I have a nail in the tire and leak slowly. The indicating started at the middle of I-95 at Ft Lauderdale area. We stop at the closer tire place near the interstate. However the wait is 1.5 hour before they can serve us. I call around all reputable tire place got the same results. So I call the local own tire place, they are available immediately. My front passenger tire had a slow leak. Last October I had Just Tires fix a different tire (different car too). I wanted to go back but had forgotten their name/location. It took me an hour using google, google maps, and my URL history to find Just Tires again. Like the last time there was no wait time. The tech was polite, efficient, and fast! Same for the office staff. They completed a tire plug in minutes for under the cost of a Big Mac at McDonalds. 4/6/2026 Pompano Beach, FL.....On my 2024 Jaguar, there was a slow leak in my left rear tire, "a new tire"; the three places before Just Tires were trying to sell me a new one, at a cost between $380.00 and $430. The good people at Just Tires told me they couldn't patch it, but they could put a plug in it, and the tire would run as good as new. So far, they are right.... Extremely disappointed with the service here. I was sold an overpriced tire that turned out to be very worn, and they broke my wheel lock during installation and charged me to take it off which they couldn't even take out. I ended up getting a refund because they couldn't help take off what they broke. Instead of taking responsibility, they sent me on my way with no solution or offer to make things right. This is not how a reputable shop should operate. I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for honest work or quality service. Terrible experience. read more

Would not hesitate to return to this establishment. Called about removing a nail from my tire and plug or patch. They quoted a reasonable price and said to just come in no later than 30 minutes of closing. I drove up, waited about 1 minute before Roy came over, asked what the issue was and immediately proceeded to Jack up the car and remove the nail. Turns out nail was too short to puncture the tire, he laughed about it and said have a good day. No charge. While that may be the fair thing to do, not many shops would do that. Probably charge some minimum labor fee to "diagnose" the problem. Prompt, Honest and Fair! That's all you could ask for and they deliver in spades! Thank you, Roy! read more

And the service itself took about the same or maybe less. The price was way lower than I thought it would be to remove the nail so it was a win-win win! What a hidden gem this place is! I kept loosing pressure in one of my tires that had previously been patched at PEP BOYS for over $30. Because it was out of the PEP BOYS warranty, I checked Yelp Reviews and tried this place. At 10 AM on a Saturday morning, I pulled in and was quickly greeted by one of the workers whom immediately took my tire off, found a nail in it, and promptly put a plug in it. I inquired if I should get new tires (they have 44,000 miles on them) and was told no. No upsell at all! How refreshing to find an honest business in South Florida. I was in and out in less than 15 mins. (at PEP BOYS I has to wait hours). Please tip your service worker, as they deserve it! I will be back when I need new tires, alignment, etc... Oh, and BTW- the cost was under $10! Additionally, as a Registered Nurse who has been working with Covid patients, I was happy to see that they were following the CDC guidelines, wearing masks, and having plexiglass in their office. read more

Been here before.. no problems..yesterday husband got two used tires... an hr and half.. later got them for $95 no great deal.. but the hatian guy tried to scoot his buddy in before he helped my husband that had been waiting for over an hr.. . Then wake up this morning flat tire! Wtf? So we both are trying to put spare on.. cuz they were closed today.. could not budge the lug nuts... waaaay to tight.. my husband is a strong 250lbs.. with a 4 way tire tool.. couldn't budge.. what a nightmare.. over torqued lug nuts with a impact wrench .. is impossible to remove especially on the side of road.. idiots! read more

this was the worst service experience ever! if i could give them negative stars i would. lucky for them they have maurice working there who was able to resolve the issue. i went their because i had low tire pressure on the right front tire, nicholas checked the tire and said he didn't see anything wrong with it after putting it in water and said there was no bubbling that showed it was loosing air. i told him over and over that i just left the dealership and they said that there was a nail in the tire, he over inflated all my tires so that it would mask the leak for a few days (crook). when i got home i decided to check the tire myself. one look and boom i saw the nail. i went back to the tire shop and nicholas was so rude. the owner of the shop who is his mother didn't do anything, just stood there looking clueless as i explained to her what happened. she tried to charge me full price after wasting my time the first time i went there. i could have gotten into an accident on the road because of her son's incompetence. the prices are cheap but cheap isn't always a good thing. if you have no other choice and have to go here to get work done on your vehicle don't let nicholas anywhere near it. ask for maurice or anyone else. this lady is gonna let her son run her business into the ground. shame! shame! shame! read more
