I was greeted professionally and ASKED what I was looking for. I told Tim my expectations and he proceeded with no hassle to show me examples of what we had asked for. When my wife and I narrowed our choices, he went to the stored inventory and drove up in EXACTLY what we had asked for and met out price request. 1 1/4 hours later we drove home in our new car. These people are what a car dealership should be. I HIGHLY recommend them in every respect.

THE MOST EXPENSIVE LESSON OF A LIFETIME! DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED TO BUY FROM HERE! I would leave…read morenegative stars if I could! The day after I purchased a 2016 GMC Yukon (which was just on May 21st 2026) from here which was purchased for over $16000, the engine started throwing a trouble code for the 7th cylinder misfiring with an additional code being thrown for the knock sensor which is far less serious an issue but an issue nonetheless and the vehicle is now completely inoperable and can't even be driven. The whole engine now has to be torn down (and possibly be completly rebuilt due to damage from unknowingly driving it as it was when it was sold to me) for which parts alone will cost a couple thousand dollars and that doesn't include any labor costs, that's just the cost if I were to do the work myself and that's only if it doesn't need to be completely rebuilt due to any additional unseen damage done to the engine from having unknowingly driven it as it was. If a complete rebuild is necessary, it will cost me between an estimated $5600 and $6300, not including any other repairs or parts, fluids that will have to be replaced etc, but just to do the rebuild of the engine itself. So, I was sold a vehicle and had it for less than 24 hours when the code was thrown for the cylinder 7 misfire (which undoubtedly had been cleared from the system to avoid questions about the engine light being on because it wasn't on when it was test driven and sold to me) that so far has cost me the $2000 down payment, only to end up stuck in huge debt with a loan I now have to pay for monthly for an unusable vehicle that was portrayed to be solid and reliable just so this place could make a sale with zero regards to the consumer or the costs that I now have to figure out how to come up with on top of a $600+ a month payment I can't get out of for something I can't even use. I could have rented a car for far less than what my down payment cost me and for far less than what this giant paperweight will end up costing me just to make useable at all. This is by far the biggest and most expensive, useless paperweight I have had the displeasure of owning and being forced to pay for. All of this could have been avoided had this place actually been honest about what I was being sold and I could've made the decision whether or not to purchase it with actual facts with its issues and not some fabricated inaccurate garbage I was actually sold. Immoral practices at best 100%. When Roger (our salesman) was called about the situation and he called back about it he said that he had spoken to management about everything and that he was told that they werent going to do anything about it and that they wouldn't even look at it so I shouldn't bother bringing it or towing it to them because they weren't going to do anything about it anyway. I can only attribute that response to the fact that they already knew what the repairs would entail and how expensive it would be in order to fix those issues and they wanted nothing to do with it since the sale had already been made and it was no longer their problem and didn't affect them to respond as they did. There's no way it just started misfiringlike it did less than 24 hours after being in my possession and they didn't know about it. The first payment hasn't even been made on it and isn't even due yet and and here we are. This so called reliable SUV will cost me over $32k when all is said and done after 40 months of payments on it and it can't even be driven and thousands more to make is usable at all. The fact that they basically stole $2000 from me that I put down as a down payment on this giant useless paperweight of a vehicle is immoral at best and the fact that they expect me to pay that kind of money for a vehicle that I can't even drive that they undoubtedly knew had engine issues to begin with shouldnt even be legal for them to do to anyone. To say that I am beyond livid and incredibly disappointed with this entire experience right now is a gross understatement! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE CON ARTISTS TO ANYONE EVER and if you value your hard earned dollars and want a vehicle that you can actually drive you'll steer clear of this place as well and buy from anywhere else. My most accurate description of this place currently is that they're a bunch of deceitful, theiving con artists that couldn't care less about the consumer. They clearly have no problem selling customers whatever garbage they can make a dollar off of at best. Because honestly what kind of people do that to anyone, especially in this economy when we're all just trying to survive?? I now have no vehicle at all to get to and from anywhere thanks to this and no money to get another after the down payment was spent on this useless junk I was sold. It's highly unappreciated to say the least to be lied to and sold useless trash just to make a $.

On Friday I met with JP, the Sales Manager. He promptly came out to the car and took a look at it. JP knowing my situation was caring and compassionate. He gave me an offer that was more than generous. I was handed over to Robert Haas who handled all the paperwork, another wonderful, compassionate human being. Earlier this morning, I overheard the most disgusting conversation inside the service desk check-in area. There was a gentleman asking for the name of a customer, to which he recieved the answer: " Hey, does anyone know what Ree-Rees name is? ". everyone started laughing and some of the employees started mocking the way the lady talked and started talking about how the car "smelled like shit". One employee specifically stood out to me though, the young man who asked for the customers name in the first place, he was clearly not amused and when he saw me out of the corner of his eye he acknowledged my presence, shook his head in disappointment and opened the door for me out my way out. It just so happens that the woman the service staff was talking about has bought multiple After hearing this bizarre interaction I went to the waiting room and struck up a conversation with the customer myself. It just so happens that this woman has multiple vehicles, the one she brought in today was bought at this location and she was proud to say that she gets all her service done here. Not to mention she recently had a stress induced stroke and has a mentally challenged child. I highly recommended she take her business elsewhere from now on as will I. the Service Manager at this location should be embarrassed, I can see why this overpriced dealership has 3.1 stars. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.

I called earlier today and the lady who answered the phone was great. She put me down for an appointment later in the afternoon, gave me an approximate time of completion, and suggested I go on their website to find coupons. So helpful! We arrived at our scheduled appt time. There were a few other cars in the service area. No one came out to talk to us though so we just sat in the car confused, until I finally got out and found a guy to help us. He directed us where to park our car and who to talk to inside. We ended up dealing with Cheyenne Phelps and she was wonderful! She listened to all our concerns and said she would make sure to address them with the service staff. Once we signed the paperwork with approximate pricing, she directed us to the waiting area. There was a large TV showing the World Cup, multiple chairs, a table set up with a puzzle in progress, and another table set up with chess. They also provide complimentary water, coffee, doughnuts, and cookies. My mum and I appreciated the puzzle--it was fun to work on while waiting! Cheyenne came by a couple times to update us on the progress of service and also to share recs from the service advisor. We ended up spending more money than expected but Cheyenne was so great about finding and applying coupons and discounts for us, which was so helpful. And my mum's car seems great so there are no complaints here!
