We pull up on this corner restaurant in the middle of rural America, and the first thing we see is the dozens of Harley's lined up out front. Already, I'm excited. I don't ride but I love bikes. Right away I feel at home in my flannel, jeans, and combat boots. We notice the line is about 20 people outside the front door to the place...they are PACKED. Now I KNOW I am at the right place. The menu is simple, in that there are a select number of items...but the big thing is, everything is made here. The sauces, the beans, the max and cheese, pulled pork, the rub for the ribs, the BBQ sauces, and the deserts. I looked at my wife and said, "If this place is as good as it smells and appears, we are going to come back again." I ordered the full rack of ribs, broccoli salad, and the slaw.
