They never left the patients side and were accommodating to the patients daughter that needed them to stay a little later. Thanks for being so caring and professional. This company was referred to us by MediCal for non-emergency medical transport for my grandmother as she is on a wheelchair. They have very bad customer service; this includes irresponsible behavior and rude language. Whenever you call to book a ride it sounds like their employees have just woken up from a long nap to answer the call. They ask you to repeat your appointment information over and over again. It seems obvious that they don't really maintain a proper schedule of their rides.Three times they have cancelled on us without any notice in spite of me telling them the doctors' offices charges us for no-shows or same-day cancellations. Last week I called 3 times to check on my moms this weeks pickup for appointments. They still didn't have it on their schedules. Yesterday they canceled our ride in the morning after I called to ask them where my pick up was as it was past our pick up time. Very frustrating!! We've been harassed by then multiple times. This is how they treat their senior citizens who are depending on them for rides for their appointments. Totally not acceptable and they don't show any remorse for their behavior. Driver did not buckle my father correctly. During the transportation ride, the driver braked suddenly, my father flew out of his seat into the back of the van. The driver dropped him off and didn't mention anything about the incident. Father is now in the hospital due to injuries. Worst service ever...Don't use this service at all. My father and I used them through the convalescent home. My father had an Appt at 10:30, he was supposed to be picked up at 11:30. We called them at 11:30 and they said owe about 5-7 mins, then we called at 11:53, another 5-7 mins, then 12:30 owe 5-7 mins, 12:47 owe the driver said no one was out there waiting. Call 12:50 oh he will be there at 1:06. My father is a stroke survivor and his right side paralyzed. He can't handle sitting in a wheelchair over period of time. Grandmother has had dialysis treatment for 20 years. We were never once late, always early. But recently she had to stay in nursing home because surgery recovery. Transportation always late. We scheduled 4 days early and follow up the same day but they didnt pick up they said the driver was absent and they didn't informed us we are going to my daughters dr appointment after a stroke. The driver changed lanes without looking and almost side swiped us. Then the driver continued to swirve and changed lanes again almost hitting another car.
