Classes are 60 minutes and designed around the 3 heart rate zones. Most classes are divided in 20 on Treadmill; 20 on Rower; 20 on Weights. If you love Hiit workouts you will love this place. And the place is open 24/7. The staff here is friendly and will help out if you ask. They keep the place pretty tidy. There is a trainer there also who almost essentially provides a 1:1 service, just have to book thru their app. Dinging a star as some of the equipment is starting to show its age with wear/tear and does not seem to be on a list to be repaired/replaced. The express circuit area always has people lingering around, doing a full workout vs express workout. And whenever the staff is doing their rounds, they don't say anything unless you explicitly bring it to their attention.

Ability to bring a guest every time! Use of any club anywhere! There is a great variety of machines and options and the hours are great! I love the 30 minute express workout! My Dr said I needed to do more weighted exercise as I age so it's an easy way for me to get cardio and weights and not feel like I don't know what I'm doing. Here is my big con and the reason for my rating. There are signs all over the 30 minute express workout area saying it's for the express workout only. The amount of high school kids who just congregate back there is obnoxious. And they say they check it often but I've never once seen an employee come check the area and I've done the workout numerous times. The last time a girl sat on her phone on one machine for over 10 minutes. Today a group of 4 high school kids used one machine for the entire 30 minutes I was back there. I wish they would actually monitor it so people who want to do the 30 minute workout could utilize that feature of their membership!
