This orthopedic clinic has poor followup…read more The orthopedic appointment staff never followed up and left me hanging for 11 days after being seen in the ER, and the radiology report diagnosed a fracture, despite multiple calls to this Whidbey clinic. I finally went to Skagit Orthopedic Clinic for a more comprehensive follow-up and was seen immediately.

With no answer to our question, no listening....proceeded to grab his scissors reached and tried to grab her hand and forcefully try to cut off her splint. You see...after Dr. Siggard re-splinted her at the 1st appt. (which was a pretty decent fracture and needed alignment at the E.R. on the date of the injury) she had been feeling bone movement in her hand at the fracture point when she moved her arm, bent her arm, anything. He tried to grab her hand more than twice by the way. Continued to talk over us, would not listen to what we were trying to explain to him, then threatened that we can go somewhere else... then got in my teenage daughter's face and yelled at her trying to defend his poor splinting job. Which was nowhere near 70 degrees flexion, which is what is standard for a boxer's fracture, it wasn't even barely 25 degrees flexion!! Then because my daughter stood up for herself and defended herself verbally and vocally, he told her to go see a psychiatrist, and stormed out of the room. My daughter was in extreme pain and no compassion whatsoever was shown to her. And now, her view of medical doctors have been ruined. I have never in my life, been to a more unprofessional, inappropriate, rude, uncompassionate Doctor's office.

She truly listens to you,…read morelooks at the bigger picture when it comes to your health, not just rushing you through your appointment and prescribing medication's to mask symptoms like lots of doctors have to do because they simply don't have enough time with their patients. This is not the case with Dr. Brianna. She truly desires to figure out the root cause of your health issues. Obviously, finding the root cause of an issue takes a lot more time to figure out than just masking symptoms with medication or even supplements. She is willing to work with you and provides support in many aspects: such as dietary adjustments, lifestyle and home care. I highly recommend Dr. Brianna- and her practice!

The 2 stars are only because Liz the PA treated me really well. That's where this ends. While Liz…read morethe PA there is great, if you're shopping for your own medical care be ready to feel like you're buying a used car. I recently worked with Liz and she was fabulous, but my experience trying to become a member was no different than buying a used car. I was due in September for a quick blood work phone call to check how my medications were working. I was paying out of pocket, and my appointment for this 15-20 minute call in May was $50. I spoke with Alyssa and she explained if I became a member in September, the appointment would be included. A membership is $65. I hung up, prepared to pay and sign up in September like we discussed. They sent me paperwork to sign up for August, not what we had discussed. I let them know I wanted to start in September because I wouldn't be using their services, and that's when the cold unfriendly emails began. Like wtf. First, they said that since my last appointment was in May, no I couldn't sign up until I had another full patient appointment. (News to me) Then, they told me that their prices just went up so no, it isn't just $50 to go over blood work. The tone of the email was unfriendly and borderline rude and it was clear they wanted me to sign up and pay $65 for a month I wasn't even using their services and I'm not okay with that. It sounded like they were making things up to make it very inconvenient for me to wait. This is not a place I would recommend doing business with. I'm seriously disappointed because I liked Liz there, but the way this was handled was not okay. Be prepared to be haggled over memberships if you bring it up. Just no.
