He does whatever he is able to to stall the surgery because he knows deep down that he is a far less capable surgeon than he tries to claim. That's why if you look at other reviews he is only a 1.5 star out of 5. Yeah I'm frustrated and angry at him but believe this it is all true. Waste of space and time

Finally at a little after 10 o'clock, I was taken back to a waiting room and sat in that room for 45 minutes and never saw the doctor. I then walked out and tried to locate the mri disc I had brought and then left for good. No explanations at all from the front desk and no apologies. When I was admitted at 36 weeks to deliver, I was in the hospital for five days total. The only time Dr. Archibald came to see me, was to sign my discharge papers. Barely talked to me and didn't even look at my baby. Postpartum: I agreed to an IUD. Insertion: Archibald was rushed, cold, and dismissive. I asked for pain management, she quickly told me "you just had a baby, this will be nothing." She stabbed it in. It was SO painful. She barely looked at me and left the room. I felt vulnerable and violated. I came back two months later complaining of pain, they dismissed it. I came a month later because of pain and heavy bleeding, asking to get it removed. They could not find it. I got a pelvic ultrasound. They still could not find it. I had to have an x-ray and am now scheduling a surgery. No apologies. BEWARE!!

Unprofessional scheduling service they have and it is the focus of this review only. Called to…read moreschedule physical therapy after receiving a referral from my primary care provider. I verified with my insurance before contacting Highline physical therapy to ensure that I was covered. The scheduler tried to convince me that occupational therapy was what I needed despite the referral from my doctor saying I needed physical therapy. I told him that I was looking for physical therapy and not occupational. He then asked for the doctors referral told me to email it to them. I asked if a screenshot from my MyChart app was sufficient which he affirmed and replied that they would review it and get back to me. I wasn't given a timeframe so I assumed that it would be 5 to 10 minutes for a return phone call. Over two hours later and no phone call so I find another referral from my insurance call them and schedule. I have an appointment the next day so I call Highline back to see if there's any update and a different scheduler tells me that they were not able to download my doctors referral from the email, even though I asked the previous scheduler if a screenshot would suffice. Obviously something that would've been readily apparent immediately yet I didn't receive a phone call whatsoever. Anyway these guys seem pretty disorganized and unprofessional so I'm glad it worked out the way it did. ATI physical therapy had me scheduled the next day for my appointment in a phone call that took half the time.
