After describing my situation to the receptionist, they said that it sounded like the person I was requesting could be a good fit. So we scheduled an intake appointment in an online format due to the COVID-19 pandemic. At the first appointment we set up weekly sessions thereafter until I was feeling confident enough to part ways with the therapy about two months later. I received a bit of talk and EMDR therapy in my sessions. The therapist was never short with me and I found the treatment effective for helping me work through my problems. She was professional in our sessions and never prying. I have continued to use some of the things I learned in the sessions after stopping the therapy sessions.

I also didn't like that when I made no follow up appointments with her that Dr. Peng reached out to me multiple times and asked me if I was interested in continuing with her. Well obviously, if I have not called you or made an appointment with the practice in months, it's evident I am no longer interested. In the end, I am glad I left. I would not recommend this practice or Dr. Peng at all. In my opinion, they have no understanding for when life situations come up and I did not feel there was good communication or compassion towards patients either by either Dr. Peng or the staff of bluestone.
