I have seen interactions with all sorts of other customers and I can confirm they are genuine. I think the negative comments stem from feeling like you're stranded. Once you confirmed you are ready for pick-up from the text message sent to you (after drop off), just sit on the bench at the spot, be patient, they are coming. Never failed me 13 weeks in a row... and I am Mr. Impatient. WIth no intention of stopping, I hit the "ready" when getting off the tram, approaching the escalator's on the "A" side.

The valet parking is super convenient so you don't have to lug your belongings through the parking lot. I only had to wait about 10 minutes for the shuttle and they left with just me and one other person--other companies will wait up to 30 min for their shuttle to fill up! I returned unexpectedly a day early but they already had my car and keys ready at the front and I was out of there in a jiffy! For the price you just can't beat it.
