The staff are super nice, helpful and they get my sense of humor! The other day I made a booboo while checking out and they were calm and pleasant when they had to re-ring up my whole stack of quarter yards - no eye rolling, just a deep breath and a wide smile. I was "having a day" and they couldn't have been more helpful. My latest find is their skeins of Queensland cotton worsted - the colors make my potholders sing and it has a great hand feel. Very good selection of quilting cottons although not the cutest stuff and some limitations on…read morecolors. For example, there may be a really cute pattern in blue and green but you won't find the same pattern in any other colors. I find I can't source the majority of a quilt here. I do like that I can see solid colors in person, this is really helpful. Price per yard on all quilting fabrics is excellent. Ability to find novelty fabrics is good. Overall I find I don't do as well here as I used to do when they were in Framingham. Quilting tool selection is also limited.

I found that there was more of a focus on upholstery fabric and other types, but the selection was vast for such a small store. It's one of those places that you would easily drive by without checking out, unless you were purposely going there, and I would definitely purposely go there in the future. I will have to say that it's not the cheapest place I've been. I would like to find a place that has a good selection of remnant fabric at a cheap price. I'll take any suggestions people have.

Communication with folks at this store (and other Artee locations) started out fine, but they…read morebecame INCREDIBLY non-responsive as the project moved along and several problems arose. We submitted payment on 4/27/24 and were told that work on reupolestering our sofa would begin on 6/24, then 6/25, then 6/26, when work actually began. We were told the sofa would be finished and the drapes would be installed on 7/5, then 7/8, then 7/15 between 9-11am. No one called to inform us that the arrival would actually be 3pm that day, we had to track someone down for that information. During the install on July 16, we discovered that the bedroom drapes arrived without rings and were not given a new install date for those until we asked repeatedly. Additionally, I specifically requested no pleats in any of the custom curtains, yet the sets for two rooms were delivered with pleats. Since that delivery in July 2024, our designer and I called, texted, and emailed multiple times and received no response until 3 months later on 10/17/24. When I responded to that email I included a screenshot of a prior correspondence with them on 3/25/24, in which I state in no uncertain terms that I do not want pleats on the drapes. We continued to ask them to pick those drapes up and remove the pleats for months, and only received a response in March 2025 when my husband, who is a lawyer, threatened legal action. They picked the drapes up in March to remove the pleats, a fix which generally requires very little turnaround time. And yet here we are, more than two months later, without the drapes having been altered and returned and no word from anyone on when we can expect them back. So all in all, getting these custom drapes has taken over a year, and we're still not done yet. The only reason we stuck with this company is that they were the only one willing to reupholster our very large couch on site. The couch is finished and looks gorgeous, but I would never, ever hire these folks again.

Both the other customer and I were told that they were closed and had already shut down the register. My daughter was extremely disappointed.
