more

***WARNING: QUALITY OF SERVICE HAS DETERIORATED*** It's been over two months. I've had no response about the different number that we came up with for the refund after being over charged. I've had no response to the pictures of my broken table. But you all had time to contact my card provider about the dispute that I filed. I want my money back. My property is damaged and this has been the worst moving experience I've had with All My Sons. I will never use your company again. read more

Now that I am all moved in and less stressed I wanted to share my thoughts on my move before I posted my review. First the way your quote reads, $179 is the hourly rate for the travel and the 3 movers. It does not read as separate charges. So the $179 for the travel fee was totally unexpected and was not explained to me during the phone call when I made the reservation. As an English teacher I have a firm grasp on the language and your quote is worded poorly. When I booked the move, I asked for 3 movers because there was a bunch of stairs involved in the pick up location. There are no stairs at the drop off location. It took 2 hours to load the truck and under an hour to unload it. I was charged before they unloaded the truck based upon an estimate as to how long it took them to load the truck. The last 45 minutes or so was the movers laughing and joking and playing around outside while pretending to clean the truck out. I was charged for a 4 hour move, although the quote says it will be pro rated. The movers stated that the move started at 815. I got a call at 757 am that they were on their way. They pulled up at 820. They did not knock on my door until 830am. They moved so slowly, I had to stop them from loading the truck. So after they left, I had to go get a u haul and move the rest of the stuff they did not have time to get. $143 in gas. The move was less than 10 miles total so $143 in gas may have been because your drivers left the truck running for the full 4hours of the move. That was bad for the environment and seems like it was done to run up the fuel charges. $50 for bubble wrap. I bought everything I would need for the move including bubble wrap and tape. The mover was in another room when he started bubble wrapping the tv, which btw wasn't worth $50, when I heard him say bubble wrap I went to the room and he had already started to wrap the tv. I asked if I was paying $50 for the bubble wrap, his response was "probably". I asked him to stop then because I had wrap, and I was told that it was too late. I am expected to pay $50 for bubble wrap and literally the only thing they wrapped was a tv that wasn't worth the $50 that the wrap cost me. I talked to the manager about this and his response was, our movers are trained to use our materials and that I should have said something. Well I did and was still charged. I listened to the movers complaining about the company the entire time of the move. I also observed them playing around outside while loading the truck. I feel they intentionally took their time to load the truck, while complaining about their paychecks and how they would make more working at McDonald's. They complained about their bosses being assholes and being underpaid. I am also aware that tipping 50% of their income. I know more about the new Xbox than I care to know. They also solicited me and told me to contact them directly if I needed to move again, that way it won't be that expensive and they will just go get u haul. I have used professional movers most of my adult life and this has been the worst experience to date. I feel that my bill was intentionally inflated. I'm not sure if it was the company or the employees. So this will be my review and also my letter to the BBB. Just wanted to make you aware. read more
