I needed a replacement plug for my tire with a slight leak but the tire was still in great condition. The tire already had a plug so I stopped at Costco and Pep Boys and they would not replace it. Then I phoned Dale's and spoke with Andre who was very nice and said they would look at it or replace with a good used tire. The staff was very nice and efficient. Since my tire was in great condition they replaced the plug and also repaired the inside of the tire $30. Owners son has a major attitude and the father defends him by talking (or attempting to) over your head and placating you by saying it won't take long and his son is just busy. Brought my car to Dale's after getting an oil change at Midas. Midas told me I needed new tires and also separately quoted me over 1k and told me I needed new rotors and pads on front and back brake pads. Dale's was honest and forthcoming and let me know I did need 2 front tires and that my rear brakes were getting low and should be replaced mid January and my front brakes were still at 50 percent and that rotor replacement wasn't necessary and quoted me more than 3 times less than Midas ! I got my front tires replaced and will be going back in January for brakes and 2 back tires. It's Five Stars all the way for Dale's Tires. Crazy me (or is it "I"?), my daily car to drive happens to be a RCF, a Lexus, but with some modifications a full blown track car. It has huge track type tires and of course, I've taken it on some tracks just to run it though I've stayed under 150 mph. However, I noted I was losing air in my tires with one of them in particular, hence I took it to Dale's Tires. They immediately found a nail in that one tire but much more important, that the rubber on my tires was rotted; full of little cracks, nasty checkering and hence even a danger to drive. So, time for new tires. I thought getting the replacement tires would be a problem, but no, Dale got them in and was able to quickly install them the very next day; doing a super great professional job.
