Both my dad and I have been to the big, franchised PT centers where they have lots of fancy equipment but very little individualized care. Unlike those centers, the team at Pioneer offers care you just won't find other places - they are always giving you one-on-one focus, and they are really creative and responsive to varying needs. They are also just an extremely warm, thoughtful, and generally lovely group of people. I cannot recommend Pioneer highly enough.

Side note, if you ever experience working with a PT and you don't think you're seeing improvement or their not pushing you enough, say something or go elsewhere. They could have been nice about this and kept a good client and gotten a good review, but they chose to be patronizing and rude, so now I can no longer recommend this business.
