I cracked my rear right rims on my bmw 550i and needed to have them welded up. I dropped my rear off and while they were there they were supposed to get refinished to match my front rims. The owner told me they would be able to in a 24 hour turn around time. It took a week for my rims to be finished and they came back with paint runs and barely matching the fronts so i had the fronts redone to match. These took another 2 weeks and when i told the owner that i was coming to get the rims at 3:30 i arrived at 4 and they still weren't anywhere to be found. The owner was extremely shady and made me pay before hand, now i understand why, because the service was horrible. Dont spend your money here for these guys to touch your rims read more

Called before I came, only to be told to come back 2 hours later. I leave then Get back to shop 2 1/2 hours later. Only to wait 45 minutes before they touch my car. 30 minutes into the job, they find an issue with my rim. Advised him I will get the rim looked at and replaced by someone else. I advised him stop the job and i will pay him for what he has done so far, which is partial alignment and finding the rim issue. He wanted me to pay full price for the alignment that they didn't complete due to a rim issue. I advised him I'm not paying in full, for a service that I didn't ultimately receive. Carlos inserted his small bit of aggression by saying "you know i can charge you what i want it's my shop!" ... I said well you're not going to charge me full price for a service you did not complete. We had an unnecessary exchange of words for a full 8 minutes. After telling me I'm not benefiting from paying him partial because I can't pay him partial when I return. I then said "IF" I return.... "IF". I had absolutely no intentions on returning to his shop. He should really slow down and take on customers by appointment because he is too busy and unable to perform in a timely manner. I will not be returning ever. I paid him a small amount but I'm ultimately unhappy About the job taking longer than what it should have. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would! My son and I took his car in to have a set of springs put in on a 2016. The job was $300, and said they would stand behind their work. After getting the car back we noticed there were bolts missing on the break assembly and after taking to the dealership we found out they screwed up and did $2200 damage. We went back to them and the owner threatened to call police if we didn't leave!!! In the time we were in there we saw three other "unsatisfied clients" come through to same results!! At first I was a bit concerned because it is a bit different from a official Maserati place, you know what I mean. After seeing how those guys work and knowledgeable they are I was very confident. On my way back home, the car was as never before, not a single vibration even at high speed. And something important too, for a fraction of what I would have paid in the official place. On 02/11/22 I purchased Groupon (order 1516062587) for a 4 wheel alignment at Wheel Fix IT, located at 3090 West Broward Boulevard Suite A, Fort Lauderdale. That Groupon voucher is valid for any vehicle, any height excluding commercial and luxury. 02/14/22 I called to make an appointment for alignment. Carlos, the owner asked what kind of vehicle I have and I told him, 2005 Dodge Sprinter 2500 and the vehicle is 11ft tall. He confirmed over the phone that my car will fit into his garage, asked if I have Groupon, I said yes. He told me to come at 4:30pm. I showed up for my appointment as scheduled. First Carlos said he won't take Groupon due to the height of the car, then he said "I take Groupon, but you will have to pay extra $20". I have a disabled plaque on the windshield. I suspect that Carlos noticed it and was trying to take advantage of my disability. There is no other explanations why he refused to honor a Groupon. Business "Wheel Fix It" involved in illegal activities promoting their business on Groupon and not honoring Groupon vouchers, fraudulently extorting money from customers making them to pay extra. read more

Horrible customer service from the owner and employees, they damaged one of my tire right after I purchased them from him. They did not inspect the job and the tire rubbed on the suspension and are no longer safe. Terrible, terrible place! Not recommended at all. Did not even get the opportunity to have my car serviced here. I call to set up an appointment and the owner says to just come any time tomorrow. I show up at 9am and it appears the business is not open. 3 mechanics are standing outside so I ask if the business is open. One says, "no baby, but if you want to join us" and spreads his legs and arms as if to inncenuate a vulgar and inappropriate act. I call the owner to tell him why he won't be getting my business and that he should talk to his neighboring business, 10 ft away. Drop off a set wheel to get refurbished and painted. 5 days after the promised due date because they weren't coming out like they needed to be. I stop by to get them installed on the car and they measured out the cut wrong and couldn't get them to fit. So had to hammer the wheel because they forced it on, send it back to recut. I come back again and he sale me 3 used tires which I agreed to... spend the entire day wait for them to mount them. Finally ready to ride out. Make it 9 miles down the road the whole car started shaking.. pulled to a gas station 1 tire is completely flat I add air to it drive another 4 miles and had to add air again. Drop my family off home and attempted to remove the wheel and put the spare on.... broke 3 SNAP ON BRAND lug sockets because they were overtighten. ask him the following morning can he tow the car to his shop and resolve the problem he said NO his problem find my own tow truck. I get the vehicle to him. He tell me the wheel is bent that why it wont hold air and it's my fault! NO SIGNS OF ANY DAMAGE ON TIRE OR WHEEL . NO WAY I BENT IT IN 15 MILES ON HIGHWAY DRIVING ONLY. So now he wants me to pay for 2 new tire because another one has a bubble on the sidewall in 15 miles of driving less then 12 hours. And $150 to repair a wheel he just installed. Put my family life in danger. Has Mickey mouse mechanics with no professionalism. His customer service is a scam. I ask Carlos for a warranty.. he kicks me out his shop. "Take your wheels and find someone else to warranty it" $1500 wasn't enough money for him I guess. If you leave happy from this shop you were blinded from the scam. read more

Just another bullshit shop that does crappy work. Carlos will tell you whatever you want to hear, but the finished product will just need to be taken somewhere else and fixed. Serves me right for giving them the benefit of the doubt. Brought a set of wheels to Carlos to have them machine finish for $220 a wheel. About a week and a half goes by. He calls me tells me to come get them. I show up they have scratches all over them. Carlos says it's scratches in the clear and that he'll have them polished out. About another week goes by he says I can come get them they're all fixed. I get there. But there at the warehouse and after waiting for about a half hour I'm told he'll drop them off to me tomorrow. That doesn't work so another four days go by and he says I can go get them. I get there wait about 45 minutes, he shows up with the wheels they have scratches in them. It looks as if this place is desperately trying to change around for the better. I say this because I visited them with a Groupon that I had purchased. The service was for alignment, rotation, and balance. I called to make an appointment and spoke to a super nice lady that was able to fit me in the same day. I pulled up and when I went to check in the little office, she was there and promptly checked me in. I also mentioned I felt my front right tire wobbles left to right when driving. They hoisted up my car and then showed me (right away) how bad two of my back tires were and that's what was causing the car to feel like it was wobbling size to side. I knew it was time for tires so I opted to get two tires. She asked me weather I wanted new or used and proceeded to call their warehouse. Each new tire was $88.00 which was not bad at all. They had the tires there in 20 minutes and proceeded to do the rest of the work. I waited about an hour and 20 minutes. She asked me several times what model my car is (Prius) so I can tell that they mainly deal with bigger tires and rims and all those things that a Prius doesn't need...The only thing is that The small office could have been a little more cooler... read more

My wheel was losing air so I took it here since it was the closest near me... I was hoping it was a nail. So when I pulled up at first I was skeptical because, 1) my rims are ADV1 which means they are the same rims Lamborghini and Ferrari uses, these cost me $14K 2) I would never let anyone work on my car (Mercedes Bens CLS55 AMG) unless I knew them personally. So with this being said, I gave them a shot. I had a great convo with the owner Carlos, right form the start I knew he was a car guy just like me... so I felt I can trust him, and so I took a shot to let him work on my baby. He took my car in fix the crack and gave my car back good as new and washed! Not to mention he is reasonably priced. He earned my trust and now I don't have to drive all the way to Miami to get these expensive rims maintained. I lucked out and I am happy I took my car here! I recommend them highly! Horrible experience, shop damaged my car and is currently refusing to allow me to fix it at another shop, they are only offering to fix it with their unsafe methods. Owner carlos is unable to identify this damage as a problem and feels that structural damage to a bearing housing is "completely fine". Took car to a professional shop to have it diagnosed, they were shocked that this damage was caused by a real shop and not by an inexperienced teenager in their garage, it's downright careless and dangerous. They were great! I had a damaged rim and tire that I first took to Firestone. Firestone ignored me when I said the rim was damaged then tried to talk down to me saying it wasn't just a flat (despite me saying this right from the start). I decided to go here instead. They explained to me why the rim wouldn't be repairable and made sure to track down a rim that worked with my hub cap (I have an old Pontiac Vibe). Had my boyfriend drop off a bent rim with the tire attached, went back to get my rim and tire and was told I had a "gash" on my tire when I dropped off a perfectly good tire. Asked for a replacement and was told they didn't have any. Called to explain the situation to the owner and see if I could at least receive monetary compensation for THEIR bad job. He said they did not break my tire. Mind you there was no gash it was a whole CHUNK missing out of the side of my tire. Got nowhere with the call so I hung up. The owner then TEXTS me to say that I am a very rude person and never go back to his shop.. first and foremost I wouldn't have gone back regardless. Also the owner is extremely sexist and was extremely insensitive he laughed as I was trying to explain the situation.
