Had an issue with all 4 wheels on my BMW M5 and went to a few different shops which either said they couldn't help me because they didn't know how to fix the specific problem my wheels had or had no experience or either tried and didn't fix the problem correctly and I had to bring the car back a few times before just giving up on the shop entirely and searching for another that could fix the problem correctly the first time. Who else can promise you that in the tri county area, mind you I drove down from North Broward to South Dade and will keep doing so everytime I have any issues with my car not just my wheels because Jorge has vast knowledge on all types of vehicles from the collection he showed me of cars he's owned, BMW's to Ferraris & Porsches the guys an encyclopedia of cars and thier specific issues. A few days ago, I ended up scraping the rim on the passenger side of my new 2020 Nissan Altima SR. I immediately contacted the Nissan Dealership I purchased my vehicle from to discuss my options. They suggested repairing the rim as opposed to purchasing a new one which would cost several hundred dollars. I was recommended the company Wheels Doctor by someone in the service department. The following day, I contacted this company and spoke with Ugi, the company owner. He was extremely professional and ready to answer all of my questions and concerns, one being whether they used a 3 axis C&C machine in the repair process, to which he not only confirmed that they did, but sent me a picture of both machines. I felt a great sense of confidence moving forward and was provided an appointment a few days later. I brought it in on a Saturday at 8am and by 3:00pm that SAME day my rim was fully repaired. I was beyond pleased with the results! My rim literally looked brand new!! This company super exceeded my expectations and I am not easy to please by far! I have to tell you that this wheel shop is the best wheel shop in Miami. They do your wheels with outmost perfection using CNC machines for chromed wheels and the convenience is awesome. I spoke with Luis on Friday about changing the interior color of my already beautiful 2016 BMW F80 M3 Competition Package 20 inch wheels from grey to "Black". We made arrangements to drop off the car early in the morning Monday 7:30 am and I picked up my car at the end of the day with all four wheels having been painted black and CNC machined on the exterior Chromed section of the wheel and tires mounted and balanced, all for a very reasonable price. That is convenient at its best. Also, with an all around extremely courteous personnel. Do not hesitate to bring any car or exotic to this shop, they are the best. Well, in the end, I could not believe how beautiful the wheels came out and they look absolutely "Sick" on my car, they pop and make the car look more aggressive. Well, it happened the other night. Miami and their endless potholes. I just bought my new G63, it has less than 200 miles and I waited 6 months to get it, only to bend and almost ruin a rim in less than a week. I went directly to the Mercedes Benz dealership, which I have a 15 year relationship with and have bought over 10 cars, and they quoted me $1,800 plus a week of down time. I searched and contacted a bunch of local shops in my area that were maybe 10 min away and Wheel Doctor by FAR had the best first impression over the phone. Contacted via online chat and instagram and they were responding immediately. Headed over to get my Rims and exhaust tips for my truck done and let me tell you this place is incredible. They walk you through the process and show you exactly what they are about. Had a rep by the name of Frank take care of me and he was awesome. Not only that but the owner Jorge is very involved with his business and makes sure you are taken care of from the moment you get in contact with them. My son damaged my Cooper Clubman S wheel driving over a pot hole. Drove to Wheels Doctor following morning before work to see if it was repairable. Walter greeted me at the door promptly and inspected the car, quoted me the price and told me it would take an hour for the repair. I did not have a ride and I work very far from the location so I had no choice but to wait. The repair tech arrived and started working on my wheel. Very happy to say, the wheel was repaired and I was good to go in less than 45 minutes. Walter and the repair tech were extremely professional and courteous and I really appreciated the fact that they went out of their way to assist in getting the repair done as timely as possible. I did a thorough research, 120 miles radius from where I live, and found about this business; which is about two hours from my house. Yesterday, I dropped my car off in the shop around 9am and it's was completed by 4:30pm. All wheels look awesome and well balanced, no vibration at 130 MPH. The quality of the work and the customer service are outstanding. Luis Torres, the Manager, was great and the team was very nice and helpful. Yep, the work was well done! Been around rim shops and body shops all my life and was pleasantly surprised of how "Ego Free" this shop was. No unnecessary bravado here! Actually brought my wifes mini van to have a cracked rim repaired and I expected less than stellar service. But these guys treated me like I drove in with a 2017 Maserati! Kevin was honest enough to tell me not to repair it, but to replace it. So I replaced the rim but still needed it painted...and was shocked at how much the paint matched the other rims. Wheels Doctor is single handedly the best place to go if you run into trouble with your wheels. They will fix your wheel. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere. I cracked open a spoke on my wheel. My mustang wheel was discontinued by the manufacturer, and after checking two repair shops, three wheel distributors all around Florida, after searching countless hours online, Wheels Doctor took on a seemingly impossible task to repair the spoke on my wheel. I was considering buying new rims and tires and after speaking with Andy, one of the technician's at Wheels Doctor located at the Miami shop he suggested I take my existing rims and do them in a "Tinted Clear Coat". The current rims I had we stock rims and what I was looking for was a rim and color that would accent the moldings my car had. Probably the best wheel shop I have ever been to. Met George two years ago when they powder coated my wheels. He suggested a different style than what I was thinking and told me that if I didn't like it, he would change to what I originally wanted. The wheels came out amazing and I am so incredibly happy. I went back to them for new tires and again, great service. Recently my car was hit on the rear back tire. Three piece rims... I requested a quote to repair a bent rim for my Golf R through the mobile Yelp app. I received a response 5 minutes later from the Office Manager, Ingrid. Needless to say I took my vehicle to their shop where I was treated like family. I am a very picky person when it comes to my car to the point that I try to do everything myself. I found wheels doctor online because I needed to reseal three piece wheels. I spoke to Jorge and he was very helpful. He gave me a great price and promised me they would have a 24 hour turn around which made me very happy. They had to go and find a special valve for me and even having to waste time on that they managed to deliver on their promises to have them done and done RIGHT!!! Great work at an affordable price. My 1 fault (ok 1 of my faults) is that I drive like an asshole... When I'm out their whippin my ride I tend to scratch the hell out of my rims unfortunately. Finding honest people to trust with my car is something I search for in every city. Last time I actually cracked the rim to my suv and was sure I'd need a whole new rim. Wheel dr was able to fix it at the fraction of the cost of a new rim and 3 months later we sit here and no one would know what happened looking at or riding in the car...
