Would not recommend. They do not follow instruction. Made a simple task difficult. If you choose to book with them , I recommend doing it online. If you do it over the phone- they will not get it correct and the driver will show up with no car seats and insist that he "will drive very safe" After a 30 minute hassle and having to borrow a car seat from a different professional driving company parked behind us. Was not impressed with the experience- upon arrival I tipped 20$ Out of kindness, And the driver looked at me and said "$8 dollars short" lol read more

Booked a reservation more than 3 weeks in advanced. The day before got a text confirmation, I was great. My flight arrived at 11:30 am, mid day. Landed at MCO, took my time doing to baggage claim, still no same day text or a call. I looked around for a driver sign, nothing. Collected my bags, still nothing. Finally called was put on hold more than 8 minutes, hung up and called back they said driver was stuck in traffic and he would be there in 10 mins, which I didn't believe. I looked at google maps already, there is no red. I told them not to lie to me and just cancel and give me my money back. I walked right over to Mears and was in my way in 2 mins. They tried to offer me a free ride in return, I wouldn't trust them again. Stay away, all these positive reviews are deceptive. Like they are paying for reviews. read more

Book a van for 8 people, 5 checked luggage, 7 carry ons, and a stroller. Overall, car service to/from MCO was excellent. The driver had access to a special pick up area right outside of baggage claim so arrival at MCO was as smooth as can be. The driver on the return to MCO was 15 minutes early which was helpful given the luggage that needed to be fit into the van. read more

Updated review to show we have booked Tiffany Towncar multiple times based on their reliability and consistent positive experience. Easy online booking and confirmation. Would get a text message confirming pick up the day prior. I get anxious about traveling and would call Tiffany if I didn't receive the confirmation 24 hrs before but sometimes their notification lags. Either way, everytime I call, they have been patient with me and confirm my appointments and car seat requests. We have been booking with Tiffany since Magical Express ended and got spoiled with the direct transfer from MCO to our resort. The driver would always ask if we needed to make a grocery stop but we decline as we always have amazon groceries delivered to our room, but its still an option Tiffany offers. We had Sergio on our most recent trip for pick up and drop off. He was so kind and great entertaining my kids. He really was patient with their constant questions and inquiries. We actually have another trip to MCO soon and have booked Tiffany's with no hesitation. Sergio was also early for pick up to get us to MCO, which was perfect for us to get us to the airport early due to the holiday rush. It was also my sister's first time booking a private transport for Disney, which she decided to book Tiffany's for her winter holiday visit and had positive experience as well. Tiffany had a large van for their party of 10. I think I have her hooked as well. All in all, wanted to update my review and express how great Tiffany's Towncar is. We have had nothing but positive experiences with Tiffany Towncar for several years now. This last visit was no exception. They have the best drivers in the industry, always so friendly and helpful, and always on time where and when they are supposed to be. We actually used their services three times during our last visit: from the airport to the resort, resort to Port Canaveral, and finally from Port Canaveral back to the airport. Each leg of the journey was attended perfectly by our driver. They keep their vehicles in good shape, very clean, and air conditioned (which is a huge MUST down in that Orlando weather!!). It is an expensive trip, but not much more than a taxi or ride-share would cost. And if you factor in any extra stops, it's well worth the price. Honestly, it's worth it for the service alone. Yeah, you might pay a little extra, but you're treated like a VIP. It matters. Overall, definitely they get our vote for preferred transportation to/from the Orlando airport! read more

These people are completely rude! The pick up from the airport was good. The driver (Robert) was courteous and helped us with our baggage and provided info for our trip. We did tip the first driver. The drop off to the airport was something else. The driver (Ottman) was rushing through traffic. Honking his horn at everyone else cutting people off during the ride all because he was late to drop us off and pick up someone else. He complained about his dispatch bothering him during the drive and that is something they should keep to themselves. It was raining that day and instead of parking at the curb where it was dry he didn't. He parked one lane out. When we asked if he could park closer the said "really? He said he couldn't back up but there was an opening behind the vehicle. Instead he started honking at the car in front of us until they moved out of the way. And then he pull up. At the airport he said " Did you give the 20% gratuity already?" That is something you don't ask for. Gratuity is given based on the service provided. He was in a hurry to get to his next pickup until he wanted his gratuity. Then he took his time. He pulled out his phone and said it was a mandatory 20% although the website says recommended. When I called to ask about another charge after the trip Maritza answered the phone. She mentioned that the driver said to go ahead and add the gratuity which we didn't agree to. She said she would refund the money and then hung up. I called back several times and she screened my call. When she finally answered again she was rudely talking over me when I was trying to ask some more questions and inquire about why the driver stated it was a mandatory gratuity. I did have the gratuity ready go to but when someone comes off on that manner it really comes off as unprofessional. We will not use them again in the future. read more

Beyond unprofessional. Have confirmation email stating will pick us up from airport at baggage claim. After waiting 15 mins. I called. First 3 times no one picked up. 4th time left a message. 25 mins now have gone by. Call again. A woman answers. I explain we are waiting for our driver and we can't find. She asks my name, then proceeds to tell me that the reservation has been cancelled. I ask by whom, because was not myself. She says they did it because they were over booked and that they sent an email. I said no email was ever received except for confirmation email sent twice. Her exact words to a customer "well that's bo my fault, we sent it. And if you don't believe I will send it again" I hung up at this point when now waiting for Lyft. DO NOT use them. I'll be honest -- I had been using Tiffany Towncar for years without a problem, until we had an issue during a trip about 8 years ago. Basically I wanted to be picked up an hour earlier than their recommended time but they assured me that their time would be enough time. Well, as it turned out the driver hit some major traffic and construction or whatever and he was over an hour late and thus got us to our destination late. If they had picked us up an hour earlier like i requested maybe we would have been there on time. The manager was polite and apologized but since then I had been going with a competitor ... Until now. 8 years later. As luck would have it their competitor's website was having trouble so I decided to give Tiffany Towncar another chance. And I'm glad I did. Communication was great as was before. Our driver Rumi was on time with good communication, and very polite, friendly, and helpful. Car was clean. He drove efficiently but safely and smoothly. He knew where he was going. On pickup from our resort we had Rumi again, and he was even 20 minutes early! The old lady who calls you is rude as possible. I booked the service and prepaid. She then calls complaining that I had not called her to pay an extra $10 fee, but i paid everything the website charged. First of all charge the full amount and don't bait and switch. Secondly I'm on vacation and not checking my emails. Take your bitter attitude somewhere else. The drivers are great but the grumpy lady needs to learn how to speak to other adults. Highly recommend Tiffany Towncar Service of Orlando. I booked them for our family of 5 just a week prior for 2 round trips from the Orlando airport to Disney hotel and then from Disney hotel to Port Canaveral. The company texted to confirm pick up time and place the day before each ride. We booked a MiniVan but were upgraded to a spacious SUV. Our driver Moss was helpful, courteous and professional. He texted to let us know when he arrived and was early for each pick up. The time and comfort we gained riding with Moss and Tiffany Towncar was well worth the investment. read more

The driver who picked us up from the airport was late, but was super personable and polite. The car seat was already installed and we had no issues getting to our hotel. However, the owner (?? some lady) kept calling him, wondering where we were in our trip and trying to hurry him along. "Have you made it to the grocery store yet?" "Are they out yet?" Sounding very frustrated that we took 8 minutes in the grocery store...not 8 minutes over the 20 minutes we were allotted...8 minutes total. She definitely made us seem like a number, another payment. Our return trip, the driver expected us to install a car seat we had no knowledge on, and got frustrated when we couldn't do it. We were going to miss our flight, so I installed it to the best of my abilities and then held it in place from behind. Super safe. I would NEVER recommend them to ANYONE. read more

Used Tiffany for round trip airport to hotel transportation. They provided a clean car seat and a large van, and allowed us 30 minutes at a grocery store. They texted me the morning before each pickup to let me know when the driver was arriving, the driver's name, and a pic of the driver. I definitely appreciated that. Both of my drivers showed up on time, helped load the bags, and were friendly and courteous. The driver that picked us from the airport met us at baggage claim and helped get our bags to the van, which was parked just outside the door by baggage claim. The next time I'm in Orlando I'll definitely use them again. Sure it costs more than an Uber, but when you need a car seat you don't have a lot of options and using Tiffany was completely hassle free and very convenient. Thanks! read more

They heavily overbook their drivers and constantly run late. It's not occasionally because of traffic like they try to make you believe, they overbook to make the most money possible and push their drivers to make extremely tight schedules. If I wanted that I would take my chances with Lyft. As it is, I paid nearly 3x as much for this car and booked it months in advance because I wanted a reliable, dependable ride in advance that I could count on being there on time. Orlando is not an airport you want to be late to because the lines are extremely long and it's not very efficient. The drivers are kind and do their best but the greed of the owners to take as many riders as possible puts money first and customers last. read more

Their website states drive will pick you up at Orlando airport with a sign. Our driver did not have a sign, had to play cat and mouse on phone looking for him. I selected free shopping trip when making reservation, driver stated that wasn't included but since we were last drop he'd stop. I noticed the car "check engine" and "low tire pressure" light were on in vehicle. On drive back to airport from hotel after stay, we had different driver and vehicle. This driver coughed the entire time, he even stopped in middle of Highway got out of car to get breath while we sat in car. I noticed this vehicles "check engine" light was on also. read more

They seem very unorganized. When I first called to book, the person I spoke with said we would need an SUV (the town car would not be large enough for us and our luggage). However, I noticed on the email confirmation that they had us in a town car. So, I had to call back and get it changed to an SUV. I was told I would receive a new confirmation. After a few days, I still had not received it, so I had to call again. Finally got the new confirmation. Upon arrival at MCO. no one was waiting for us nor had I received any communication from the driver. After getting our luggage and still not hearing anything, I called the office. They seemed confused as to why a driver had not contacted me. I was told to wait at one area of baggage claim, so we walked down there with all of our luggage. Then, a driver texted me and told us to wait by where we had gotten our luggage. So we walked back down there. Then, the office called and said a driver was on the way and to wait we we had been. I was getting very frustrated being told to wait at different spots. The person told me just to stay where we were. Finally, a driver arrived to pick us up. We also had an issue with our transportation back to the airport. I called the week before our trip and asked if our pick up time could be changed from 5pm to 5:30pm. The person I spoke with said it was not a problem and that he would change the time. The day before we left, I received a text stating that they would be picking us up at 5pm. I called and explained that I had called and asked for the pick up time to be changed. I was told they would look into it and call me back. After several hours, I had still not heard back so I called again. The same person told me he was waiting for a supervisor to review the request and would call me back. I never heard anything from them that day. I called the next morning and the person I spoke with argued with me and told me that we needed to leave at five. I told him that I had talked to someone else who agreed that 530 was fine since we had TSA pre-check. He ended up telling me that he didn't work for me and hung up on me. I called back later and got the same person I had spoken with the day before. He said that he would look to see if the change had been approved and get back to me. Several hours later I have still not heard back so I called again. I was told that it was very difficult to change the schedule on the same day and I said that that was why I had called a couple of weeks ago. I understand that you cannot change your pick up time the day before or day of. I mentioned that I wished I just used Uber instead. A few minutes later I received a call from them stating that they would be able to accommodate a pick up at 5:30. The driver still showed up before five but when I told him we were in the middle of dinner he was very nice and told us to take our time. We ended up leaving around 515 and had more than enough time at the airport. I will never use this company again. Very disorganized and do not call back when they say they will. We will be back in Orlando this summer and will need transportation to port Canaveral. I will be using someone else. read more

We used Tiffany Town car in 2015 and I remember the representative on the phone was very unfriendly. I called in to cancel due to that reason, I didn't want to end up also having poor quality drivers since their customer service is poor. First I had the same person on the phone then someone took the phone, apologized and said that person just had a really stressful day. We decided to keep the reservation. The van drivers was very nice and the vans was very clean. That's why 2 stars. I called today to make a new reservation since I believed that the representative just had a bad day 2 years ago (can happen, we are all human). BUT Nothing has changed! The way she approached the phone call was again negative. First she gave me a quote for a town car, but I wanted a van since we are 4 people with lots of luggage (last time they actually recommended a van to make sure the luggage fits). Then she gave me a quote for a VAN, which was higher then 2 years ago, I simply asked if the prices changed. Her answer super rude and sarcastic: "Well, you wanted a Van, its bigger then a town car." There are other ways to explain that. Maybe over the years the price rised due to cost of living or what ever the reason is. I decided not to continue the conversation with this person. read more

My family and I first used Tiffany Towncar when we were in Orlando in 2009, and since our experience was so great, I decided to use them again five years later when my BF and I traveled to Orlando this past October 2014. I emailed Tiffany Towncar a few months before our trip with a tentative itinerary and got a quick reply from Maritza. I asked for: Pick up at the airport (which comes with a stop at a grocery store) to our first hotel at the Universal Studios resort, Pick up at the US resort to our Walt Disney World resort three days later, RT transportation from our WDW resort to a local Outlet a few days later, and then from our WDW resort to the airport at the end of our trip. Parking at both of the resorts are pretty expensive, so it kinda came out at the same price, for the ten days we were away...plus, we didn't have to worry about driving and all of that stress - even with GPS on our every mobile phone! When my BF and I arrived in Orlando, we didn't check any bags, so as soon as we got down to baggage claim, I was on the lookout for a driver holding up a sign with my name. I didn't see one, so I was ready to call, but the driver beat me to it! He was standing at the bottom of the escalator the whole time! All of our drivers were early and courteous - and I really appreciate that. The cars were all clean inside and out. and I have no qualms about the entire experience. I had booked a round trip. Overall, the reservation process was easy and straightforward. No problems with that. The day we had arrived, Danny was there on time. However, he seemed uninterested and more focused on his phone. He wasn't very engaging either during the drive; not a complete deal breaker though. We had an early pickup time from the hotel. I gave an extra star because of the second driver. I didn't get her name, arrived earlier than quoted. She even called me to tell. She was friendly and engaging the whole time for 4:30 in the morning. I loved how she picked up that we had fallen asleep and woke us up with a gentle voice. Overall, will booked again. We had changes to our flights right up until the day of travel, both arriving and departing, and they accommodated our changes without a problem. We used Tiffany Towncar for our trip to Florida last month. They picked us up at our WDW Resort and took us to Port Canaveral for our cruise. We then used them when we returned from our cruise back to our Disney Springs hotel and then again to the airport. All three rides were great. Our driver was amazing, friendly and helpful.
