I was impressed with the diversity of reptiles they had, especially for being so remote. I was also really impressed with the staff. It's obvious to see how much they love their jobs and care about all the animals. We were lucky to have been able to see a venom extraction. It was very interesting and informative, and the seasoned vet performing the extraction was very open and willing to answer questions any of us had. There's a "vacant/occupied" slider on the door so you get real privacy. Nursing and pumping moms, you will feel taken care of here. Clean, clean, clean. The whole facility is immaculate. You can tell they genuinely care about upkeep. Come on time! They close for an hour between play sessions and actually turn the lights off--which I love, because it gently encourages the "I want to stay forever" kids that it's truly closed. Smart and considerate. Something for every age. Older kids get a Ninja course and a play area, and the littles have their own HUGE dedicated section. I've never seen anything like it--the space is incredible. Snacks & drinks for the grown-ups too.
