Then they had the nerve to ask for three more days. They got the three days.I told them to deliver the very next day, or I would cancel the Visa transaction. They delivered my new fortress 1700 TA on time the following day. That was last November 2022. Fast-forward six months... A bolt securing the back had gone missing. Eddie, the repair guy they sent out fixed the issue pronto! He also sprayed the new bolt with a solution to keep it tight. I was frantic. I couldn't go anywhere safely. Thank you, Eddie. The store was only interested in my money. They didn't ask if I was all right. The store lied to me. When the new scooter was delivered they told me everything would be free for one year. They wanted my credit card number before they would do anything. Sending Eddie saved their bacon, and he deserves five stars.

They have been amazing…read more My mother needed a new hospital mattress for her bed frame which we also got from HME and they went above and beyond and exchanged it very quickly just before New Year's Eve. They understand the urgency of having a comfortable proper bed for an elderly person. They really care and have a lot of knowledge about their products. A special shoutout to the incredibly kind Shereza Yusuf who worked so hard to get us the products very quickly and Natalie Wood- Anderson. Great team work. Shereza even came out to mom's apt ( full distancing and PPE) and checked the other bed and recommended this one. We were so touched by her kindness and her patience. She gave us lots of wonderful advice and suggestions. Didn't try to upsell us on anything. Was more concerned about the patient's needs. Even their delivery guy Danny was so cordial and patient and kindhearted. What a wonderful staff! And Nat, too! They also were very communicative , explaining things via emails and before each delivery, someone would call us and give us a delivery window. Very reliable and efficient delivery service. They have a surly telephone receptionist, don't deliver the day they say they will, and call back and leave phone messages with wrong information but don't leave their name or extension number. HME's accounting department is a total mess. They never bill on the same date each month. What company bills twice in a month, then not for 5 weeks, then twice in a month again? Total chaos.
