When I contacted them about this (the same day as service), I received no response for six weeks. Eventually, they pointed to a contract clause stating that water spots and swirls may still be visible. This is unacceptable, as paint correction is meant to *remove* these imperfections *before* coating. Their proposed 'solution' was inspecting the ceramic coat's performance, which doesn't address the core issue: the uncorrected paint. Very disappointed with the job service and non-existent customer support.

We got a lot of quotes and Paul was kind of on the lower middle of the range, and I was impressed by his responsiveness and professionalism once we talked. After the service was already agreed upon, they attempted to charge me extra, which was never clearly disclosed upfront. When I arrived, they then claimed that shampooing the seats was an "additional complimentary service," which makes no sense especially after advertising and accepting payment for a full interior deep clean. This felt like moving the goalposts after the fact. Even worse, during the service they damaged my car. The leather material behind my steering wheel was torn, and this was not an issue prior to the detail. Between the bait-and-switch pricing and careless handling of my interior, I can't recommend this business. Transparency and basic care for customers vehicles should be non-negotiable.
