I went in on a Sunday and spoke with a young lady who quoted me $40 - $50 per each bouquet after showing her a photo for inspiration, and $15 - $20 for the groom's boutonniere. I then received a call Monday from James after placing my order confirming pickup details and price was confirmed to be $120.00 plus tax for my pickup the following day, $50 for each bouquet and $20 for the boutonniere plus tax. He also informed me I would have to come in later than the originally planned 8am pickup time, which was not an issue. On Tuesday I reached out to James to ask if I could pickup the order Wednesday before the ceremony, which he said was fine. I again asked to confirm that on pickup morning I would pay $120.00 for the complete order and pick up the celebration lunch bouquet on Sunday morning, he confirmed. Today, when my sister went to pick up the ceremony flowers, she was told it would be $120.00 for today only and another $100 for the celebration lunch bouquet. She spoke with Shannon, supposed manager, who was incredibly unprofessional and walked away as I apologized for any possible confusion and tried to explain the situation on speaker phone and my conversations with the young lady on Sunday and my 2 calls with James earlier this week. Shannon said, as she walked away from the conversation, that we would just leave it at that price and I could pickup the other bouquet on Sunday. Shortly thereafter I received a call from James, yelling at me and essentially threatening that I shouldn't dare come by Sunday and pick up the other bouquet. I have never been spoken to like this by a man a day in my life, and I was certainly not going to start today. I informed James we did not need his order and hung up. Buyer beware of these scammers, never again.

When I needed to order a floral spray for my husband's Celebration of Life, I called FJ Luxury Flowers. I asked for a large blue and white arrangement. The person on the phone was very kind and helpful. The arrangement that was delivered to the funeral home was not blue and white. It was mostly white with a little bit of purple. Though it wasn't what I'd asked for, it was still beautiful. I would absolutely use this florist again, and highly recommend them.

I was disappointed in the quality of the arrangement. The gift was delivered through Door Dash. Being Valentine's Day weekend, I knew that the shop would be busy. I waited until Monday afternoon to reach out to Micro Plant to let them know that the flowers were less than the quality I knew they were known for. Within 30 minutes of my reaching out, the owner, Julio contacted me. He assured me that quality is paramount to him. I was not asking for anything. I just wanted to let him know that between his shop and my house, something happened to my gift. He apologized profusely and wanted to make it right. A little after 7 this morning, Julio was at my front door with a gorgeous rose arrangement and an apology. I was surprised to say the least. Julio takes amazing pride in his work and it shows. By the way, I do not live in the city and his kind gesture meant a drive on the expressway during rush hour. I whole heartedly recommend Micro Plant Studios for your floral and unique gift needs. I had come in with a very specific request of small Venus fly traps. Within moments he had them shipped over from his warehouse to the store and a few days later he personally texted me and told me when they were available for purchase in the store. I ended up getting a beautiful plant for $25 that now munches on the fruit flies in my kitchen. The store staff is extremely knowledgeable about plants and how to care for them. If you're into plants they've clearly got you covered. Highly recommend!
