The Woman I spoke to was very kind, and was nice enough to take a photo of the arrangement and text it to me for my liking. I am aware this is not standard procedure at such a busy place, but by making this kind gesture I felt relieved to see what I was truly purchasing rather than it be a surprise. These little things mean a lot. Showing the customer consideration and curtesy at these difficult times goes a long way. I will use them again!

I called them and I let them know that this floral arrangement needed to be pretty with a "wow" factor and I gave them my price range. Sarah was great to speak to and she told me they would make something special and then they would deliver it at the precise time. I needed it for her first day at her new position. They sent me a picture before they delivered it and I was very happy with their wonderful arrangement.
