Stuff like balancing, rotation, flat repair, inspection, air fill up. All that is free here and at every location. Free is the ultimate value nowadays. Their tires are always cheap and they will actually price match anyone. Make sure you buy the tire certificate if you are getting new tires. It's worth it. Believe me. Especially with all the construction around. The side walls can easily be punctured and ruin even a new tire. I use the app to book my appointments and usually get taken care of within the hour. They are always super busy, so appointments matter or you will wait at least a couple of hours. Great location for your tire needs.

No problem, I waited knowing we would be helped. After, 20 minutes a family walked in and started their own line, even after asking and being told where the line was (They were walk in like us), well the tech finishes with his existing customer and helps them. The man in front of me understandably walked off. After a few more minutes I decided to do the same. 30 minutes wasted waiting for nothing. starting to see "Cracks" in the great customer service they had in the past. Maybe more customer training needed.

Took my truck to get a 6" lift and replace cv joints they had installed…read more and when replaced with warranty their none certified employee over torqued one of the cv joint and when removing the one they had installed before a year ago use a pry tool that when he pried it of he leaned against the axle where seal was and broke it so now i had a axle fluid leak told them about it and Jessie who is owner said that it was internal when his employee said he did it when prying of cv joint. I took tuck to dealer ship they took picture and showed me the damage they did. Sent all the pictures to Jesse, and the prick still has'nt return my calls

Today, my wife's Mini Cooper had a flat tire. We called GEICO to install the spare and came over on a Sunday, hoping they were open. Sure enough, we were greeted the way locals greet each other, with a smile and a welcoming service. I speak Spanish and so do the employees, but I heard English spoken by most as well. They told me where to park the car and the instructions were clear. After they uninstalled the spare and took the flat one, I was taken to see where the hole was and where the root of the problem stemmed from. It was a giant screw that got through the tire. It was fixed in under 10 minutes and one of the other employees and I waited while having a conversation about the weather. Overall, satisfied with the friendly service.

I took it back and there was no issue having a different mechanic balance the wheel correctly! Took it home again, mounted it on the spare tire holder! Checked ALL my tires air pressure and found the newly purchased spare had only 15 pounds pressure! I can't recommend a place where mechanics are that careless!
